One of them walked me to the main office and waiting area. I paid for the smog service in less than 3 mins. I was asked to wait in the waiting area until the Smog was finished. The waiting area is very cute with all the decor and model cars. There is also a restroom available in the waiting area. The entire process took less than 20 minutes. Thank you SMOG King for the fast and wonderful service. I highly recommend Smog King for anyone in Fairfield or the surrounding area.

Quick and easy process…read more Had to have my very first smog check this year. This location popped up when looking for one on yelp. Called to make sure that walk ins were okay that day, which they were. It's located in a little industrial area. The worker greeted me to confirm I was in the right place. Invited me in to wait until it was my car's turn. The waiting room is modest, and has maybe 6 or so chairs. There were only 2 of us waiting at a time while I was there. Didn't take more than 10 minutes until it was my turn. Gave him my registration notice, filled out simple paperwork, paid about $58. Waited a couple of more minutes for my car to be tested. He showed me the results paper, said it was sent directly to the DMV, handed my keys back and I was on my way. Great in and out process, highly recommend.

I have an appointment at 3 o'clock and they were very timely and started the appointment immediately. So immediate that I felt comfortable on waiting for the service to take place. They were very honest and explained what they could do and what they couldn't do, but increased my AC performance and lower the temperature quite a bit. Very satisfied with their service today and their professionalism. If and when I need future service, I will not hesitate to come to them.
