I had a handiman replace a toilet today but for some reason it did not flush. I contacted Diaz plumbing and Marco the technician came out flushed the toilet and it ended up working after all. I've been looking for a good plumber for a long time and I finally found a wonderful one. Diaz Plumbing is a family owned business that takes a lot of pride in their work. They are not one of those large impersonal companies with bad attitudes. I have not met Mr. Diaz senior, but his son Aidan is an excellent plumber. My main line tends to get blocked by tree roots regularly. They did a wonderful job clearing it with their hydro jet. The before and after videos were really informative. They descaled my tankless hot water heater and cleared a blockage in my dishwasher. Aidan also helped me figure out what parts I need to order to stop my bathroom sink and shower from leaking. He was kind enough to point out that although my fixtures were old they were still covered by the manufacturer's warranty. I'm still waiting for the parts to arrive so Diaz can repair the leaks. Nice people, arrived on time, they were thoughtful and helpful and left the areas they were working in spotless! They're a great find!! read more

I had a leak from my shower . Continual water coming out of faucet . They came to fix it . First said, they would replace but then said it required more work . They came back 2 days later and it was a big charge !!!!!! So expensive for 20 minutes of work . The plumbers were nice but I was extremely overcharged . read more

Very professional service. Manny and his assistant were on time and quickly started work on our issue. Unfortunately, our new toilet wouldn't fit due to incorrectly installed pipes and our shower couldn't be fixed same day because our pipes are too old (requires different parts/fix). Manny informed us of the solutions but didn't pressure us into anything. Gave us all of the information we needed to proceed. He even caught a leak under the house and clamped it while we work on a more permanent solution. Technician Adrian charged me $1000 for hydro-jet to clear a sewer line. He did mention that it would back up soon, but it clogged up 9 days after which is insane. I am totally dissatisfied with the service provided by Diaz Plumbing company. They are expensive not reliable or honest with their customers. As Apartment building Manager we had a shower valve jammed open, with water running full blast. Called Adrian at Diaz Plumbing, and he said they could arrive at 7:30 the next morning. They arrived on time and performed replacement of both shower valves much more quickly than anticipated. They quoted it would require two hours to shut off the water for the entire building, but it only took them less than one hour. Excellent service and superior workmanship. I had to pipe burst my entire sewer line which meant they had to do some excavations along with updating the piping in my laundromat. Was a huge project. I brought in three separate vendors for quotes and Diaz was the least costliest along with being able to schedule the work right away and have it done the quickest. First of all- these guys are the BEST!! We have used Diaz for about a decade- and have always been happy with their excellent work, fairness, honesty, and over all excellence. Adrian is fantastic, he is literally ALWAYS available, and always sends guys over ASAP. The last time we called Diaz, we had a serious issue with our plumbing, I was out of town working, my wife was at our home alone. Not only did Adrian send over Manny and his team within 30 mins, they knew exactly what to do, and solved our issue. Aside from solving our plumbing issue, Team Diaz moved a bunch of boxes to access the service area, which took several hours to do and was for sure not their job- but they did it and never complained one bit- now that is what I call above and beyond service. We were desperate for a repair to the pipe where the water hose connects and our regular plumber wasn't available. So we called Diaz Plumbing. Someone answered our call quickly and sent a technician in the allotted 2 hour window. They installed a new "4 inch nipple and installed a new "hose bibb" in about an hour's time. My local plumber retired and recommended Diaz Plumbing when I had a main line blockage ... or at least I thought I did. Two guys showed up the morning after a call and said "...pretty sure everything is running through, maybe the blockage pushed out overnight?" Sure enough, no issues. Here's the thing: the refused payment, literally saying "we didn't do anything" even though they came to my house and checked it out - that's something! I gave them each some money for lunch just to show my thanks. Fast forward to almost a year later, I have another blockage, and this one isn't going away. Two different guys again showed up the morning after my call and were able to punch out the blockage through my two-way cleanout within about 10 minutes. Again, no charge, in part because I was asking for an estimate about repiping the drains for the whole house, and was told I'd be contacted about getting an estimate. Now, to be completely honest, I was never contacted. BUT, I also haven't had any issue since and I have still yet to give Diaz a single penny. But I will. Soon. I promise.
