Allard Collision, where do I start. First and foremost shoutout my man Jason, he made sure they took care of my baby. Context, my car got f*cked up and I ended up having to pay out of pocket for the damages. Not only was Allard quick to respond, but I was able to drop off my car about 2 days after my quote! Most places say it'll be a while so I was cool w/ that. Spoke w/ Jason he gave me a rundown of everything that needed to be done and a general timeline; contacted me about halfway through to let me know about some parts coming in, and still*** got the vehicle finished in time. My car had paint damage/cloudiness on the passenger side, the repair was out of my pocket since it was not caused by any type of accident. The estimate was a pretty easy process, Allard looked over the car and got back to me within 3 days. Was a little more expensive, but well worth it. I had looked into having the car done by a paint restoration company, but they could not guarantee what it would look like when completed. Thought it would be better to just have the car repainted and for a little more Allard could do the task of repainting and guarantee it. When the car was completed and saw it I knew right there I made the right decision, the work was top notch and Allard took care of a couple of other scratches that was not part of the work order. October 6th at 8 am was my scheduled appointment to get an estimate for my hail damage. Upon arrival multiple shop workers were standing around with cancer sticks stuck to their lips , aka: cigarettes , while they played on their smart phones. Immediately the optics were awful of this sight. I enter the reception area to check in, the attendant said someone would be right out. Minutes go by & still nothing - so I walk outside. Fifteen minutes later a gentleman came out & walked toward me & my vehicle. At this point it's 8:20 AM , my appointment was set for 8 AM, again not the best start ! The unknown gentleman says " was this ding already there " as he pointed to the front fender. I replied yes it was, that's not why I'm here, I here for all the hail damage. " Oh I see he says , we'll tell me what happened " . At this point I still don't know who I am talking to, no introduction, no name tag , nothing but rushed, can't be bothered attitude! Finally I say - who are you & what's with the degrading attitude?! Eventually he says " I' m Keith & sorry for not introducing myself, I am just trying to set expectations " After taking a few pics Keith says maybe I should just go to another shop ! Then a minute later he says that I'll have an estimate in a day or two. Weeks have past & Keith ghosted me , all while Allard is a preferred shop of Progressive Auto. Keith & Allard represent the stereotype of auto body collision centers, ie: unprofessional, shady, hate their jobs & don't care about the local community & or their customers. They have clear communication on how the repairs would be done, and even took initiative when it comes to communicating with my insurance agency. Couldn't be more satisfied with the service here. I showed up after being rear ended by someone with no insurance and met with Keith M. He snapped some photos and got back to me in a few days with an initial estimate. Set up an appointment for drop off and gave me an approximate turnaround time of 2 weeks for repairs. I dropped it off and was walked through the entire process of the repairs and Allard handled any communication with my insurance on supplemental estimates. Bob was my tech and he communicated with me frequently on the status of the repair. Once the bumper was off he found additional damage, as I expected, and gave me a new turnaround time of 4 weeks total. I was very surprised to find my car was done 12 days early for a total repair time of 17 days. Im incredibly happy with how well the shop communicated, the repairs including a paint match, and the turnaround time. Heaven forbid I get into another accident, at least I have a shop I can trust to take it to. For additional context: I was highly concerned about the turnaround time since my car is a 2022 model. I' can't say anymore then you should take your car here. My wife has been in two accidents in the last year "none her fault". The work is second to none and they are easy to deal with. Just picked up my car and it rides like new again after all the suspension has to be replaced on the passenger side. Preface: I have NOT (yet, anyway) taken my car to Allard, this review is based solely on the estimate I received and my interaction with Kevin who helped me out. I'm about to leave on a cross country drive to move back to AZ and my car door was badly overextended this morning. I called Allard to schedule an estimate for the day we arrive. Kevin got some info from me and asked me to send pictures. Within a few minutes of texting the photos, Kevin was able to break down costs for various levels of repair (to make it perfect or just serviceable enough to open and close it properly). Since it's an old car that doesn't have much value left, he also gave me some advice on a method I could try at home. I wouldn't normally leave a review for a business if I didn't actually use their service (though I guess an evaluation IS a service), but I felt like Allard was so transparent and helpful today that I still wanted to recommend them to someone looking for a body shop. Obviously not all cases will be as easy to evaluate from photos alone, so keep that in mind. read more

I had to take my SUV in because I was in an accident. From the minute I stepped into the office, they looked at my car, until the time I picked it up, the service was outstanding. I got into a fender bender on the freeway, and the front of my car was completely smashed. I called around, but most of the shops had extremely long wait times like 2-3 months to even get my car in the shop to inspect it. However, Allard collision took my car in within a week. Once I took in my car they inspected it right away. The specialist Keith McKay was extremely nice and explained the process to me in great detail. Luckily most of the damage was cosmetic damage so they were able to fix my car within 2 weeks! I had insurance involved, and only had to pay them my deductible, and they handled everything else. Also, I had asked them to fill in a little chip in my windshield while it was getting fixed, and they were able to do it! As well as cleaning the outside of my car which I felt was extremely nice of them to do, and didn't expect. I don't think I will have a better experience with any other collision shop than with Allard Collision. read more

Unsure what kind of review to give as my services with this company are just beginning, but upon my first visit I'm extremely disappointed that I sent my brand new 2020 to them with outside damage... and I find the inside of my new car dirty. I sent this car with an immaculate inside. Couldn't have been cleaner. My black leather seats are currently dirty and dusty. And there's damn fingerprints on my interior. New car smell fading as they left the window down and it's sitting outside in the heat. I get that they work on cars and it's hard to keep clean hands.... but be mindful and considerate in your work.
