I love this office, the staff, the cleanliness, and the doctors. There is certainly a wait every time I go, and most of our sick appointments are in the afternoon even if I call first thing in the morning, but I am willing to wait for quality service. I am sure they are so busy because good doctors are hard to come by. I've been going to this office since they opened on the recommendation of a hospital nurse when I had my third daughter almost 5 years ago and I am so glad I did. Several reasons I love the office 1) The office is adorable- my kids LOVE the decor and it always gives us something to look at and and be excited over! Each room is themed with basketball or football or surfing or dancing...my kids loving seeing which room they'll end up in. 2) The familiarity and comfort level with Dr Mousser: My kids LOVE it here and jokingly hid under the table (all 4 of them) when Dr Mousser came in to check on their baby brother this last time. He happily played along and greeted each child with a smile and a handshake. Four kids can EASILY get loud in a small exam room but it never seems to phase him- in this day and age where children are seen of as more of a nuisance than as the amazing little people they are, it is very much appreciated! 3) He trusts a mother's intution. I cannot tell you how often Dr Mousser listens to my concerns and then agrees with me. He absolutely takes into consideration my thoughts and ALWAYS explains why he chooses a certain route of care. I appreciate being talked to like an adult and listened to as a parent. He doesn't expect his patients to blindly trust him, he earns that trust every time you come int! 3) He is good at what he does I brought my son in this past December as he had been sick and was acting funny, he's 2 and a half so he can't tell me much. Dr Mousser sent him to the hospital to check on a few things- I cannot tell you how silly I felt in the ER waiting room with my seemingly 100% fine little boy who even managed to get a rather large bump on his head from climbing on the chairs. I stayed ONLY because I trust my doctor. Turns out, he had burst his appendix and Dr Mousser had the foreight to send him in to make sure that was not the issue. I am SO thankful He did! An appendix surgery and 3 scars later he was back out and healthy in 2 days. I truly couln't be more grateful as catching appendicitis in a toddler is RARE. Overall, I can handle a wait- and there is always a wait, thought their wasn't a few years back- when my kids get the care they deserve. The nurses have changed over the years and I have had a grumpy one a time or 2 in my 5 years of going to this office... but I don't go to this office for the nurses, and everyone has a bad day now and again! The front desk is always fast efficient, friendly and on top of their game. I still give this office 5 stars, as long as I am in the east valley I will be gong to this office. read more

Went for a new baby/new patient apt. and the nurse practitioner was amazing. The office was very good with my SIL and Daughter and their little baby girl. I was impressed with the care they gave to even how they were holding her to feed her ;) They took their time explaining everything to all of us. The rooms are clean and have a great fun vibe with all the sports themes. As a nervous grandma I definitely feel confident that my granddaughter will go here for her care. read more

I love this office. We followed Amy Eby over from Desert Shores. She has cared for my son since he was 3 months old and my daughter since birth. It's clear that she deeply cares for her patients. I will say the wait tends to be on the long side and that has never bothered me since she always give us all of the time we need and is sure she's answered every question before leaving as well as making my fearful son relaxed and comfortable with her. She's amazing. We've also seen Kathy a few times when Amy was out and she is equally as amazing. Staff is always polite and helpful. Love it here. read more

As a new patient, we arrived at 9:45am to complete the new patient paperwork. Our appointment was scheduled for 10:15am. We weren't called back into an exam room until 10:45am after half a dozen patients checked in, and were called back ahead of us. It was 11:15am before we met with the PA. This experience, in my opinion, completely overshadows the actual consultation and tells me either (a) your time is more valuable than mine or (b) your practice lacks basic time management and organization skills. read more

All-Star Pediatrics is the place for my kiddos! Clean office, friendly staff, and a kind-hearted pediatrician. Loved my experience with Dr. Milius--he is easy to talk to, gentle, and informative (Did you know giving Tylenol before immunizations makes them less effective?). I believe the practice is fairly new and I appreciate the "small-town" vibe. Dr. Milius is the best doctor ever! He always knows how to ease my new mommy anxieties. He is so calm and reassuring that my babies are perfectly fine. I used to drive all the way from Maricopa just to see Dr. Milius. The staff is always so friendly and very efficient. I have never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room and have never had any issues with same day appointments. The triage team is awesome as well. The best pediatrician EVER! Seriously. I love this practice. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and nice. Bailey at the front desk is so sweet and accommodating. Dr. Mousser is the best pediatrician you could ask for. He is very thorough and talks you through everything and makes sure you understand everything in great detail all while making you feel like a friend. You can tell he takes great pride in his job and in his practice. He makes sure every question is answered even the ones you dont think to ask. When my daughter was born I took her here after a friend recommendation and I'm so glad I did. He found a heart murmur that her other ped missed! I absolutely love everyone at All-Star. I have never had any issues. Dr. Mousser is the best! I will never take my daughter anywhere else. He listens to my concerns and is wonderful with my daughter. I feel like he recommends a more conservative route with issues before going straight to the big procedures. We have seen both of the Nurse Practitioners and love them as well! I feel confident when I bring my daughter in for well checks or sick visits. We have also been able to get in the same day for sick visits. I have called the triage line multiple times, and Shalene is very quick to return my calls. Scheduling with Felicia is a breeze, I always get through the phones. We love Dr. Milius. I'll say that to start. He see's our 1 year old and 3 year old. The office is designed perfect and engaging for kids! I love it! I look forward to seeing which theme room we will get on each visit. There is one nurse who is, meh...and I think they already know it so... But all the front desk and office staff is amazing. Very disappointed with their lack of concern for my time i have been sitting in this cold room with my infant for over an hour. I thought the reason we schedule appointments is to be seen in a timely fashion but clearly they need to revisit the time management portion of their medical training. I am super picky when it comes to my baby. Dr.Milius has been great! Super gentle and understanding. Listens to all my concerns and questions. When I have a concerning issue they have always been able to give me advice or get me in the same day if I was too concerned on what was going on. The receptionists are always very sweet as well. A couple of the nurses seem disinterested, which makes me sad because my baby is sad, but I've also gotten some real sweet nurses. But Dr. Milius is the whole reason we are there! read more

I can't even say enough how much I love this place. I have four children, including one who has many medical problems. Dr Mousser, and also the other doctors we've seen there, go above and beyond. They take every single complaint seriously. I feel like they explain every medical decision they make throughly. I leave every time feeling confident that my children's health was taken seriously and everything was done to keep them healthy. My daughter sees many specialist and one specialist at PCH told me, "I've never seen a pediatrician who works so hard for their patients, you know you have a good one, right?" He's written letters for her and gone to bat for her so many times & I know she wouldn't be as healthy as she is today without his care. Not to mention, he's hilarious and the kids absolutely love him and can't wait to go see him. Also, I find his staff friendly and his phone system and website easy to navigate. I very rarely have a wait time to see a doctor and feel like they spend more than enough time with my kids while in the room. No complaints at all in over 5 years going to All Star Peds! LOVE LOVE LOVE, Dr Mousser!!! He is awesome. No question is too silly and he has a great sense of humor. I like that when weird things are going on with my kiddos, he talks through with me, what he thinks it is, what it could be, what it is not... and then he gives me a game plan. We will start here... this will be the second step... etc. I will agree that same day appointments are hard. If i call EXACTLY at 8 am, usually i will be seen. If i call at 8:03am... you can forget about it. But i can't blame them for that, because seriously this office is amazing. They invest time into your appointment, and if they have to sacrifice same day appointments for quality care, i can accept that. This office has been 1 of 2, positive medical experiences i have found. I had moved from Tucson and came across this office on yelp (duh) and saw the amazing reviews for the doctor. However, when I called to make an appointment he was only accepting newborns. The nurse practitioner was available so I still made an appointment. Best decision I've ever made! Kathy is amazing. She's attentive and really knows her stuff. Dr Mousser is great! He was the hospital pediatrician who cared for our twin boys right after their birth 10 years ago. We were very impressed by him then and wished he could be their regular doctor. Wouldn't it be nice if someone actually answered the phone? They came recommended by my OB, however when I tried to book a new baby appointment I tried in vain 5 times to book an appointment. Every time the voicemail picked up. Never once spoke with a live body. I did get a call back one time (on a number that I didn't leave as my call back-- so someone was looking at caller ID not listening to my message) and when I called back--- yup-- no dice! I don't think I can say enough nice things about this practice. The staff are always organized, friendly, and respond to calls very quickly. I have never had a real wait in the waiting room or felt rushed through an appointment. I have worked in pediatrics for a long time and Dr. Mousser is by far the best pediatrician I have ever known. He is kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Even with my experience, I still have tons of first time mom questions (and maybe a little paranoia from having just enough knowledge to be dangerous) yet Dr. Mousser patiently answers every question without making me foolish for asking. I adore how good he is with my babies and how he genuinely cares about what is best for them. My daughter had torticollis with a noticeable tilt; he provided a wealth of knowledge and explored several options for treatment with us and was extremely supportive once we decided what we'd like to do. My little girl now has zero signs of ever having the tilt and I think that him taking it seriously when I asked about it extremely early on is the reason for that. Dr Mousser is wonderful at listening to your concerns and then making sure to address them and he has never dismissed me as a hyper first time mom. We are planning on moving to Anthem and will be making the drive to continue seeing Dr. Mousser; I wouldn't trust anyone else in the world with my little ones. I've been going here 3 years and I used to LOVE this office. It was perfection. Then they changed locations and their phone system. Since then, I almost never can get through even to make an appointment. I always have to leave a message. Also it's tough to get in the same day if your child is sick. We are moving offices and so bummed because the wait time, the staff, and the doctors are exceptional. But I can never make appointments because of their poor phone system. And I also want to apologize to the many people I referred to this office before they made the change. Please forgive me! read more

Should have written this review years ago as we've brought our kids here for the last 5 years. But recently we've once again experienced reaffirmation of our overwhelming satisfaction with Dr. Mousser. He goes over and beyond for his patients. Hands down the best Doctor we have ever had. He's the most patient, caring, and understanding Doctor out there. If you love your kids like I do (which im sure you do) BRING THEM HERE, you will not be disappointed. We have other relatives that take their kids here that are just as satisfied as we are. Recently our daughter had an allergic reaction to an antibiotic that wasn't even prescribed by his establishment but from another we had to go to because it was after hours. He took the time to speak with me over the phone for nearly a half hour on the topic. Later that week she had another allergic reaction to another med, this time once again Dr. Mousser took the time to comfort us over the phone and helped seek out another alternative for her. Moral of the story is... he Rocks and we will always refer anyone to him. We trust our kids health with All star and so should you! read more
