They specialize in fixing sinks, toilets, drain stoppers, main line stoppers, garbage disposals, dishwashers, kitchen water lines, and more.. I used this company twice before. Once for my sink's garbage disposal, and the other time was for the sinks in both of my bathrooms. My landlord bought this cheap faucet that they use at fast food chain restaurants, and didn't do anything with the valve or the damages, that was caused by the leaks that literally became to be a lake in both bathrooms. My cleaning supplies, toilet papers, paper towels that I keep under my sink were SO wet along with both floors. The job that those 2 guys did in an hour and a half, took my old plumber to do in 5 hours and was still not fixed. It was like putting a band-aid on a wound. The process was so fast, seamless, and professional.. So I turned to Yelp to look up 'Plumbers' and started reading reviews and I noticed that Rapid Action Rooter had sooooo many positive comments. I sent a message through Yelp describing the problem and a few minutes later I received a reply from the owner. I called Mandel, the owner, and he said he could come out that afternoon. That was yesterday. Mandel and his assistant were waiting for me when I arrived, both dressed in uniform with company info on the shirt. After I showed him the problem areas he and partner got to work. Mandel discovered there was a hole--more of a slit, in the middle of this piece of copper pipe (buried about 3 feet underground )--so weird. Have NO idea how could've happened...or WHEN! Mandel explained the damaged portion of the pipe needed to be removed and replaced, welded back together. He was transparent about the price and method of payment--uses Zelle, which is super convenient! During our conversation, though, I mentioned some other jobs that needed to be completed in the home. Well, before I could say, "do you know anyone who does...?", Mandel was telling me about his drywall & paint guy, his flooring guy, his electrical guy. But more than merely tell me about the tradesmen, he actually called them before he left so that I could coordinate a day/time to meet with them AND Mandel told them that HE would text them my contact information. What??!! I felt an incredible sense of relief knowing that most, if not all, of the remaining projects in the house will be completed. Adrian's plumbing service is top notch. Had a major flooding event in one of my rest rooms, which back-spilled across my entire first floor last Saturday on President's Day weekend. Heard water sound under the house. Called Diaz Plumbing and in under 25 minutes two technicians arrived. While I was waiting I went into the craw space and took pictures. When they arrived I showed the pictures, they took a look under the house, gave me a total amount for the project. I accepted and they immediately went to work. They did run into a small problem which caused the time to be slightly longer (30 minutes) then they first predicted, HOWEVER they did not up the bill! What they quoted is what it cost. Diaz plumbing saved me in a jam. I have a rental property and the kitchen faucet was leaking. I typically can handle this work myself and decided to replace it. The hardest part is removing the old one. It was rusted tight. Couldn't break it loose. After 1.5 hours I called Diaz. It was late on a Friday and they wanted to help but they couldn't. My tenant's water heater failed the night before and I was able to get a hold of Adrian late at night after 10pm and arrange for an estimate the next morning. They showed up on time, gave us the costs to repair or replace and were very straightforward with everything. Proposed the descaling and hydrojet to clear the stuck part and got it scheduled to come out later the same day. They came from across LA County during rush hour so they are awesome! After performing the descaling and hydrojet, it cleared the broken tool and it's been over a week now and not a single clog. Was getting tired of the sewer smell. There is more work to be done just due to the condition and age of the drain pipe which they provided pricing for. Would recommend for future plumbing work.

I will keep this thread honest and report back after their solution of the situation.
