When I was finally approached to state my business, I was treated as a number. No name, they just needed my phone # to check me in. Not even a proper meet and greet. I witnesses a non English speaking customer be told that she couldn't even be checked in because the rep didn't speak any Spanish. I translated for the customer after asking the rep to check her in. Terrible experience and no, I would not recommend them to friends and family.
