Got the car back literally sparkling inside and out and they made tremendous improvement with the paint - and they were even able to re-clip the front bumper skirt that had gotten snagged and pulled out of place years ago! Steven kindly offered to try an additional product on some of the spots of missing paint which I'll be taking the car back for. Pricing was great and they were FAST; car was in at 7am and done by 2pm (the last time I took my car in for interior detailing at a chain company, they took nearly 3 days!) My vehicle is hasn't even been serviced yet and has about 3k miles. I take extra care because I lease it. The estimate process and scheduling work were seamless and The work looked great. Surprisingly, it was done within 24 hours when I was told it would be at least 2 days. This did raise suspicion. My disappointment comes at pick up. They said it washed but it was way dirtier than when I picked it up. That wasn't such a big deal and didn't want to wait. Then I got home under the garage lights and noticed several scratches around the fender/hood that were not there before. There was also masking tape still underneath the bumper which makes me think they didn't remove the bumper as I thought they would have to. Again, their work looks good, so time will tell on the quality. Hopefully, the new scratches will come out after a buff job. But I shouldn't even need to worry about that from a quality shop. My car was burglarized and I trusted them to repair the hood and replace a broken window. What was supposed to be a two day job turned into eight days. There was almost no communication the entire time. I had to chase them for updates, and even then the information I got was vague and inconsistent. This place operates in a way that feels deceptive from start to finish. Nothing was clearly explained. Decisions were made without transparency. It felt like they were deliberately keeping me in the dark. The pricing was the worst part. The final cost was nearly double the original estimate. I was not told about any increase until the day I picked up my car. On top of that, they charged me for work that resulted from their own mistake. They ordered the wrong hood, did not even test fit it before installing it, and went ahead and painted it. Only after all of that did they realize it did not fit. Then they turned around and charged me for the incorrect hood and the paint work on it. That is inexcusable. Any competent shop would confirm fit before painting. This was careless, deceptive, and completely dishonest. It was my mistake too, as what they charged me would've been a lot less anywhere else. Furthermore, the owner, Rudy, was my main point of contact and he was extremely rude (ironic but true). He was dismissive, unprofessional, and clearly did not care about the situation. Any concerns I raised were brushed off. When I finally got my car back, it was dirty. There were footprints and residue inside from their work. No one bothered to clean it. That shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. Overall, this was a shady, deceptive, dishonest, and unprofessional experience. The lack of communication, surprise pricing, and rude behavior make it clear they do not operate with integrity. Take your car somewhere else.

I chose this…read morefacility because it was recommended through GEICO, but based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering repairs here to take their vehicle elsewhere. My vehicle is only six months old and has been meticulously maintained. It was brought in after a deer damaged the front fender and hood, both of which required replacement. Unfortunately, the repairs I received were unacceptable. The replacement fender is misaligned and does not fit properly. The newly painted hood and fender already have chips, visible lines and imperfections in the finish, and, incredibly, a portion of the fender where it meets the hood was not painted at all. Given the number and severity of these issues, I have serious concerns about the workmanship and quality control at this facility. I am currently working with GEICO to dispute payment for these repairs and will be pursuing all available legal remedies to recover the damages caused by the substandard work, including any diminished value to my vehicle resulting from these improper repairs. I am also concerned by how quickly the repairs were completed. I dropped the vehicle off on a Tuesday and was notified it was ready by Friday, despite originally being told the work would take nearly two weeks. While completing repairs ahead of schedule can be positive when done correctly, in this case the rushed timeline appears to have come at the expense of quality. It is disappointing that management approved releasing a vehicle in this condition. No customer should receive a car back with obvious fitment issues, incomplete paint coverage, and visible defects after collision repairs. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.
