This company was SO wonderful to work with. We had an issue with our AC that started after hours. Joe called me back right away, and came out to assess and was quickly able to diagnose that we had a bad wire needing replacement. He said they would call me in the morning to give a window for a tech to come out, which they did. Mike was our tech and he was also great. Both guys were professional, courteous, cleaned up after themselves, showed up when they said they would, and most importantly knew what needed to be done and repaired it without trying to sell us on services we did not need, nor did they drag out the amount of visits necessary. We had issues with our AC previously spanning over two summers. We utilized All Year Cooling via our landlord's service contract, which sent countless techs who could not narrow down the root of the problem quickly or effectively like Joe did. We would call at 6:00PM, to be told someone would come out by 7:00-8:00, then told at 8:30 that they were tied up and could not come. This is understandable a time or two, but this happened literally countless times, well into the double digits. How frustrating to have to load up a toddler and a puppy while pregnant when the house is close to 90degrees at 9:00 during the work week, no less than 13 times. Really long story short, they toyed with every possible component of an AC system, replaced the inside unit and both outside units, just to find out that the system was never large enough for the size of our house in the first place. It is 1,500 sq ft, and apparently considering the type of AC they were installing, it should have been one ton for every 500 sq ft and they only put in a two ton unit when we really needed three. Pretty sure our landlord is still battling the owner on that one. We never had the same tech twice and not one single person could determine what the real issue was. After talking with Joe, it was something he instantly recognized, as well as the fact they used cheap and crappy equipment when replacing which is maddening. Needless to say, we were so grateful for the simple, honest and efficient experience with All Time AC and will continue to recommend them. They have a sense of urgency and compassion which other companies seem not to, but it is imperative in the hot Florida summers. Don't forget to offer your techs some water! After all of the times All Year came out, not one single person climbed into our attic, so thanks to Mike I now know it was 115 in there. read more

He also gave great advice to be proactive in the future to prevent it from happening to our new system too as apparently it's common. His mix of expertise and humor made the process easy and stress free. He also was a delight and I felt comfortable around him too. Jordan gave us as assessment of what he would do, why and how he would do it as if it was his own in his home. I got multiple quotes, and All Time Air's pricing was fair, with none of the condescension, nonsense, persuasiveness, overpricing, or long waits I saw elsewhere. Their turnaround time was impressive as our AC went out Friday morning, and by Tuesday, the new system was installed (permits included). Customer service is top notch, from Ellen at reception to the technicians on-site. Everyone was a pleasure, professional, skilled, and genuinely caring which is refreshing. Highly recommend All Time Air for anyone needing HVAC service with integrity and efficiency. They exceeded every expectation. There's no fluff or sales gimmicks from them at all. I previously reviewed All Time very favorably and was very correct in my evaluation. Having retired from my own A/C Business that I owned for approximately 40 years I can evaluate an Air Conditioning company by their respect for their customers, the knowledge and efficiency of their employees and their pricing for service and installation. All businesses survive on a profit but a reputable business makes a reasonable profit without gouging customers. All Time is reputable. They intend to keep their existing customers with good service and reliability that causes those customers to recommend them to others. I've always said that a good owner of a company treats his employees as though they work with the company and not FOR the company. I have seen that this is the way Ryan runs his company and I'm certain he realizes that without good employees his company could not exist. I have seen this in the way I've been treated by his office personnel, especially Vivian and his mechanics and estimators in the field. This is a good reliable and caring company and I wish them a long and prosperous business life. Would like to say that working in the service industry is getting way to hard to deal with people. These guys no matter how many reviews you read honestly try. The techs are well put together, and well mannered. The office is kind and always answer. The installers work hard, are efficient and take the time to show you how it works when they are done. They always show up, and even if they are late they show up, most of the time you get a call before arrival!! What more do you want? Reading these reviews is frightening because all I see is complaints, but they were a referral to me so I looked them up here and expected the worst.. WAY better than the last company I used by a long shot! Hats off to you guys cause I deal with people every day myself but when people are sweating they are irritable and then write things like that is just not right. More than likely never had to do any customer service. I wish you guys the best in the future, and hope more people take the time to write something nice for you, not just when they are upset. Katrina was not only professional and courteous, she listened to my explanation and followed through with my concerns. She called me back in a reasonable time and was able to provide me with all the information I needed. We set-up an appointment for diagnosis and repair. All Time Air. It's time to testify. Back in Aug. 18th 2021. I had my entire A/C unit changed out. All went well. All Time Air sent me the A*TEAM. Sometimes you're thinking & giving the side eye to company tech's that come out. But the All Time Air tag team of MIKE & ISLET had me up and running with professionalism. They didn't waste time analyzing what needed to be performed on the roof & air handler inside. Mike & Islet had great commutation working together while working in spilt areas. The performed there job well before the crane came to put my unit on the roof. They came prepared. No issues yet but that's life. Lol But I'm covered. I'm on the plan. Awful customer service. Brian, Justin, and several other technicians came out. Never told us that service needed to be done other than what they were there to handle. All receipts said "AC unit is good". Now we have issues and they are not taking any responsibility. When calling to get the issue sorted out the "Manager in charge" at the time because the owner was on vacation was very rude, nasty, and unhelpful. Katrina did not provide any help whatsoever. Our unit is 2 years old and there are constant issues. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE AWFUL. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY. You will be disappointed if you go with All Time Air. Not to mention the "Manager in charge" did not even know the owners last name. Use at your own risk....beware WOULD LOVE TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER RYAN F. Bunch of hustlers, dont care about the customer. Company only cares about making money. My unit wont fully cool on hot days so I called All Time AC. Tech came out and spent 10 mins checking the temp inside and the pressure outside. Didnt check air handler or ANYTHING ELSE. Claims my unit is "tired" and I need a new one. (Im surprised he didnt say the flux capacitor was broken). Give me a break, his 10minute technical diagnoses was that my unit was "tired"?! Total hustler. Complained to the owner a few hours later. The owner looked up the logs (vehicle must have tracking). He agreed his tech didnt do a full inspection but then tried to claim how experienced his tech was ( he said he worked for a big AC company before coming to his company). Wow. Experienced at hustling more like it. Dont walk, run from this company. Will just try to sell you on a new unit (IMO). Hopefully he refunds my money since I have another co coming tomorrow to resolve the issue. read more

We just moved to Florida a few months ago and bought an 2010 home with the original AC system we knew our AC had to be replaced. After calling 3 different AC companies to get 3 estimates on our AC system. We found ALL TIME AIR CONDITIONING to be fair priced, professional with knowledgeable service techs and experienced installation crew. Even speaking with the office with Elena she put us at ease as did the Office Manager. We got our financing quickly , equipment was ordered and we got our New AC system installed that same week!!! The installers took our old system out and installed the new one within about 4 hours. Not only were they polite, knowledgeable they left our house spic and span clean! After calling 7 emergency air conditioning companies to service a dead air conditioner in West Palm Beach after recent power outages causing an overload problems for people and demand on need for repair... they came to my rescue...and fast! The minute I spoke to the rep who answered my call momentarily, I knew this family owned company was the best! The person whom I spoke to assured me she would have Brian to my location asap. and he arrived in less than one hour later on Sunday, Fathers Day holiday. My Air Conditioner went after 11 years. All Time Air Conditioning answered my service call immediately, whereas 3 other company's that I called were not able to make a house call it was the weekend. All Time Air Conditioning made the call. I was without Air for 5-days in July dead heat. They installed a window Air Condition temporarily in my bedroom until the one they ordered was ready to be picked up. Used fans for the rest of the house. They installed a 3.5 Carrier which they recommended, installed a UV Blue Light, in the housing and cleaned out vents for a very fair price. Service men knew exactly what they were doing, end of day I had Air. A friend recommended them and I do so, as well. Great Company, office staff was extremely cooperative, sales person was right on. I recently wrote an unfavorable review and that was in great part due to the fact that I wasn't able to communicate adequately with the Company. I just received a phone call from Ryan the owner of this family business and we were able to work our way through the situation for a very favorable outcome. He had been dealing with some personal issues which prevented him from reaching out sooner. Bottom line it meant a great deal to me to feel valued and I have to say that not every company would have done the same. I never felt shortchanged by the service and feel that they have proven themselves to me as being honest, forthright and reliable. Our service was great. We called All Time Cooling based on reviews. We have used several different AC companies over the years, and our tech Jordan was by far the most knowledgable, friendly, and fair we have had. He answered our many questions and made it make sense. Not only was our immediate issue taken care of, he was able to identify several other issues that should have been taken care of on other visits with other companies. He even showed us directly, or took pictures of issues, to show what problems we should address.
