They were prompt , professional and respectful of the property. The technicians were friendly and answered any question I had. After it was installed and we were using it for several weeks they scheduled a post-installation inspection to assure everything was functioning as it should and to see if I had any further questions. The removal and replacement inside & outside units were completed in one day. We are extremely satisfied with the entire process from no pressure quote (3 options were offered) to post inspection!

His diagnosis of blocked coils and a bad condenser couldn't be further from the truth. He and his company continued to badger my wife for days for the $850 up front. We got a second opinion and it was the mother board on the unit which had caught fire mentioned no where in his report to the insurance company. AND the insurance company covered the repair. I also spoke with other disgruntled customers only to hear the same. These people are shady and need to be looked into for fraud. BEWARE!

Switched to a new provider the same week of the "Cleaning" and there was oil everywhere in the unit? why, how?? and the filter was filthy not remotely cleaned. It did fail within a week of them showing up like usual. Stay away I know a lot of people like kalos however since not using them my ac actually shuts off now instead of running 24/7 because the proper parts have been installed, not the cheap chinese trash parts they charge 11x for. I have no doubt by not using them my electric bill will halve next month... it costs to much to use this company stay away.
