The receptionist was kind when I arrived, but the good comments stop there. I had to wait an extra 45 minutes to have my X-rays done (I was already 15 minutes early) and the ladies who did them were not kind or sensitive to the fact that I was in there for severe tooth pain. The dentist did not touch any part of my mouth when assessing next steps. When sitting with the office manager she stated the dentist said I needed 3 root canals (I was told maybe 1 by the dentist) based on the XRay and that the endodontist they worked with would not let me break up those procedures and it would be an $8,000 ticket. I was then charged $61 to book an appointment with their endodontist (that I ended up not going to because I went elsewhere and got a second opinion). They also told me I would need to pay an extra $300 on my next cleaning to deal with some slight gingivitis that the dentist I got a second opinion from this week said would not even help with the issue. I'm not one to leave negative comments, but care here is atrocious.

And Corinne even stated that dentists don't know about what causes dental bone loss, how to brush teeth properly, and they (dentists) only have an hour of hygiene in their curriculum. Corinne, I'd be careful how you undercut your own employer because putting your own dentist into a general statement like that doesn't lead to trust in your dentist or the dental practice. The other issue, I heard her berate another client for not having the finances to have quarterly cleanings going as far as to tell the patient that you wouldn't care for her if she didn't commit to the quarterly, every 3 month, dental hygiene plan. The patient stumbled over words trying to plead her financial case and you were flip and disregarded her concerns. This was awful to overhear and then you treated me the same way. When we arrived they basically told us that my son, who's a minor, can't be seen unless he had a photo identification. They never mentioned that over the phone and it wasn't on the welcome email we received the day prior. It's a huge inconvenience to drive all the way back home to get an id for a minor. They would see him today but after that they couldn't until he paid his. He tried to explain his case but after that exchange I knew this was NOT the place we needed to patronize. This is something that should be discussed in another room. I was embarrassed for him and his wife. My son's appointment was at 8:15 am and he wasn't seen until 8:50. They took X-rays and now I'll have to come back for his cleaning. Because this is where they take his insurance we will come back for the cleaning but after that, we are not coming back for anything else. It so hard to find good service and offices that respect the privacy of the patient and our time. The shots were very painful. Then while removing the last part of the tooth, he accidentally knocked off the crown two teeth behind, yelling to the Dentist next door, he asked for him to put it back on. I was then rushed out of my spot to a couple spots over where I waited and waited while pain was beginning to start, then given a form to sign stating that the Dentist will put my crown back on but is not responsible for any problems that could occur from it. I waited while he worked on two patients then hurried into the room put glue on the crown and put it on it, which took less than a minute. He Did not check at all if it was put back on properly. Rushed back out. At least the dental assistant was very nice to me. I paid over $1000.00, then they caused an issue in my mouth that did not exist before sitting in one of their chairs.
