My puppies are my family and I would only take them where I know they would be taken care of and watched over. This is why they come to you. My buster who is 150 pound great Dane shepherd mix looks forward to coming there for the last four years, he actually whines with happiness in the morning when he knows he's going to school. My 70 pound Belgian malinois Bellini has now been going there for almost 2 years and she loves it. She comes home and she is very content. She gets much exercise and that is what she needs. And she loves everyone there. As for the grooming department, my Yorky, Shih Tzu Binky goes there to be groomed not once has she come home with any issues whatsoever. The RUDEST man just called me for a small balance I owed, since I picked my dog up after hours and reception had gone home. He literally said "I'm coming to your house to get the money." WTF?!?!? Threatening to come to my house?!!!! Also, I had to take my dog to the emergency vet 2 days after her stay because she caught kennel cough. Will NEVER be back. Also, I asked for a Mohawk on my doodle and and came back with a poodle cut, fluff ball on the top of her head. Wasn't going to complain or review till that awful man just threatened me over the phone. 1. Horrible customer service- threatens customer that they know your address and are "coming by." I had my Samoyed, Kuzco, groomed here on Tuesday. Izzy did an AMAZING job. His coat is open, uncompacted, and all the loose under coat was removed. Normally, when I have him groomed him groomed he continues to do a regular shed for days after, loose fur falling out into the air. I can run a brush through him and it comes out with almost no fur. He was completely dry and looks and smells fantastic. This is hard to find in a grooming salon with a double coated dog. I highly recommend 2/252021 Erica has been our groomer for the last few visits! Kuzco's coat is shiny and perfect, all the undercoat is lifted out. He's not shedding and smells good and is soft. (He came in blowing coat) Erica took the fur on his feet in close by request, so I can work on shortening his nails. Love coming here, we can always trust them to take care of our boy. read more

VERY expensive. I just moved here with my 7lb shih tzu and two Persian cats. They have all been groomed every 8 weeks since they were 16 weeks old and they are 8yrs, 6yrs, and three years old. I have lived in Maine, Colorado, Montana and now AZ. I have NEVER not once been charged more than $65 to groom dog and never more than $55 to groom cats. (Each) I was charged $333 for them at pick up with a statement that one of my cats wasn't bathed at all but wiped with a towel. Moreover, I had them shaved in a lion cut . So it's not like they actually had to sit there brushing brushing brushing. I was gobstruck. Truly. They did a decent job but the price is beyond outrageous and I will never go back. Awesome experience here with Erica! My energetic mini Aussie can be a handful but Erica worked so well with him and handled him start to finish. I like that they have an express option to where they could get him done in an hour. I have been to several other groomers throughout the valley and am very picky about the way my dog gets groomed and Erica nailed it. I RUFFING LOVE THIS PLACE!! Based on a recommendation by our lovely neighbor, we took our lemon beagle pup Charlie! Now let me tell you! You may have an idea of how beagles are and what they are like, but Charlie is another story allll together. Charlie is the cutest and spoiled pup ever. At home, he is audacious, steals our food from our plates, and doesn't stop trying to play. No Shyness whatsoever! BUTTTT Charlie is a little neurotic in that with people and dogs he doesn't know, he won't warm Up to you quickly. He is shy and very nervous around large groups of people. Now we did all the things, took him everywhere as a puppy and he just didn't like people and was terrified of dogs. When we would walk, he would cross the other side of the street, he did this after 3 months of age! Anyways! His neighborhood bestie Zoey goes to this daycare. Her owner told us, Zoey loves it and it leaves her exhausted. Welllllll with a beagle we needed to tire him out (he is only a year old!!!) so we decided to take him. As expected he was SHY AF at first, didn't want to go in, and stayed in the passive side with dogs his size and temperament. when we picked him up, they said he saw Zoey and warmed up but was too nervous to play with anyone. FAST FORWARD TO 4 VISITS LATER!! Charlie is playing in the active room, greets Justin (one of the workers) with such a happy tail, licks Linda's hand for a treat( he only does this with people he trusts) and he is in the daycare and making FRIENDS!!! He plays with dogs smaller and significantly larger than him and his best pals Zoey, Sully, and Bella have helped him acclimate significantly. Through this daycare, he has learned to be a dog and he LOVES dogs! With people he is still a "earn my trust" kind of dog, but he is so happy whenever he goes into the daycare AND when he leaves he is so exhausted when he comes home, he eats and he sleeeeeeeeppppss like princesa Aurora!! Our 14 year old Westie had a full grooming. This is the 3rd time I have taken him in. I was so-so the other times. This time he had little chunks cut out on his face down to the skin, especially around his eyes. His whole cut was irregular. It looked as if the groomer primarily used the electric shears. this grooming location is definitely one of the favorite ones that me and my family like to take our pets. We have two dogs and we used to take them to a different location way out and goodyear. But I'm so glad I found this spot because they do a really good job. I like the fact that they keep my dogs for a super low. I do not like when I go to a groomer and my dog's hair is so long and it does not even look like it has been groomed I can't also tell this place really cares about my pets. We have visited twice and both times loved the cut our goldendoodle received from Kelly! We have gone to probably 5 or 6 different groomers and each time it would take us a few visits before they got it right. Kelly at All Star Grooming gave our doodle a perfect cut the first time seeing him! She listened to what we wanted and gave him a summer cut without any over shaving. My son picked up my two doodles from All Star grooming and texted me immediately to call him. He said our dog Abby got stressed during the drying process and her eyes were red. I waited until he got home and was shocked when I saw my dog. I called our vet right away and took her in. Long story short, he described it as a choking injury. her eye was not just red. The tissue was bulging out of her left eye and her right eye was completely red. I called and spoke to the owner who did nothing but argue with me and say it was not a choking injury. No apology and no effort to make it right. Completely unacceptable, will not be back ever. Would not recommend this groomer to anyone who cares about the safety of their dogs. Edit: Gordon, I find it funny how different your tone is today after I posted this negative review, you were rude and made no effort to apologize yesterday? You said you said that your reviewed your video footage? I sure would love to see that and maybe it would put my mind at ease? Gordon, the owner who is triggered by his divorce is Greedy and has raised his prices beyond fair. He kicked me and my dog out of his business for asking why they raised the price of nail trimming a 10 min job from 10.00 to 20.00 in a short time period. I had an arrangement with my Dog to pay 12.00 dollars and was seeking clarity. If it was not for witness he was getting in my face when I warned him if he touched me I could not guarantee my dog would not protect me. Gordon is Very angry and lacks any customer service skills. We now know it was his wife that ran the good side of his business Stay Away from his business. So now Gordon replied with a LIE and maybe that is why Linda Divorced him look at the other bad reviews and see the same RUDE ARROGANT bitter old man I can PROVE Linda made that deal with us and he was not nice from the minute he came in and did not want to hear me question his rude stupidity. I recently started going here. The 2nd time I went they increased the price. No notification or email about that. Today was my third time going and when I went in the girl I requested was not who was assigned. I asked why. She went on to tell me today was the last day of the girl I was using and actually there was only going to be one groomer from now on that 8 groomers have left. She mentioned they were under new management. When I went to pick up my dog she told me the cost and it was 10$ higher than last time. I asked why and she said because they cleaned his teeth. I told her I never requested to have his teeth cleaned she did take the cost off but when I looked at my dogs teeth they were no cleaner. I don't know if they were trying to scam me. It's too bad because they do a nice job grooming but I won't be going back. read more

Brought my 3 dogs several times for standard grooming services. Front desk is polite and friendly. However, there was something wrong about the grooming each time on one or more dogs: skin burns and cuts; forgetting to clean ears; forgetting to cut foot pads and so forth. If I am going to subject my pets to the stress inevitably involved in being washed and cut by strangers, they deserve more focused attention. Also, the owners break up the grooming into individual services that are provided at additional costs. That creates confusion and more expensive pricing. Given the large # of dog care businesses available in the area, they need to step up their game. My dogs deserve better. read more

Golden doodles can be hard to groom! After a few failed attempts at various groomers I finally gave All-Star a shot. I've been a few times now and have always been really happy with the results! My dog can be matted in places and they always do their best to not have to cut him too short. I'd recommend them to anybody searching for a golden doodle groomer! read more

Have been going to them for years, but now the wait time for an appointment is more than a month. That is not acceptable.

This place is walking distance from my residence making it so convenient. Aside from convenience, this place really is top notch. I called for an appointment for my dog Bella and they got me in the next morning which is great since they're typically pretty full. From the phone receptionist to the front desk to my groomer, everyone was so nice and helpful. They even gave me a recommendation for pet training which they offer. I took her in at 7 AM and they were done promptly at 9 AM. Not like other boutiques I've had in the past which were 5-7 hours/an all day thing! My fur baby Bella looked and smelled amazing. Referred by a friend who has a golden doodle and they do a good job grooming him so I thought bringing my mini labradoodle I would receive the same cut. She had a few nots behind her ears and legs but was understanding about having to cut those areas off. I love my dogs beautiful fluffy coat and just wanted a trim. The gave her fuzzy ears a blunt bob cut, her body was shaven down way more than I like and then they left her tail long: a complete poodle cut. Called and they offered to fix her ears, even though there is hardly any hair left to fix. Asked for a credit for a next visit or even a partial refund, there was absolutely no reasoning or rectifying the situation on their part. Horrible costumer service and they will overall do what cut they want to do even if u ask them not to, just a warning. Great place for poodle cuts if that's what you're looking for. read more

We try hard to support our local businesses whenever possible and have used All-Star several times. Unfortunately their work is very inconsistent. We have an English Cream Golden Retriever and more times than not she comes back looking like a yellow lab. Today we called in advance and explained our expectations just to pick her up to find her once again cut like a yellow lab. We immediately called and voiced our disappointment, no offer to provide a partial credit or other accommodations were offered. Supposedly they're known for cutting golden retrievers, I tend to differ. I wish them the best but I will not return and gladly drive someplace further away to get our dog cut right. read more

We adopted a dog during covid and he is a ball of energy. Great with our 4 and 6 year old kids. We haven't left home without him, but when I went back to work part time at my kids' school, we hated to leave him home alone. We also were planning a Disneyland trip during their Spring Break and needed a trusted place to bring our Drax. We started with daycare and absolutely loved it here. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Clean and well thought out and put together facility. The pricing is great. I love that they take the time to partner dog playmates by personality. Our Drax is very sweet and friendly, but his energy is through the roof. He comes home from daycare exhausted. Last week, we did our Disneyland vacation and boarded him here. They sent us photos, which was so appreciated because this was the first time we were separated from him and it was nice knowing he was happy, playing, and doing well. We also love that someone is there 24/7 so if something suddenly comes up, there is someone there to help. I have already recommended All-Star Grooming to coworkers of mine. We brought our cats to them for nail trimmings as well as Drax. I cannot say enough good about them. We highly recommend them to anyone. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my crazy pupper. read more

I love All-Star Grooming. I have been taking my dogs there for years and they have become like family to me. I recently had my two-year-old Golden groomed. I wanted something appropriate for summer pool time but not the puppy cut that makes him look like a yellow lab with a Golden's head and tail. Linda suggested a summertime trim which turned out to be the perfect answer. The cut considerably shortened the hair on his belly, legs and feathers but left the rest of it the usual length. He looks great, still like a Golden, and is now so much easier to dry after swimming. We were really happy with the results! Thanks Linda! We'll be back soon. read more

OMG!! How do I start to say how much I love All-Star Grooming. I started having my golden groomed there several years ago. When my baby died prematurely from cancer, Linda and all the groomers were so amazing during that difficult time. Of course, when I got Violet, my goldendoodle, I went right back there for her grooming. She LOVES going every other week to see all her friends, both human and fur, and get a bath and haircut.
