Pretty nice spot. Went on a Saturday afternoon and was seated within 10 minutes. Great selection of color options. The girl I had was very sweet and took her time. Tia was my nail tech. First time. I received nail removal and gel manicure. Her conversation was great. I loved my nails.

I use to love coming here to all star to get my nails done but sad to say after Tia left I tried another person and that didn't go well but I kept going because wendy does a really good job on my pedicure but unfortunately I won't be back because it seems like nobody can't get my shape right and and my nails just lift so fast. The good ones are gone Tia will never let you leave unhappy weather if she had to take it off and do it all over but I never had to go through that with her. read more

I visited this location 10/30 for a last minute sns service. Today is 11/3 and so far the color has lifted off of 3 of my nails. I would've went back to have them repaired but after them drilling down too much at the time of my service my nails are extremely thin, painful and have broken. My nails were so strong and healthy before coming to this location and the nail technician even commented on how healthy they were at the time of my service. When the manager told me that my $40 gift certificate was 5 days expired and no longer redeemable. I was shocked, I have been loyal to this place since moving here from CA a year ago. Horrible sanitation practices. They don't clean their pedicure bowls or tools! Unfortunately it took me some time to notice. Started paying attention when my toe was turning a dark. The owner assured me it was due to last of blood flow and aging ( I'm 29 lol). After 2 visits of being told that same thing about my toes I was frustrated and found a different salon. The new salon assured me on the first visit it was a fungus. Luckily we caught in time or my nails would have been ruined for good. AVOID THIS NAIL SHOP. The owners Amy & Alex know about the fungus and have done nothing! BEWARE of the surface appearance it looks clean but it's NOT! You must clean your tools duh. So happy I left when I did. I received excellent service today at All Star Nail! I walked in and was immediately greeted, invited to pick out a color for my pedicure, and quickly given a pedicure chair to sit in. Holly provided my service and she was a delight to chat with. She spent extra time on the exfoliation and callous removal and was thorough in each step. When I asked for slightly warmer water, she was happy to help. Color was applied beautifully. I also enjoyed the atmosphere - friendly staff and fun, yet relaxing music. So I've been to this nail shop before one time and it wasn't bad but it wasn't great but I stopped by to get a gel manicure and pedicure and was told to sit in chair eight and that someone would be with me shortly. So I sat in the chair and they had a movie Despicable Me 3 playing so I was looking at that for the first 20 minutes and I noticed that one I haven't been serviced and or even talked to since the lady said pick a polish and two that there's a lady coughing repeatedly while touching someone's feet. The lady to the left of her asked her if she wanted a cough drop seeming very sensible because it's kind of unsanitary and she declined and said no, she's fine. So I waited ten minutes more minutes and I saw a guy who was doing a manicure get up and go to the pedicure chair beside hasn't acknowledge me yet but he goes to work on the same clients pedicure and so I wave and try to grab his attention because I'm obviously invisible and ask him if he can turn on the water at least. He proceeds to tell me no because the "water will get cold" well It doesn't take a genius to find out that you would need to put more hot water in the bowl and also that I would probably be sitting here invisible for another hour. So after that I told him no thank you I'm not going to beg someone to take my money I'll just take my business elsewhere. Now he's like well we can help you now do you want some water I tell him no thank you goodbye and his fellow coworkers asked me the same thing when this is the first time anyone besides the lady at the door has spoke to me because I'm leaving. One of the messiest salons I have ever been in. While things seemed sanitary, and the service I received was good, the place was so disgustingly messy looking I couldn't relax. They seem to pay no attention to the way the place looks...piles of old mail, dust and grime covering all the nail tables, even the bottles of polish looked like they beefed a wipe down. Unfortunately, I have to give this low rating due to the $20 charge for using gel polish- on top of the regular charge for an acrylic fill. Besides this, the price listed for an acrylic fill was $16. The technician told me it was $20. When I asked him about the price difference from what listed, he then said it was $18. Seems like nickeling and diming. Too bad too because my nails looked nice- just not nice enough to pay $20 for polish. read more

This shop is going down the drain. I've been coming here for years. Over time there has been multiple changes in staff, not much of a big deal but I love a familiar face. Ever since Alex left business is poor. The new owner is very rude and unprofessional. I used to go to this wonderful, young lady named Niya to get gel mani/pedis. She's no longer there (which am I glad, her talent belongs elsewhere) so I decided to give someone else a chance. WORST MISTAKE. My cuticles are peeling (I was cut during my mani and idk if this person knew how to use a nipper), as well as my feet after I was CHEESE GRATED without permission (I get callus treatment without the grater usually and specifically asked for it to be this way). I like to try new things and Niya was great with recommending colors/designs as she just cared about me as a client vs rushing me in and out like they did. Never again is all I can say . This was a first time visit where myself and 3 other friends decided to try somewhere new and it was the worst experience ever . When we tried to make conversation and ask about the products and services they offered they were beyond rude , that is if they even answered considering many times they ignored us, one of them even said "go back to your nail salon" when we asked why they didn't do a particular service . I got my gel set done and the next day it split right in half into my own natural nail now I have to wait till this heals in order to get it redone . It's been bleeding now for hours and I am in so much pain , I am very upset about my visit here , the only reason they didn't get a one star is because of the variety of colors they have but what good is that gonna do when the nails break . Altogether no one is completely satisfied with their service here . If I'm going to spend that type of money in any salon I believe that customer service is key, not rushing your customers to get on your phone . One time experience and I'll never go back again. I came in was greeted ,nothing special. I was asked to pick a color . I wanted a gel color , clear pink to be exact. They didn't have it. I chose soft pink instead. The guy did my nails no introduction no hello. He sucks. I showed him the color he picked it out. Turns out it was purple. I let him go ahead anyway because it was pastel. I asked a for crystal rhinestone design on one finger each hand .Red Flag you guys!!!!! He could not tell me a price. He says oh let's see how long you want your nails anyway my nails were short as hell. He proceeds to put on The rhinestones the wrong and cheap ones by the way he says I'll charge you 15 dollars k. I agreed on the price. He took forever to put them on all he had to do was put on a clear gel coat and stick the crystals on duh. No he dabs each crystal on one at a time .finally the process was over I was ready to get out of the. Well here come red flag number 500. He says thats $60 dollars . Im shocked because for this plain shit I could have done it myself. Turns out he wanted to charge me 15 each rhinestone nail plus the regular gel color $30. I paid I didn't want to get ratchet and ghetto. And asked if i wanted to put a tip on my card . Hell no. I have to keep my blood pressure in check. Anyway I'll never go back the guy was deceptive not to mention my nails were nothing to write home about.
