I have become a pretty regular customer lately. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of the fish, the selection, the health, the great prices, and most of all, the helpfulness and knowledge of Alyssa. She gives really great care advice that makes sense and makes me feel confident that I am not going to kill these beautiful animals. I can tell you now that I have some of the happiest Apistogramma Cacatuoides and Kribensis (Nigeria Red) living in full community tanks. I can also tell you that I paid 1/3 the price for each of those fish that I would have paid if I went anywhere else. One more plus is supporting a locally owned and owner operated business. I Highly recommend as probably the fish/aquarium store in the area for a "fish nerd" like me who wants something a little different and does not want to have to worry about its health or leaving the store without knowing what to expect from that fish and how to care for it. read more

Great fish selection of fresh and salt water fish. Fish are cheaper else wear but would rather support a small business. They have amazing live plants for sale, straight from the tank. But the handful. The man is very stoic but educated on fish and a great help. read more

Dead fish floating in half of the tanks.. Tanks are filthy and not taken care of. Over half of the poor beta fish are almost dead. I let the worker know the betas were dying and he just shrugged his shoulders. We wont be back. We will spend our money at Upscale Fish and Reptile instead. read more

The sick Tonini tang I bought from this store last Monday passed away over the weekend. I am sad that this happened. And was hopeful that the owner was honest with me and that it was emaciated with holes all over its head and missing pigment all the way down it's lateral line due to improper diet was truthful. One of the few remaining locally owned fish shops, so I had to stop by. Read one review saying to only go in if the owner is having a good day. I went in anyway to check it out, and instantly felt like I wasn't somewhere I was in someone's home. Not in the good way, like I walked into a strangers house and they didn't want me there. So I continued walking with my son making sure he didn't touch anything. My son found "sleeping" fish in multiple tanks, so we were heading out. But before heading out the door, I figured if I bombarded this owner with questions, he might open up and spill some knowledge. I did so, and we had a brief conversation before parting ways. I'm not going to give a low review just because someone wasn't friendly off the bat. This hobby is slowly dying out and these are the people that hurt because of it. Do yourself a favor, instead of going to a big box store for fish, go to one of these shops. The owners may not be as bubbly as the big box ones, but you'll walk away having learned more about the hobby. read more

By far one of the least trustworthy fish stores I have ever been to. I have kept fish for over 7+ years, and this is the first time in my life that I have ever lost an entire batch of fish in less than a week of owning them. All water perimeters were great. When I called the store owner to see how we can resolve the issue, it was excuse after excuse and no desire to make it right. If you want to gamble on the heath of the fish you buy, shop here. Such a neat store that has everything you could want! I'm new to this so I went in with basically an idea that I have a bowl and I want some substrate, driftwood and some plants (but no idea what was good or what would work.) The person there explained everything and helped me choose some starter plants and driftwood and substrate and was very knowledgeable. Went to visit this store today my husband and I and my service dog named "Cooper" he's a 10 month old Golden very smart graduated from several classes may I add.. when we walked in as I do every saltwater store I've been too and there's been a lot considering my husband and I have been doing this saltwater hobby for a longtime now, upon walking in I was stopped and told to leave NOT in polite way no not at all in a snarking VERY condescending way. He replied "dogs" aren't allowed here in very rude demand and I said well why he's my service champion? He then told said well they scare the fish? I said they scare the fish? Which is very odd due to the fact my dog just stays beside me and doesn't move? I said well okay? Very confused and shocked and disappointed on how we were pushed out so rudely. After leaving we drove to Premium Aquariums in Salem, we were welcomed by very friendly people that loved Cooper and they were also very knowledgeable on their fishes and coral. Long story short we ended up spending quite a bit of money there! So I have to say who lost? I think the irroganant jerk at "All that Aquariums" did worth the drive to Salem. You can't go wrong here. Great selection of fish and coral. Most importantly is the exceptional customer service you will experience here. I can't say enough great things about Erin and the time he took to educate me on what my tank needed. I ordered hardware from him and he explained exactly how I needed to hook it up from start to finish. I had a problem at home with the setup and he actually took the time to stop by the house and help out. It's hard sometimes to put a $$$ value on service, but I can assure you his investment in his customers will pay dividends in the years to come. read more
