Literally I found a "GEM". I needed my front bumper repaired. I scheduled with Allard 9/14/20 and from the moment I walked in the door where I met Brandi and Karen through the estimating process taken care of by Jason, and the work done 9/15/20 taken care of by the tech's who work the "magic", my experience with Allard Collision was beyond incredible!!! This business has restored my faith in companies that are still focused on blue ribbon customer service, maintaining a quality and flawless work ethic, and a expressing a 100% interest in fixing my vehicle to a better than new condition. They did exactly all of that all the while making sure they could meet my unique scheduling requirements. They developed a plan, executed the plan, and returned my truck ahead of schedule. Their professional attitude is to say the least - refreshing. The work completed is simply beautiful and far exceeds my highest expectations. I have owned the truck since it was new (1999). After my car accident, I had no idea where to get my Prius repaired. I was referred to Allard Collision by the body shop at Big Two Toyota. My car was transferred to the Casa Grande facility from Chandler by a semitruck, not an open flat bed, so it was completely protected. I was given a business card for Phillip at the Casa Grande facility. Phillip called me later that day to let me know my Prius arrived and had gone over the damages and answered my concerns. Phillip also called to let me know the parts were out of the paint shop and provided an estimated time to completion (by the weekend). He also told me about damages not found by the adjuster and already contacted my insurance company regarding the additional damages. Thursday Phillip called again to let me know my car repair was completed and he did a final inspection before it left the Casa Grande shop. Friday the car was transported to Chandler where another inspection was done and a walk around before I left the facility. I was provided a warranty on all the repairs. To my total surprise, my Prius was washed, the tires were polished, the inside was immaculate (dash cleaned, floors and mats vacuumed), even though there was no damage to the inside of the car. Thank you Phillip for your attention to the repairs. You did amazing work and I really felt grateful for all the information you provided on the progress of the repairs. My wife and I were referred by our insurance agent to a collision shop near Highland Automotive. So I called Highland and was given the names of two collision shops in the immediate area that they highly recommended. Both were courteous and professional but John Allard and his wife at the front desk were over the top friendly. They were also over the top less expensive in meeting our needs. They were able to complete the work that day at a cost that was 75% less than their competitor. YES, I MEAN A QUARTER OF THE COST WITHOUT GIVING UP MY CAR FOR A DAY AND A HALF!! Now, I'm not stupid. I was fully aware of the differences in the work being done. While Allard simply popped out the minor dent in the hood and buffed out the scratches, his competitor's quote included the removal of the hood to address the minor dent and then a three-part factory paint job. For an apples-to-apples quote I'm sure Allard would have come in somewhere around the same price. But the fact is that John at Allard looked at the damage and knew he could take care of it with a much simpler, much quicker and much cheaper process. I'm not saying his competitors were looking to get over on me. I'm just saying that John Allard wasn't looking to get over on me and that he sought all options. I appreciate a business owner who looks out for his bottom-line by first looking out for his customer's bottom-line. That's a guy I would refer and would return to in the future. My Pontiac G8GT was clipped on the front right corner, presumably in a parking lot. Whatever hit it damaged the fender and bumper on the right side and managed to cause the bumper to break loose from the body on the left side of the car. I spent some time looking for a shop that anyone I knew could actually recommend. I was eventually steered to Allard Collision in Chandler by my wife and sister's hairdresser. I was impressed with everything I could see of their operation from the minute I parked. Everything appeared organized and clean. The reception area was clean and comfortable. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Of course, many businesses try to give you that first impression, but Allard followed through on it all the way. Jeff, the estimator who checked my car in and went over the damage that was to be repaired, was wonderful. Besides being open and friendly (like everyone I met there), he was very comprehensive is his estimate, and told me about each part of the car that would need to be replaced or repaired, and why. I actually couldn't have remembered all those details, but they were included in the detailed written copy of the total estimate I received. The car was finished and ready to pick up when they said it would be, and they arranged to pick me up at home and bring me in to get it. My wife accidently found the corner of my driveway entrance causing paint damage and scratches on the right side of her brand new Camry. There were 3 different colors that were damaged, which added to the cost of the repair (totally understandable). Needless to say, my wife was quite upset that she damaged her car. Keith at Allard Collision was so nice and understanding. He had the car reviewed for cost, and I have to admit that I was caught off guard with the low price they were charging me! And the turnaround time for repairs to be done was even more surprising. We dropped my wife's car off on a late Thursday night, and Keith promised that it would be done by the following Wednesday! My experience with damaged cars NEVER had that quick of a turnaround time. As promised, the car was done on the Wednesday that Keith stated! On top of this great news, they drove approx 45 minutes to pick me up, as my wife was out of town and I had no transportation to get to their shop. How considerate is that? I didn't know what to expect of the repair, and again Allard Collision came through with a flawless repair job!! I totally recommend Allard Collision for any repair(s) needed on your vehicle. John Allard (owner) greeted me when I dropped off my vehicle and outlined the process in a manner that instilled confidence and conveyed a sense of pride in his business approach where customer obsession reigns supreme. Support: Karen at the front desk is simply fantastic and does a great job of orchestrating all of the moving parts. She also has a great personality and is super fun. Execution: not long after I dropped off my vehicle, Jeff gave me a call and clearly mapped out parts, labor and time. Speaking of time, Allard had my vehicle ready a full week earlier than promised. I am not one to write reviews but the experience that I had at Allard Collision was so exceptional that I had to take the time to show my appreciation. My 2018 Prius needed some major repairs after a man in a huge box truck decided to open his door as I was driving by. I couldn't believe the amount of damage it caused. I was referred to Allard and from the moment I pulled in, I was warmly greeted by the staff members. After receiving an estimate, I scheduled the repairs knowing that there was a tight window of opportunity to get it completed before embarking on a cross country road trip. I was extremely nervous that my car wouldn't be ready in time and that I would have to postpone my trip. I was reassured that it would be completed on time for my departure date, and it was! The spoiler on my VW Beetle Conv had fallen off. They had done the work originally but through the dealership about 2-1/2 years ago. The dealership gave me Allard Collision's card so I went to them. It was right before Christmas & I was extremely low on funds. They were so very amazing. Since they had originally done the work a couple years earlier, they didn't even charge me. They said VW adhesive doesn't last so they would use their preferred adhesive. I was fine with that as long as it stayed on. I also asked them how much to buff out a spot in the rear panel where I had accidentally lightly backed into my husband's vehicle. They quoted my a price to remove the small dent which I didn't realize was there. But to buff out the white mark, they said they would do that for free. WHAT?!!! Oh so awesome!!! Had a recent collision related mishap and in looking on the internet, found a neigboring business of, Allard Collision, and they suggested I drive over to get a quote regarding potential repair work and so I did. The owner, Mr. Allard, spoke to me and could not have been more gracious or helpful in talking to a potential first time customer like me. In addition, he came in with a repair quote for around $100.00 less than my best previous quote, and I liked that and his approach, and gave the green light to replace my damaged lower bumper. I had some damage to the door on my Tahoe and it wouldn't close properly. I started collecting estimates from various auto body shops. All the the estimates were around $375 and would require them to have my Tahoe for 24 hours. I stopped by Allard to get an estimate thinking the estimate might be a little higher because they are a high quality custom paint and auto body shop. The owner took a look, asked me to make myself comfortable in the office and took my keys. About 10 minutes later my truck was good as new. He said he knew a quick fix and there was no charge. Wow!!! You just don't get that kind of service anywhere in the valley!!! I had them to Quote additional work on my Tahoe and their prices were right in the same price range as all the other shops. I have an 09 Subaru Impreza WRX that was rear ended by a drunk driver. Destroyed the back end, and the front end because it hit the car in front of me. The Insurance company referred me over to an extremely bad body shop, where I then did some more research and found out about Allard Collision. They were beyond accommodating and actually had my car towed all the way to their location from the prior establishment. They also pointed out issues the latter place had not even proceeded to tell me. Their work is beyond exceptional, and they take the time to get every minute detail perfect, as was the case with my traction control being off. Dear John Allard, Thank you so much for repairing my car. Your company did a superb job. Above and beyond what was necessary. I had a front driver side fender bender and you fixed the car so you cannot even tell it was in an accident. You even cleaned up the front headlight on the passenger side so both head lights looked the same. Both headlights were cloudy before the accident and because the drive side head light was replaced, you made sure the passenger headlight also looked just as good. I've honestly never EVER dealt with a nicer and more customer service oriented business in my life. I'm going through an extremely stressful situation right now and managed to also dent my front bumper to add on to the pile. I came in expecting to spend thousands of dollars and in less than an hour I was out the door with what seems like a perfect fix to me. At some point, I will have to buff scratches out and deal with paint chips, but I am more than fine with because they saved me well over $800. Have a 2015 VW Passat and was having trouble finding a reliable VW body shop. First got an estimate and call from Keith and he was able to take care of us right away even without an appointment. Brought the car in for damage to front and left and receieved a call a WEEK later dtating that it was ready for pickup.
