After a short phone conversation with Angela about our dishwasher, it became clear that it's lifespan had run it's course and that we would need a new unit. My refrigerator was making horrible noises. I called All Tech and they were able to come out the same day. The tech was running a little late, and called to let me know. Once he got here he was able to diagnose the problem pretty quickly, go get parts and come right back to fix it. They charge a flat fee, plus parts, to fix any problem, so even if the job had taken 6 hours, I would pay the same price. Their price was reasonable and they fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. When I checked on YELP for their reviews, I didn't see a single negative one, and I can see why. Being a fairly new homeowner, I'm never sure where to start when looking for a service company. Because All Tech had such great reviews, I called them when one of my gas burners on my stove went out. They were able to come out within a couple of days, fixed it, told us what to avoid to keep it from happening and charged a reasonable price. So, when the refrigerator started running too cold, I called them. This time their scheduler Angela gave me advice over the phone on what might help. She scheduled a time just in case, but it worked and we canceled the appointment. What company helps you avoid having to pay for a service call?! Fast forward a year later and the fridge stopped cooling all together. We filed the info online since it was late evening and Angela called first thing in the morning and Ravi came out that day! We had All-Tech Appliance Service do a damage inspection and give a repair estimate for a Whirlpool oven, a Panasonic microwave, and a GE refrigerator following a power surge. The service technician found the damage to our appliances to be consistent with a power surge, and he ordered replacement electrical components for our oven and refrigerator (we decided that the microwave would not be worth repairing). When our parts became available, another technician came to our house quickly and finished the work just in time for our Fourth of July party to be a success. When my dishwasher's latch broke while it was still under warranty, the manufacturer referred me to a different repair company. They were flakes. Based on online reviews, I asked for the All Tech folks, and the manufacturer accommodated me. They lived up to their reputation. They ordered the part in advance because they already knew the issue, but when a shipping delay kept it from arriving in time for the appointment, they still kept the appointment just to see the appliance and make certain they wouldn't have to delay yet again. I have to admit I was a little skeptical about all the great reviews, but I decided to call. My washer was leaking and I made an appointment online on Monday night. Tuesday at 11 am the tech, Patrick, was here and had diagnosed the problem about 2 minutes later. He ordered a part and scheduled an appointment for me for the next day to install the part. He called before each visit and arrived right on time both times. When he installed the part, he found another problem that he was able to take care of without additional cost. He was super nice with my rowdy dogs and even brought treats for them the second time he came. :-) It's hard to find people that you trust in your home, but Patrick was awesome and it was a great experience. I decided to use All Tech because of the previous customer feedback. I went online on a Sunday afternoon to schedule an appointment. Of course they were closed, but I wanted to schedule the next available appointment to fix my Cabrio Washer. Using the online scheduler wasn't the most user friendly, but it worked nonetheless, and I ended up scheduling a visit for the next day between 3 pm and 5pm. The following day, I received a call from the customer service department asking me if it was possible to have the tech arrive earlier than the aforementioned time. As my schedule was free, the tech, Casey called in advance, and arrived around noonthirty. Casey was very professional and knowledgeable and did a very good job troubleshooting the problem with the washer, and determined that parts were necessary. He placed the order for the parts right then, and scheduled a time to return in two days to install. Just as promised, the parts arrived, and Casey installed them and gave the washer a good bill of health. We woke up one morning to find our fridge was not working. It was an urgent problem with food rotting and guests arriving soon. I called multiple places, none of whom could send someone sooner than five days. I did an internet search for places and found All Tech. They came out the same day! That in itself felt heroic given my plight, but the service was fast and I liked the service guy--something you don't take for granted when letting strangers into your home. They fixed the major problem, but as the tech was leaving, I also asked about the seal, something my amateur assessment had offered up when I called as a possible reason for the problem. He convinced me the seal was fine and that it was just the motor or whatever it was, but told me how to check it by placing a light inside the fridge. As soon as he left I checked it and yep, the seal was not solid; the fridge was leaking cold air. I was bummed, but figured he had fixed the major issue (and so efficiently) so thought I'd have to deal with it on my own. A few days later, I filled out the review they sent me via email. The survey didn't ask for my name so I assumed it was anonymous and I gave them high marks for their service, but mentioned the seal. I got a call like two minutes later and it was All Tech saying they wanted to make it right. They're sending someone next week to come back and address the seal. I was totally impressed to have a business care so much about their service. I mean, I had already given them a good review and had planned to let it go, but they really went out of their way to make sure they did the job right. Excellent, excellent service experience. I worked for an HVAC company for over 10 years and I know how hard it can be to give a customer a same-day appointment, but they did it. The dispatcher took my info and a tech called me back right away. The tech gave me a 2-hour window and said he'd call back when he was on his way. He did and said I'd see him in about 20 minutes. Since I'm busy with 2 little kids and didn't want to forget to listen for the doorbell, I set the alarm on my phone for 20 minutes; we saw his truck pull up in 19. He diagnosed the problem with one look (it was obvious when the front panel was removed), showed me the broken part & had the replacement part with him. The price was just what I was quoted and he left me with a magnet and business card, just in case I needed to call back. He took my email address to send me a receipt which was the only glitch. My name has a unique spelling and he got it wrong. I emailed their main address from the business card later that afternoon asking where my receipt was and making sure they had the correct address. Sure enough, he'd misspelled it and I had the receipt within minutes of the email exchange with the service department. I kind of wish I'd been able to try their website appointment setter, but that wouldn't have gotten me same-day service. I won't hesitate to call them or recommend them. read more

I had a great experience with All Tech. They were able to quickly schedule a service call and work with my tenant to find a time to get to the house. The technician was able to diagnose the problem immediately and had the necessary part to make the repair. Unfortunately, I missed the call to approve the cost of the repair and he had to move on to another job. After reaching him, he was able to go back to the house that same day and finish the job with no additional fee. Excellent customer service! Our oven quit working after using the self-clean function the day before I was leaving town for a month. I called All Tech, and they were able to send out a technician within a couple of hours due to a cancellation. The technician, Ravi, was prompt, courteous, and diagnosed the problem correctly. A part had to be ordered - luckily they had in stock. Ravi came out four days later (due to my husband's schedule) and the oven is working again. I called All Tech Appliance when I had a problem with my Electrolux wall oven which still was under warranty. They had fixed a problem with my Bosch dishwasher when it was under warranty some months earlier, and I was very pleased with their service then, so I called them again when I had the problem with my oven. I have never had a service provider be so responsive and go above and beyond the call of duty as these folks did. First of all, they scheduled the appointment to come out very promptly after I contacted them. They had to order a part for the oven and they ran into repeated problems getting the part delivered from a supplier. They had to make many calls trying to get the part delivered, and they called me numerous times along the way to update me on the status of the order. Who does that anymore? They were prompt in scheduling service when the part came in, and called to let me know they could arrive earlier than scheduled if convenient for me. They were professional, courteous, efficient and fixed the problem. I couldn't have been more pleased with their service. After calling Sears and 2 other repair companies, I checked this review site and called All Tech. I have a Kenmore flat top range and one of the burners kept coming on without my help. Scary - huh? Anyway, Sears wouldn't even answer the question and the other 2 companies were willing to 'schedule a repair appointment' for the next day! When I called All Tech they suggested that I turn off the circuit for 15 minutes so that the panel could reprogram itself. Free, no charge and it works fine now. Go figure. (2) of the (3) listed had incredibly negative customer experiences. The third listed had just the opposite (all positive). I couldn't be happier with the service I got from All Tech, from the initial call and talking with office coordinator Angela Barrie, to the outstanding service from our service technician Jared Bouchard. Angela was able to make an initial diagnosis from my description, which turned out to be spot on. She was able to get me scheduled soon and gave me a ball park estimate, which came in slightly below, with the Angie's List discount. She was very comforting and a pleasure to interact with. Our technician, Jared was prompt and pleasant. He took his shoes off, took the dryer apart and confirmed that it would need the roller maintenance kit. He spent some time cleaning the rollers, even though he knew he would be coming back to replace them. He did not have the maintenance kit with him, so had to return to finish. By cleaning the rollers, he did make it somewhat better, and told us, as he was leaving, that any noise would not damage anything that he was not going to replace, so if we could use the dryer in the meantime. That was quite nice, since we had company and needed the dryer. When he returned to install the maintenance kit, he again was prompt, calling ahead, polite and professional. When he finished the repair, he asked if we had any questions about any other of our appliances. We've never had a technician do this. He spent at least 10 minutes answering questions about our oven, and dishwasher. He gave recommendations and tips for better cleaning. He was very patient and genuinely interested in service that he could provide. I have already recommended All Tech to a friend, and will do so for anyone who is in need of appliance repair. Jared just came over to my house to take care of a Bosch Dishwasher recall issue. He very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. But I rushed immediately upon his leaving to write this review, because he answered every question I had about any appliance in my house, he took time to trouble shoot a dishwasher issue he happened to see while taking care of the recall. The recall issue was a snap and he could have just used that extra time on lunch, but instead, he said the extra care today would prevent a future call about problems. He is a great educator explaining the nature of my recall and problems. I even offered to make him lunch, which he politely refused. I have never had better service with repairs ANYWHERE. Extremely helpful, honest price structure with no surprises... from the first call to the delivery of my repaired over-counter microwave. Too bad they are far from my house, but even with that, they offered to bring it to my work address a day later at a nominal fee which saved me the time & heassle of driving there. I had an issue with a 3 yr old Whirlpool refrigerator. Water was leaking out of the freezer compartment. I thought the leak was associated with the water dispenser, but the tech, Ravi, knew better. He found a drain was clogged, and within 45 minutes the problem was solved and for about half the cost I was expecting! All Tech Appliance has great service from the phone call to schedule, to the call 30 minutes before the tech arrived to let me know he was on the way, to the quick diagnosis, to the clean up. They were super helpful... gave me solid advice, cautioned that the dishwasher was already pretty old and possibly not worth the repair cost, and offered advice and encouragement for how I could do the work myself.
