This is my favorite nail salon, and the only one that the women in my family go to. It's family owned and operated and the ladies who work there are so kind and not at all pushy. It isn't too crowded and you can call in the morning to get an appointment the same day. They do an excellent job and take their time, and the pedicure spa in particular leaves me feeling amazing. Well I really was hoping this would be my go to nail place in Ventura but I was so upset when I drove off...3 hours after arriving. I called to make an appointment about 5 hours before my appointment and was able to schedule an appointment that day. I get there and I will say the polish selection was mediocre and the ambiance itself was old and the nothing was really up to date. I was seated in the pedicure chair relight away and I got the deluxe pedicure...ummmmm yea may as well had the regular one. They didn't do callus remover let alone really do a good pedicure. The massage I will say was great, I feel asleep actually. On to my nails...well I can't even talk about it. My appointment was at5:30 and I didn't leave til 8...and I left paying 85.00 for a job not well done. read more

I went in to get my eye brows waxed. Nicole did the waxing and she dropped hot wax into my eye. It was very painful. She apologized. I figured she wouldn't charge me the full price but she did. I will never go back again. This nail salon is also very DIRTY. There were finger nails and toes nails all over the floor. It was disgusting. read more

Let's be honest the people that work here are friendly but in all honesty they are dirty and sloppy with there work. They don't use clean tools they were the worst with how they did things. To top it off the old lady cut my cuticle i told her i didn't want her after that so another lady finished them than she cut me again in the same place. She put this stuff on it to stop the bleeding. BAD choice considering i now have a really bad infection on my finger. I got my nails done Thursday and went to the er Saturday after my finger swelled up and was green and black on my cuticle. The doctor had to make a small incision to drain the puss. Now im on antibiotics. That has got to be the most unclean unprofessional place i have ever been too. Only reason i went to begin with was it was close to my husbands job and i felt the need to treat myself with acrylic manicure. Never will i go back again. My doctor even said i should Call and report them to the health inspector and sue them for what they did too me! They even had the nerve to charge me more than what i should've paid. The nails even all popped off the next day ! Horrible. Never go there. I def won't be returning read more

Prices are very reasonable and the staff is extremely nice (5 stars for staff). I was a walk-in and happy to be accomidated. I had a french manicure done with a flower and it came out very nice. I docked two star because the manicure chipped within 3 days, my nails were too short and cut crooked, and I didn't like how it was done. read more

Made an appointment the service was great but scheduled too many people so they didn't really have time for my pedicure - which happens sometimes at nail salons... The decor is a little outdated, they only take cash which sometimes in inconvenient, parking was a little awkward. Prices are cheap... Nice people, I usually just like to go somewhere where it's a little nicer inside. read more

I love All Star Nails, I think you will too. They do an amazing job on my nails, I normally get gel and it lasts forever. The pedicures are also wonderful, best foot massage. Nicole, Kim or Dana do my nails and they are the kindest women. Really the whole staff are so sweet and they really care about their clients. This is a place that I would recommend making an appointment. I normally call ahead of time and they always get me in that day. They never rush, however the couple times I have told them I was in a hurry they were incredibly accommodating and got me out quickly. It's always clean, they have a great selection of nail polishes and prices are very reasonable. I can't say enough positive things about this place. read more

Came here for Mother's Day gift with my mom. Her complaints consisted of her technician taking a call and scheduling an appointment while she was still painting my mom's toenails... Turned out when I got a better look at them that the polish didn't even reach evenly to her cuticle and that parts of the edge of her big toe weren't even painted... my toes looked more even but still weren't as good a job as I could perform on myself. Positives: nice foot and calf massage and the polish did last for about two weeks looking decent. read more
