I got hit two weeks after getting my first car, and my insurance recommended Allard Collision to me. I was so nervous about going somewhere shotty. Allard collision exceeded my expectations greatly. It took 5 minutes for the manager to explain to me exactly how the car would be repaired and what the process looks like for them. My entire bumper needed to be replaced. I took my vehicle in on a Friday and it was ready for pickup on Saturday. It literally took them a day to fix my car. I am so amazed by this location and all of the knowledgeable employees here. Excellent customer service and and repair work. A parking lot accident just before a planned vacation created a logistic challenge. How to get an estimate and repairs completed without more loss of time. John at Allard Collision solved the problem completely. I drove into Allard Collision the same morning to get the estimate. John provided the information needed to get things rolling with the insurance company and time needed for the repairs. After explaining how this impacted our travel plans for scheduling the repairs John, the owner, offered to drive us to the airport and complete the repairs during our vacation. We arranged a home pickup and drop off for the vehicle instead of airport service which worked out perfectly. The vehicle was ready when expected and I received a call from John telling us it was ready while we were still out of town. The vehicle was delivered Monday as promised in excellent condition. Repairs were expertly done, the vehicle was spotlessly cleaned. You could not ask for a more comprehensive service to a collision repair. I would recommend this be your first stop for an estimate. This is the third vehicle repair Allard has done over the years and each experience has been premier customer service and excellent repair work. I recommend them to my friends. read more

I am afraid I have to disagree with the high ratings for this collision service. I dinged up a new BMW X3, and the insurance company gave me a couple of repair shop names, but told me I was free to take it wherever I wanted. I researched the company the insurance company offered, and didn't like the reviews I saw, so I did some research on other shops and based on the BBB and Yelp, I went to talk to the people here. I asked Allard why they weren't recommended or known to my insurance company (Hartford), and they said because they didn't like being "tied" to the company. Hmmm. I decided to use them and they assured me they were very familiar with the various electronic components involved, and I shouldn't worry because no one would know the car had been in an accident after they were done. SO: They repaired the car on schedule. I picked it up, and found it strange the car didn't open with the touch of the door handle as it had before, and the clock wasn't set to the correct time. I figured these were just programming issue I could take care of once I got it home. When I left Allard, I had to go back to the dealership where I bought the car for another issue, so when I got there I figured why not have them fix the door and clock issue. The sales person couldn't fix them so he sent it into his shop. When it came back out, they told me the car had been in an accident and repaired. They knew this because the fender bolts had not been painted correctly, there were wires hanging down behind the front bumper, and the door opening control hadn't been programmed. They said they could repair all these items, but at a cost to be determined because they didn't know the extent of the "non conforming repairs". Took the car back to Allard, told them what I had found out at the dealership, and they of course played it down. "Just a cable holder that came lose, not a big deal". As for the door opener, they said they weren't familiar with the need to have it reprogrammed (they told me at the beginning they knew how to repair a car so it would be good as new), and said it was their fault, so they would take care of it at their expense (they billed the insurance company). They also fixed the fender bolt paint (probably charged the insurance company for that also). I know at one point, the actual cost was about $1,000 over the estimate, but don't know what the final overage was. Overall, I probably would not use them again. read more

Excellent job! My insurance adjuster hooked me up with these guys otherwise I would have not gone to them. I live in Scottsdale and this shop is in Chandler. Owner was so service oriented that he drove to my house with an employee and picked up my car the day my insurance approved the claim. They had my car for almost 2 weeks because of all the damage from my crash. Owner regularly called me with updates without my asking. The car was beautiful when I picked it up! They even did some extra detailing on it which was a nice surprise for me. The shop was spotless and very pretty. Not that what the office looks like matters to the quality of their work but it does reveal their attention to detail and their care about treating their customers. I would highly recommend these guys if you need autobody work done. By the way, my car is an upscale brand so that should make you feel more comfortable if you are concerned about high qualify workmanship. read more

I wish I could give Allard more than 5 stars for their service and the AWESOME job they did on my car. I had a scuff on the right rear of the car after backing into the garage and coming too close to the side of the garage opening and not only was Allard's estimate lower than 2 others I received, but the end job was perfect. It was absolutely flawless AND they refinished the WHOLE rear bumper (the back end is all one piece) and the back of the car looks like new. The service was great from the beginning as well. Kim was very nice, polite and personable and Chris was very easy to deal with and accommodating. I will never go to another auto body repair shop as long as I live in the Valley and as long as Allard is in business. I'll also refer Allard to all my friends and family.
