Work on working was broken & springs over-tightened (short life, $1000 replace). Maybe this will turn-around better in 2027 & beyond? Zach was quick to respond and helped me understand why this was a terrible idea. I wasn't prepared to spend an arm and a leg, but he was able to hook me up with beautiful Clopay door installed at a really competitive price. There were some delays getting the door from the manufacturer but I appreciate Zach insulated me from all of that (apparently they delivered the wrong one at first haha). He showed up right on time on the day we agreed for the install and before I knew it the door was in. Super excited about it, and the curb appeal difference goes a long way too.
