Take your business to any other company because you will have a hard time getting a call returned or questions answered because the staff is not experienced with customer service skills or how the company operates. Went back to SQ today in an attempt to downsize to a smaller unit. The same lady was there and she…read morebrought up our previous encounter. Even though she wanted to discuss it further, I didn't carry on the conversation after the initial sentences because I felt it was not going to improve things. However, I was incorrect. When my wife asked for a smaller unit, we were told that there were none available on the first floor. When my wife asked if I wanted an upstairs unit, I said I didn't. The lady there went in to high gear to make sure we were going to be satisfied and not move to another storage company. She tried hard to find a solution. Even to the point of calling a customer who had reserved a unit on the first floor to see if they would take one on the second floor. It all worked out thanks to her. The other customer said they would take the upstairs unit and I could have the one downstairs. Kudos.
