They plumbed our entire house (new construction), and a few years later we had a leak that caused quite a bit of drywall damage. The tech replaced a fitting, told me that they do leak on rare occasions, then billed me for the repair. I was a little disappointed since they did the original work, but fine. Now a year later the same fitting caused all that drywall damage again, and Majestic is saying it's all my fault, the tech wrote there was a nail that caused the damage. This is a complete lie, the fitting and pipe are nowhere near the drywall let alone anywhere there could be a nail. I'm will pay all day long for honest work, but this is a clear case of dishonesty to cover up poor performance.
