A friend of ours referred this place because I had car accident and the back bumper of my car needed to be replaced. Overall everything went great. I dropped off my car on Tuesday and got picked up at the shop by enterprise to get my rental. Allard called me Thursday to say my car will be ready the next day. I picked up my car Friday and left the car rental with them and they took care of returning the car. The new bumper looks great! I didn't pay a penny plus they provided warranty on the repairs. I chose Allard Collision based on reviews I had read online. This company wasn't the recommended company that was offered by my AAA insurance company but I requested the change and it was accepted. I went to get my estimate on what I presumed was a bad dent. Keith accompanied me to look at my vehicle and proceeded to tell me it wasn't that bad, then went to get some remover and wiped away the presumed paint I thought was on my car. Next, the bumper was separated at the seam and he looks it over and says the "teeth" are all still there and connects it back together! Wow!!! I was speechless because when he got done you would never know I had hit anything! I am super impressed with the integrity of this company. My experience at Allard Collision was above and beyond my expectations. I was upset that someone, somewhere, sometime, had scraped the fender of my beautiful, blue, new forever car. I was worried about cost, and not wanting it on my auto insurance record, as an elder still driving. The receptionist listened to me, was professional, caring and called someone right away to talk to me. That was Kieth, who sat down and really listened to my concerns. He went to look at my car, then sat down and went through in detail, options with me, so I could make a decision. Long lasting option was costly, requiring me to file insurance claim. Other option, buffing it and getting touch-up paint from dealer, that he would apply, good but might not last as long. I chose this last option. I got the paint, took it to Allard Collision, where they applied it, and it looks perfect. I asked what I owed for all their help. Kieth said just the $12.50 I paid Toyota for the paint. I still can't believe the kindness, understanding of my situation, the smiles, obvious caring, and service, I received. Then "nothing" he said regarding cost. I had a large tree branch fall on my car causing some body damage and also it cracked my windshield. I had my insurance co (Ameriprise) come out and give me an estimate. They said about $1800 worth of damage. I have a $250 deductible so started looking for a body shop near me. I saw Allard had a high Yelp rating so I told my insurance company I wanted to use them. They said, no problem. They have worked with Allard before. Apparently, there was much more damage than my insurance guy noticed. Allard sent a new estimate for $3000 to my insurance which sent a check for the difference directly to Allard. I took in my car on a Thursday and picked it up on Tuesday. Allard called me frequently with updates and when I picked up my car, it looked BRAND NEW! The owner told me to come back in a month so they could make sure everything was ok. My 2018 Chrysler 300 Touring edition had 3000 miles on it when a 16 year old kid ran a red light and smashed into my front end and right side. I researched a lot of collision centers and settled on Allard Collision. Really glad I did because the process could not have gone smoother and frankly I am fussy mother effer when it comes to my car, especially since it was only a few months old. I asked that they only use Mopar parts on it and that I wanted all panels replaced, not repaired. They went to bat for me with the adjuster and in the end got all that I asked for. I was a pain in their ass but it never seemed to bother them, car was completed several weeks later and looked really better than new. Had a minor alignment issue and they went out of their way to fix it promptly. After the accident I figured my car would never be the same but somehow Allard worked their magic and it looks like the day I drove it off the showroom floor. Our mechanic referred us to Allard (he recently had work done there!). Allard was very attentive and responsive during our collision repair. We were rear ended and there was more significant damage than initially thought. Allard worked directly with our insurance (who would later subrogate the claim to the at fault insurance). It did take 2-3 weeks to complete the repair (this was within their initial estimate). The paint job was perfect. No issues so far. I appreciated the communication throughout the process.
