However, when the technician arrived, they quoted me $715 and didn't honor that agreement--so I essentially ended up paying $150 just for someone to stand in my home for 5 minutes. Because I had already sunk the $150 into the visit, I felt stuck and felt like I had no choice but to just pay the higher amount to get the job done. While the service itself was fine, the communication felt misleading. Just a heads-up to future customers: make sure to get your initial quote details and promotional offers in writing before they show up.

I had a rat infestation in my house for about a month. I tried catching them myself but only got a couple and decided to hire the professionals. Seth took care to make sure all entrances to my house were sealed and answered various questions I had regarding the rats. As of today all of the rats are gone and I am very happy. My only complaint is the front desk not booking me properly. I had to call multiple times to confirm and book appointments. A couple appointments I told them to book me for a couple hours because I still heard rat activity midway through the process, but the front desk waved me off and booked me for a 30 minute "trap check" appointment. However, when Seth came for those appointments he took his time and spent multiple hours at my house on several occasions sealing more entrances and setting more traps. Very happy with the workers but I think the process could have been sped up if the front desk had booked the workers properly and in a more timely fashion.

We were surprised to find that there really aren't that many companies that handle dead animal removal. Thankfully, we found this company and spoke with Scott, who was incredibly helpful and understanding of the situation. He was able to arrange for someone to come out the very same day, which was such a huge relief! The entire process was much easier than I expected. They have an online portal and text notification system, which was really convenient. We received updates throughout the process, and I appreciated not having to constantly call or wonder when someone was going to arrive. The person who came out was professional, efficient, and took care of everything quickly. Most importantly, the problem was finally taken care of and we could stop worrying about the smell and the situation. Our dog was killed in our backyard (fullerton) midday by a coyote they are all over our…read moreneighborhood killing pets. Called diff animal trapping services about catching the coyote. Decided to go with all city animal trapping. Because they were very confident they would catch it. Cost was around $600 and to dispose of the coyote would be around 275 300. Our backyard is very bare with no hiding spots or bushes. I told them this again even when the trapper came out. I said are you sure this is gonna work, coyotes are pretty smart. Think it's gonna walk into this giant cage without it being more hidden in a bush He said with confidence oh yeah, we catch them all the time and if it's not in this month, we'll keep it till we catch something. It's been two months of us gloving up ourselves (thats what you need to do) and putting fresh raw chicken every few days in there. We have literally caught nothing just became a bird landing spot. We got a phone call this morning saying they were gonna come pick it up today, it's been 2 months. This was without warning and told them they said we could keep it till we caught something. If nothing has been caught in two months, maybe they need to adjust their method of how to catch it? We've watched our backyard video footage of the coyote going right past it not even interested in it at all.
