I searched the entire neighborhood for weeks hoping to find it. I figured at some point I would find a young adult driving it. It never happened. Fast forward over 8 years later. Claude calls me asking me if my moped was stolen from me? I said, replied, "Yes, why?" He replied, "I have it here. Someone just tried bringing it to me for service." The short version is, Claude had felt that something might be suspicious with the moped. He recognized that it may have been originally sold through him. He went back, checked serial numbers, and tracked it back to me. He then called me to let me know and ask how I wanted to handle it since it was a stolen from me. I did not do anything, as soo much time had passed. Chances are the moped had been passed on several times over, therefore whomever brought it to him for repair, had no connection with the original theft. For me, the take away from all of this, is that it proves we still have good people on this earth. Claude could have easily and very simply made the repair/sale on the moped and moved on with his day. Instead he took the time to look into it further and track me down. He truly looks out for his customers. Claude, if you happen to read this...keep up the honest and great work.

I brought my bike here in early July for a fork seal replacement. I had recently relocated to the…read morearea and was looking for a new local shop to service my motorcycles. Unfortunately, my experience here left much to be desired. I first reached out to the shop in mid-June to inquire about the repair. I was told they could get me in within approximately two weeks, so I scheduled the appointment. They required a $500 deposit, which I thought was somewhat steep considering the total repair was expected to be around $600-$700, but I decided to move forward. I dropped the bike off on July 2nd. I asked how long the repair would take and was told approximately 1-2 weeks. I thought one week seemed reasonable for a fork seal replacement, while two weeks felt somewhat lengthy, but I agreed and left the bike with them. On July 16th, I called to check on the status and was told by the owner that they would have the bike "on the lift" that week. At this point, it had already been at the shop for more than two weeks. I told them I would be available at any time the following week to pick it up. I called again toward the end of the following week and was once again told the bike would be "on the lift" the following week. I waited another week and eventually stopped by the shop in person to check on the status. The mechanic again told me they should have the bike "on the lift" the following week. At this point, I was extremely frustrated. I had been given multiple assurances that the bike would be worked on, but no actual repair date or clear timeline. I made one final call on August 6th to ask whether the bike had finally been brought in for the repair. Once again, I was told it would be "on the lift next week." At that point, I told them to put the bike out front and that I would pick it up the following morning and take it to another shop. The owner called me afterward and again explained that they intended to get to the bike "eventually," but still could not provide an actual date. I was also told that "patience is a virtue." I would say that waiting more than a month for a repair that should reasonably take a day or two was more than patient on my part. Ultimately, I decided to forfeit my deposit and take the bike to another nearby shop. I had really hoped to find a smaller, local shop where I could bring my motorcycles for service on a regular basis. Unfortunately, whether the issue was scheduling, staffing, or organization, this experience was not acceptable to me. I will not be returning to this shop, and based on my experience, I would not recommend it to other riders.

I was told on Thursday that if I brought my wheels in (off the bike), and my tires it would cost me $110. When I arrived on Saturday to have this service performed, the guy at the counter informed me that they charge $25 for bringing my own parts. i understand that policy, however was never informed of this when I called and set up the service. Very unprofessional not to tell me this policy in the phone and then magnified by not honoring the quote on the phone. Seeing as I drove 25 min to their shop to give them business instead of the dealership. And that I will now never give them business or suggest them for work because of their poor customer service.
