It's frustrating and honestly feels misleading when the signs say one thing and the staff says another. At this point it really seems like a management problem. Fixing signs and giving clear info isn't complicated, and it shouldn't keep happening over and over. Corporate needs to come in and take a look at what's going on here, because nothing is changing and customers are the ones wasting their time. Customers also should be compensated for gas and wasting our time, no wonder the company is struggling.

Would love to take her in monthly for touch ups! She looks amazing! I love that My Favorite Groomer doesn't crate my dog and that I can watch my dog get groomed, on the screen, while waiting in the waiting room. Love that! I didn't want my dog cut too short and since she wasn't matted we were able to do that but first agreeing that we would only do what my big puppy could handle at her first groom. Always have great selections for pet food. I will say this location did stop carrying our dog's food, but there were alternatives we were able to switch to. Superworms are great quality and I know that I will be able to get whatever I need for my furry pets and reptiles.
