I asked them to look at it for their $127.50 diagnostic fee. After he went. He left me 5 increasingly distasteful messages including not knowing what was wrong but wanted an additional $800 to replace something that ended up not needing to be replaced. He also wants payment right away. I paid him after work on the second day, he wouldn't allow me time to look at the furnace for myself, in order to make a determination on how to proceed. So I declined any additional work. Since it wasn't fixed and he wasn't at all helpful, I ended up finding the fix this myself by finding and cleaning out a clogged gas feed tube with compressed air. It was good as new. This dude is pushy, rude, and seems to want to guess and check parts at my expense. No thanks. There's better options out there I'm sure. ***In response to the business owner's. We found the obstruction on my next available day off of work. It would have been nice if you could have fixed and/or mentioned that to me. The only mention was of the gas valve at a cost of $800. I said I would find someone else, as this was not my intention to fix this since we had already tried. We got lucky. I would have gladly paid more than your diagnostic fee if you had the ability to fix it. Yelp reviews can be fakes now.
