The work was labor-intensive since the bathtub was 'vintage' and the kitchen sink plumbing had been done incorrectly when it was renovated. The work was done in what I thought was an appropriate amount of time and the labor was clean and friendly. Is anyone satisfied with a price? I got what I was paying for and I believe that I am making a home improvement. I could have gone elsewhere, but I was impressed with the promptness to respond to my request for help and with the professionalism of Levon and his assistant.

We got up early instead of sleeping in and my wife pulled her clothes out of the closet (again) to get them access to the crawl space under the house. They pulled a NO-SHOW! I finally called after they sent me an automatic text stating their work was completed. I wasnt going to bother calling, but after talking with my wife, we thought we'd pass it on to someone at the office. I spoke to a Peter, who told me he'd find out what happened and call me back in 5 minutes... that was about 3 hours ago. Tried calling two more times, but the line just goes to a machine now. Why bother wasting any more time with these guys? There are tons of other companies out there, Id recommend looking for one that won't snub you...

I went to Home Depot and rented a snake. I cleared the line!!!!!!! That's been a year now. The line is still cleared. Totally incompetent plumber. I don't know which yard they came out of but it was this company.

We were having a recurring problem with the flush valve on a new toilet. The toilet was purchased and installed by BF Plumbing. And to their credit they were out promptly each time I called that the issue continued. After calling the office this last time, Josue Garcia-Rivas arrived later that afternoon. He was prepared for the work, having already read the history of the problem and attempts at its fix. After his examination his recommendation was to replace the entire toilet. The rationale was that it was addressed so many times without attaining a solution, the only thing left was to replace the unit. He showed up the next morning with the new toilet and installed it in a very efficient and professional manner. He kept the area clean and made sure he cleaned up at the end. All good.
