Still the best around. They added some new steak options that are incredible! We ordered Fillet and got two baseball steaks to grill. The meat was very tender. This place is all inclusive, you pay for dinner and you get everything. There are no top tiers, which I do not like. You get the best meats! Everyone wins. Highly recommended.

Establishment is clean and comfortable. Staff was very professional and attentive. I've been here many times, though this will be the first review I have posted of my visit. This location is a tried-and-true, wont disappoint. Very standard kBBQ location with great quality. Personally I recommend beef belly or tongue at kBBQ locations. As with other AYCE, try for yourself and see which items you like best. Meat quality is all good. Service is quick and responsive. I recommend finishing your meal with the Winnie the Pooh's snack (rice cake with a side of honey). Put it on the grill to get it soft and chewy, then dip in the honey and enjoy! TLDR: Excellent service, great food, great establishment, good value. Would recommend!

Celebrated birthday for with my kids. The restaurant is busy with lots of sizzling meat cooking. Every table has a grill for each dining party to cook up the meat. The dinner price included ribeye and filet. The dinner menu also had many other cuts. The naming of each item was clever. We polished off many plates of brisket and pork belly. When the restaurant is busy, you will need to be a bit patient with the staff filling the orders.

I love this place! Local to Irvine and great meats. Lunch special is nice and dinner isn't too expensive at all (at $30 on weekdays). Jake was the best! Also, the guy the mustache was awesome too.

Delicious all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ with so many menu options to choose from. The Brisket On Fleek was definitely the best. Banchan japchae was great. Great spot for KBBQ lovers.

Lots of food not a fan of the baby octopus or the shrimp

Get the dinner menu if you go at lunch the quality of the meat and choices of the cuts are better. Filet minion and ribeye are a must. The short ribs were disappointing. Please is understaffed so service was not very good. If you are in the area a must but go hungry because it is a LOT of meat.

It's All That and a little bit more if you're looking for an All you can eat Korean BBQ score . You know the drill, throw all those tasty fixings on the grill then wait for that delicious thrill. The service could be great good or decent and this time we got good. After all this is in a really decent hood. The atmosphere can be live and especially on the weekends and that's no jive. They have a nice selection of meats and other things but definitely not chicken wings, LoL. The wait can be long for larger parties so I'm telling you to be prepared don't want you to get frustrated and start to swear. Overall it's a popular place but when it comes to the parking it's kinda hard to find a space. And that's my take on this BBQ place, Peace out

Good deal = weekday lunch price for AYCE at $29.99. We got seated right away and noticed the salad and banchans are already on the table. Salad & kimchi didn't seem that fresh anymore and fish cake was a bit hard so we wondered how long it's been exposed out there. We skipped the side dishes and grilled the meats. The meats were ok: nothing to rave/complain about. We noticed they weren't proactive about changing the grill as well. On our way out, we noticed more empty tables with the side dishes and salad already sitting there... There seems to be a new KBBQ in town every other week that's exciting to try so I'm not sure we'll be returning to this one anytime soon.

It's been a while since I've been here. Last time was during COVID. I came on the weekend so I could try some premium items. My favorites were the Umami explosion and the Ribeye. You could almost make a meal on the Umami alone. Im a chicken freak and really like the teriyaki chicken. It just takes so long to cook. Service here is excellent. It looked like all the servers were checking on all the tables. I really enjoyed this place.

    Goated service I'm telling you

If you're looking for deliciously priced and copious amount of meat, All That is All For You Coworkers and I went here for a nice little dinner, and we had amazing portions alongside the bottles of soju we slurped. I'd recommend starting with the classics, brisket and thinly sliced pork belly before moving to the marinated stuff. Staff was friendly and very attentive, and meats came out quick. Pretty big space inside, but can get pretty packed later at night.

The food was not bad for AYCE. Some meats were a little tough like the chadol. We overcooked the galbi but I imagine it would've been good if we hadn't! The marinade was lighter than I am used to but at a AYCE, I get it that they cant marinade for so long. The ribeye was definitely our favorite though. The scorched rice was the biggest disappointment. It was super soggy and not very hot. Service was good! The server was great, and explained to us how to order. It is a big space with many tables. It was busy so there was a lot of noise between people talking and the sound of plates hitting each other from the kitchen. I took away another star because of the noise coming from the kitchen. It would've been nice if the sounds of the plates being stacked up wasn't so loud. For me, for this alone I'd probably not choose to eat here on my own.

I truly feel bad for everyone involved in this operation. I feel bad for the staff that seemed to get the soul sucked out of them working here, and the patrons who haven't found better, cheaper KBBQ spots! My partner and I had a bad experience last time, but we were aiming to try again just in case it was an off day. But no; it's just truly isn't good. Location: its fine, a store in a plaza with a big parking lot. Food: Beef belly was so dry and lean I thought it was brisket. Walking up to the table, you could tell the sides had been sitting there for a minute due to film developing on the cucumbers. Rice paper was hard and dry too. We couldn't even finish our meat... was my first time paying a fee because I just couldn't bare eating there much longer. Bro didn't charge us per plate, he probably knew we were unhappy. Ambiance: bare bones. if I had to be nice, this place was clean. But that's bare minimum. Service: I just felt bad for bro. It wasn't even particularly busy when we entered too. Forgot our drink (which was watered down when it arrived), a straw, and a grill change. Anytime we needed anything, it felt like all the staff were deliberately trying to avoid eye contact. And we paid 95 + tip... could've spent that at Baekjeong.. or a fraction of the price at Top Grill... ANYWAYS don't come here!!!!!! There are way better spots in Irvine (or just go to Garden Grove or Buena Park or smth) Save yourself.

    What time is last seating?

I plan to host a party for 10. Will there be a table for 10 or at least 5 each seated side by side? Does this restaurant take reservations for a Monday celebration?

They do have large tables for a party of 10. No reservations but you can add your name to the list.

Is this an all you can eat Korean bbq resto?

    Yes...all you can eat

What time is last call for food on a week day?

Business hour shows 11 PM, but they do food last call at 9:30 PM when I dined in on Monday night.

Do I need to make a reservation if I want to come at lunch time? And is it open on Labor Day?

U can only rock up to make bookings. And yeah they be open on LD

Is there a waitlist option for today?

What is the average wait time on Saturday during dinner for a party of 10?

Honestly I would say about 1.5-2hrs. I'd definitely recommend sending someone to sign you in ahead of time (they only allow you to check-in in person) and have the rest of the party on standby.… Read more

    Does this menu accommodate vegan?

This is a Korean style BBQ. Meat is everywhere. I suppose you can order the veggies but the vegan would be smack dab in the middle of raw meat, cooked meat and walk out smelling like a meat campfire.

    Ze big poo poo

    Max party size?

This place is Big. I believe can accommodate at least 150 people. For the exact number of people, call the restaurant and ask.

I'm going with a large party later in the evening, so I won't be eating. Will they charge me?

Yes, usually any AYCE will charge people based on party number even if you are not eating. Same thing as not being able to choose different menu options at other places- all parties will need to have the same menu option.

Can I bring my pet dog to eat in patio?

Hi, They have outdoor seating area.

Are they closed for good? Tried calling them and the number is disconnected.

    No. Ate there last week.

Do you allow single diners for AYCE?

    Yes

Do they have wait list on yelp? I don't see any waitlist. Do I need to call?

You have to add yourself in person. Can't do it online.

Are they open for indoor or outdoor dining?

    Yes they are.

Is this business still open for sit down ayce dinning during this time In light of the new lockdown ordinances?

They are open for regular indoor dining.

    Are there gluten free options?

    Meat is gluten free

Are you allow to order half portion? Because I'm worry of no able to finish full portion.

Yes you can order half portions. If there's something you wanna try but not sure if you'll enjoy the full portion, then half portions are a good option.

Not that I can say I'm all that surprised in hindsight, but it's still kind of a shame. Mostly because I just wish the food had been better, but also because, despite how impressive the OC food scene is, I hadn't come across any BBQ joints/Cantonese restaurants that SF has so many of until randomly stumbling across this place! Then again, maybe I've just been too distracted by the many Taiwanese options that the Bay Area is so criminally short on... Compared to some of the Chinese BBQ joints that I frequent in the Bay Area, this place felt so much newer and a whole lot cleaner/nicer. That said, while the menu appeared to be a whole lot narrower, they still had a decent selection of offerings to choose from. Along with their nearly twenty different sides/snack dishes, which include items like pig ears with chili sauce, cucumber salad, chicken wings, wontons in chili oil, and tofu skin salad, they also had BBQ meats, like Roasted Duck, Soy Sauce Chicken, and Char Siu, a mix of rice and noodle dishes, and combination plates of their BBQ meats over rice or noodles. Sadly, though, no crispy skin roast pork, which was a huge bummer. -- SWEET FRIED CORN Admittedly, this initially didn't catch my eye, but I'm glad we ended up trying it. Every piece was crispy and I liked how sweet and flavorful the corn was. Plus, it was how this wasn't all that oily, though, I wouldn't have minded a bit more batter for some added crunch. -- WONTONS IN CHILI OIL Not too shabby. Although the skins felt a little overcooked, each piece was fairly plump and I thought the filling was pretty tasty. It was also unexpected to see a bit of broth with the chili oil, but it had a nice flavor to it and just the right amount of spice. -- TWO BBQ ITEM RICE PLATE with Char Siu and Roasted Duck I was the most excited for this, but it left me feeling conflicted. On the plus side, the bowl had a fair amount of both meats and the duck was really good - really juicy and the skin was golden brown. On the other hand, the char siu was super fatty and the rice was mushy. -- DICED GROUND PORK ON RICE...$13.99 More solid than spectacular, but still satisfying enough. Like with the BBQ plate, the meat to rice ratio favored the former and I thought the egg and the veggies complemented this well. At the same time, I wish this had more sauce to it, as the pork look a little dry/pale. In addition to how convenient it was to come here (there was a steady crowd, but it never got packed inside), I appreciated how fast our food came out. Also, I'm not sure if we just got lucky, but it wasn't nearly as hard to find a space in the complex's parking lot as it seemed it would be. Between all of that, the food being decent, and the relatively friendly service, Frank's BBQ & Noodles wasn't bad for some Chinese BBQ. However, it definitely could've been better, especially if Roast Pork had been one of their offerings!

I've been telling my family about this place for years and finally we made plans for dinner to come…read morehere. We got here on Friday night 4/3/26 around 5:30pm. All the tables were full and there was one party of 11 just ahead of us. Our wait for a table was like 30 minutes or so. Once we were up we were guided to a table towards the back for five. Our server asked if we been here before and if we wanted anything else besides water to drink. My brother and his fiance split a full order of the beef ribs and side order of sauteed garlic green beans. My mom and step dad split a full order of beef ribs while I ordered a full rack of baby back ribs which came with two side orders. I picked coleslaw and onion rings which I shared with the family. The food came out promptly. Everyone enjoyed their food. The baby back ribs were moist with flavor, smoked and went well with their bbq sauce. The rest of the family really like their beef ribs. And they even commented that it was better than the other bbq places we been to. Definitely will return and highly recommend.

*** SCAM ALERT *** I…read moredon't use the word "SCAM" lightly, but that's what this was. My adult son called in a $281.62 order off the menu for Mother's Day. They would not accept the order or payment over the phone because the order was "too big." They asked that someone go there and pay up front for the entire order. Since it was the evening before Mother's Day, I drove to them and paid for the order. Yes, I was also presented with a minumum 20% TIP screen, which I declined. When I got there at pickup time (4:00pm) on Mother's Day, the price changed to $325.51. I was told that, for some reason, they had cut about 50% larger portions than the menu specified (see the line items, which should have been 1 lb. each), so they charged me for the difference ($325.51 - $281.62) which was $43.89 (about 50% more for the 2 items they cut heavier). No, there was no mention when I placed the order that the total cost might change due to extra meat. Neither is it shown on their web site or printed menus. When I protested, there was no option. If I don't pay the $43.89 difference, I don't get the Mother's Day food. After about 20 minutes of bickering at the counter with two different clerks (note the time stamp differences on the credit card slips), I was given my original order, with a net price reduction of ($281.62 - $254.93) $26.69. My persistence had paid off. On a positive note, the cook did, twice, walk up to me and quietly apologize for what was going on. I know many folks would have folded in this situation, but that's not my nature. I don't stand for dishonesty. Yes, it was embarrassing, other clients in line were not happy (I let them skip ahead of me so as not to inconvenience them). None of them had price increases. I don't know if the clerks wanted a tip because the management doesn't pay them much, or it this goes deeper and is standard operating procedure that assumes most clients will simply approve of the overage and pay up. In any case, from this client's point of view, this is a SCAM! When it was all over, I took my 11 and 12 year old grandsons (who had been sitting patiently waiting for grandpa to pay) and my food package to the car, drove home and proudly presented the meat to my family. After all, I am a hunter-gatherer; and the food was great!

Hey, I enjoyed this quite a bit! I've only been to Woodfire…read moreGrill restaurant at the Grove, in LA once with friends. We had a good time and this location did not disappoint either. This time I was by myself though, just to grab a quick dinner. The insight of the restaurant isn't that species but it's nice and cozy. Since I was by myself, there's absolutely no point to wait for a table so I grab a seat at the bar and order some baby back ribs. Delicious! Word of advice to anyone visiting this place. Though it tasted great the meat quality was on a lower side. There was just way too much fat and little meat on those ribs. At the end of the visit though I left satisfied with everything, the atmosphere, service and the food. Sure it wasn't a five star steak dinner but this isn't very a fancy steakhouse establishment either so for the low quality meat and dry corn that I had received it was definitely a B+ experience.

Unfortunately it came a little extra crispy but when we mentioned it to our waitress she immediately made it right and brought us a new one. I had their bbq salmon plate with flame broiled asparagus and hubby had the bbq chicken plate. Both delicious! Of course we made room for dessert and had their yummy butter cake. Delish! The ambiance was quiet at first, got there at 4pm but by the time we left there was a waiting period & perfectly loud with fun conversations.
