Overall it has been a good experience, the last time they came out there was an issue with my A/C that I thought was resolved, unfortunately they had to make a second trip out. It was explained to me that the Issues were unrelated but I still felt that maybe it was. The owner called and took the time to explain but decided not to charge me anyway. The worst experience I've ever had with ANY company. They sent an installer to put in a new air handler (on the 2nd floor); the inept worker "forgot" to take off the packing tape off the float valve....days later the downstairs ceiling was dripping water on to the new pergo floor. I called the owner, spoke with him and he sent out a different (competent installer to identify the problem. I called the owner back to discuss issue with the ceiling; suddenly, he was not taking my calls. six, seven, 10 calls later- he never called back. the problem with the ceiling was never fixed due to the lack of care and consideration of the owner!!! They never pulled a permit to install the a/c originally. They installed based on the quote. Freon kept leaking out so the house was hot. They would sent a new repair person. They kept blaming each other. Finally on the third call I asked for a manager to come. He made me pay $700 more for work that wasn't bid. Now it's been working great. So I went to sell the house no permit was pulled. They had to get one which took 2 months. So yesterday was the inspection and it didn't pass. So the inspector made them replace the wrong breakers. And 2 other problems. The technician was told to send pictures to inspector. His phone didn't work so I had to do this. No response from county so I don't know if it even passed yesterday. Poor warranty service. They want more money. Stay away. read more

My Air Conditioner went after 11 years. All Time Air Conditioning answered my service call immediately, whereas 3 other company's that I called were not able to make a house call it was the weekend. All Time Air Conditioning made the call. I was without Air for 5-days in July dead heat. They installed a window Air Condition temporarily in my bedroom until the one they ordered was ready to be picked up. Used fans for the rest of the house. They installed a 3.5 Carrier which they recommended, installed a UV Blue Light, in the housing and cleaned out vents for a very fair price. Service men knew exactly what they were doing, end of day I had Air. A friend recommended them and I do so, as well. Great Company, office staff was extremely cooperative, sales person was right on. This company is unresponsive for days at a time over the weekend for emergencies. They don't even call back to tell you if they can even come and we have a contract....so they don't even care that you bought their stuff and you need it serviced...Florida is hot. Do I really have to go into detail? 3 days of my air being down has me violent. I shouldn't have to pay a other company to do the work that I put my faith in with a contract to do. Total ripoff. Had to call three times for service and even then the technician sent out his buddy from retirement because he was busy. Problem wasn't fixed and had to call them back again. They charged an outrageous fee for a pump replacement (which they should have noticed the first time) and charged an almost 10x markup on the item despite me having a service contract. When I called to speak to the manager, she pretty much said: Don't care, your problem, this is how we roll. If I'm going to throw my money away, I would rather it be to an ethical business than at least tries to pretend they care about their customers. P.S. Look up the price of items online. Companies can no longer make these ridiculous claims that this is what they pay for supplies. read more

Highly recommend All Time Air for all your air conditioning needs. I actually found them through Home Advisor as my unit was no longer blowing cold air. When I spoke to them they were able to send someone out the same day. Moe showed up on time and was able to assess the issue and fix the problem. Ultimately I needed a new unit and I asked for an estimate which came in lower then some of their competitors. They called they day before to confirm the appointment and the showed up on time as promised. Anthony and Cody were the techs for the install and I can not thank them enough for the great job they did. They stayed till everything was working perfectly. Do not use All Time Air Conditioning! We called for service on Saturday and the technician said our system was severely restricted. He charged an outrageous fee, and also told us not to turn the AC back on for several hours. When we did (no surprise) it didn't work! Our calls were ignored on Sunday. The same tech came back on Monday and once again said that the system would only work on low capacity for brief periods of time. He suggested full replacement at a whopping $7,200. On Tuesday, we called another company who told us our 7 year old system was likely under warranty, a point that was never even considered by All Time Air Conditioning. The reputable company showed up Tuesday and did not need to use the warranty, as they fixed the unit within an hour. All Time would have been happy to charge us $7,200 for a new unit after being incapable of doing a simple fix on our existing unit. Maybe they were being dishonest or maybe they were just incompetent. Either way, look elsewhere if you need your air conditioning fixed! read more

We used All Time Air to repair an old dying A/C. They were always on time, knowledgeable, honest and fairly priced. When the time finally came that the 20+ year old unit needed to be replaced we again went with All Time Air. They were reasonably priced did the job quickly and on time and we are enjoying our nice cool house! Would use these guys again in a second but I have a feeling we won't need to see them for years! Do not be fooled by the photo they posted stating that your first service call is free. My A/C broke in the middle of the night, spoke to their call support to set up an apt next morning.. when they called back next morning the woman tried to explain that it's only a free service call if you are needing an estimate to replace a unit. I used All Time A/C a few years ago to install a whole new HVAC system in our home. They did a great job, but more importantly, whenever we have needed them for service due to the nature of the beast, ie clogged condensation line, bad capacitor, they are so responsive and timely to our call for help. Terrible customer service. I called for service on my AC unit on July 4th. I was told that they were extremely busy but a technician would definitely call me to schedule a time. A few hours passed, I called back, and again was told that it was busy, but someone was definitely coming. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP. NOT EVEN A COURTESY CALL TO LET ME KNOW THEY WERE NOT COMING. I just moved to Delray and my ac went out. I called All Time Air Condition Company to come out it Saturday, the service fee was 125.00 which was fine. What was not fine, was the repair man said the compress need to be replace!!! OMG THAT IS GOING TO COST LOSTS OF MONEY!!!! Thank God the former owner had left some files. I looked lord and be hold there was sale contract, the unit was only 4years old, I called the company that sold her the unit. I am a VERY SATISFIED customer of All Time AC. They responded to my place within a mere 2 hours of my initial call, on the same day. Moe diagnosed my AC unit and expertly explained what was going on with my air conditioning system in terms I could easily understand, and provided me pictures of the unit's state (very old) via email (I currently am in NH) as well as a written proposal. The visit and proposal was free. I accepted the replacement proposal over that of a competitor because Moe was so pleasant, responsive and professional; and most importantly because All Time's price was slightly less and their offered system was of better quality. They agreed to postpone installation by over 60 days to accommodate my needs, and the owner followed up Moe's visit to see if I had thus far been satisfied. When the HOA stopped the installation after All Time's initial attempt, there was not a single suggestion of surcharging me for the wasted visit. In fact, they were very helpful and exquisitely quick in satisfying the HOA's demands. At the rescheduled installation the team arrived on time and they worked hard and competently under the hot Florida sun; and I now have a new unit that works great! I am an extremely satisfied customer. After several estimates and phone calls, I decided to go with All-Time. I spoke to Ryan and I was convinced that he was the only guy in the industry that really cared about me and my home. He didn't try to sell me on anything, he laid out what I needed, and we went through my options. I ended up replacing my ancient 30 year-old unit that only blew hot air with a new Carrier. My technicians were Greg and Moe. These guys were exceptional - very personable, knowledgeable, and hardworking. They arrived on time, politely wiped their shoes, covered the floors to protect it from damage, and began working (and boy are they hard workers). I had a very old unit, so the infrastructure was very outdated and bad. They ended up welding up a new pipe to fit the new A/C (which was very badass), explained how everything works, and went above and beyond to insure that I was satisfied. They adjusted my vents to direct airflow in the most efficient way. One of the bedrooms in the house wasn't getting enough airflow (because of the layout of my air ducts), they fixed it up and now that bedroom is blasting cold air! They installed and setup my Nest thermostat and explained how it works. They cleaned out the dust from my ducts, coated my pipes, and so much more. They are such hardworking technicians, I can't recommend them enough. All-Time Air Conditioning really does put their customers first. I would recommend them to anybody! read more

Chris was an outstanding rep who serviced my 85yrs Dad during our visit from LA. Service America FAILED to respond in a timely manner a 3yrs old A/C unit they installed that stopped working last Sunday. Had to stay in hotel for 2 nights since Dad's condo temp was in 90s!!! Cancelled contract with SA and All Time Air's got our vote since they've got 24/7 service. Chris had a timely arrival, courteous, professional, personable and found quick solution to the problem. All Time Air Conditioning is a horrible, horrible company. I found the people I had to deal with constantly lying. They were in my house from 11:00 am until after 10 PM . They were short of help. I had a working a/c so I would have been better off if they delayed it. My husband is sick, which they were aware of. In the remarks that the service that sold me the product were "You have your air know, so you are complaining for a few hours". It goes so much further than that. The attitude was pathetic, he was upset too! I asked about the FPL rebate and he said they took it off the top and it goes to them. The price was not cheap. My next complaint is to FP&L. read more

The air conditioner they sold me was poor quality and over priced. The A/C is terribly loud and struggles to cool the house. I had to call them back several times just to get the job done. All Time Air called me offering to do a maintenance for $75. I reluctantly agreed. My AC was functioning fine prior to their service. Their technician suctioned out the drain line with their vacuum and in doing so caused the drain line to leak where the overflow shutoff valve is. Then All Time Air wanted to charge $400 to replace the drain line that they had damaged. I'm reporting this to the Florida Department of Business Regulation. read more
