I had a few simple questions about how the prepaid monthly plan works and whether I could switch to a lower-cost plan for the next month. Unfortunately, the customer service I received from Alex was very disappointing. Instead of answering my questions patiently, he seemed visibly irritated that I was asking for clarification. He repeatedly rolled his eyes and made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. As a customer, I believe it's reasonable to ask questions about the service I'm paying for, especially when trying to understand my options. I hope Verizon reminds its employees that professionalism, patience, and courtesy are an important part of good customer service. A more respectful attitude would have made this a much better experience.

I would never purchase anything from here. The owner is very rude and doesn't know the basics of…read morerunning a business. He is a coward and cheats his customers as well as his employees. Firstly, if you purchase a phone chances are it is refurbished (unless you buy Metro) and he will claim it is new. If you go in for a refund or exchange he will go out of his way to blame the malfunctions on you and he will refuse to give you any money back. If you are a customer who he thinks is difficult to handle he will walk away from you and order one of the employees to deal with you. However, you still won't get anything accomplished. Irate customers who demand to get their money back generally only receive 50% of what they paid (and this is after a minimum of arguing 3 hrs). If you only speak Spanish chances are you won't get a penny back. Sadly, Spanish speakers are the majority of the consumers here. He does not train his employees adequately and thus all complaints are passed on to him. The employees are also prohibited from giving refunds without his consent. From an inside source.
