They're a small local business who offers Internet responsibly and fairly. Had a recent interaction with Najib K which reminded me how much I appreciate the service as well. Najib was wraping up a service call for another customer, and I happened to catch him on the street with a quick concern I had before he drove away. He was able to give me friendly, professional advice, and gave me his card to follow up if needed. Really appreciate them!

After scheduling an installation appointment that was already weeks away, I waited the entire month only to receive a call on the day of the appointment informing me that it was canceled. Not only was the appointment canceled at the last minute, but Sonic couldn't even provide a new installation date. Their answer was essentially, "We don't know when it will happen." The most frustrating part isn't even the delay itself--it's the complete lack of communication. For over a month, there were no proactive updates, no realistic timeline, and no effort to keep me informed about what was happening. If there were permit issues or construction delays, why wasn't that communicated earlier? Why was I allowed to wait weeks for an appointment that apparently couldn't be fulfilled? What makes this even worse is that Sonic offered no temporary solution whatsoever. If fiber installation was delayed indefinitely, they could have suggested an alternative service, temporary internet option, or any kind of stopgap solution. Instead, I was left completely in the dark and without internet service. When I called customer service to get answers, I didn't get any new information. The representative simply repeated the same explanation about waiting for a permit over and over again, without providing any timeline, updates, or accountability. Delays happen. Permits can take time. Customers understand that. What customers don't appreciate is being ignored for weeks, having appointments canceled at the last minute, and then being told nobody knows when service will actually be available. At this point, I'm left with no internet, no installation date, and very little confidence in Sonic's ability to communicate with its customers. Extremely disappointing experience.

These are hard working people and clearly those who gave bad reviews have no idea what hard work means. Having said that, I want to recognize each staff member I interacted with starting with my salesperson Priscilla. Priscilla, you are amazing. I had no intention of buying a phone but instead of selling me, you showed me some things that sounded sensible and great. I decided to go with it and purchase the iphone air. Priscilla should be an envy of other salespeople. So gentle, so polite, so professional yet personable. Did each and every thing she said she would 100%. Not one single complaint can I come up with. As far as management, Julie wow is all I have to say and (forgive any misspells, Meena, Naema, Julie and Priscilla are who I interacted with. One other person but I didn't get her name. She appeared to be of islander possibly filipina decent. I did have a bad experience at that store years ago but the experience now? WOW WOW WOW! I will refer anyone confidently to Priscilla without hesitation. Hopefully you get some recognition from upstairs as in most companies, they just sit there, give orders and have no idea what it is like to be in the trenches like these wonderful people. I challenge you to do what they do for just one single day. You never will though. Give these people some raises, some recognition etc. Thank you and I can go on and on but I'll stop right here :) I think whoever reads this will get my drift. Additionally, parking is difficult at this location. The lot is small and is typically used as overflow for all of the many eateries and businesses at the location.

    I switched from Spectrum, because they are trying to sneak in higher fees without the customer…read morenoticing. AT&T ... fast internet for a good price. That's about it .. the customer service is horrible. The techs need to learn how to install properly. They tried to get me to switch my phone service, but like the other services they offer, it's only half-assed, they don't fully do everything, they only do just enough. I'd rather pay more with someone else, than be stuck with their phone service too ... because whenever you'll need help, there's not a REAL PERSON to be found! Only this a.i. that never understands the human element!! My recent internet problem ... they kept apologizing, but that's ridiculous .. it doesn't ever help anything! They needed to get my service back asap. Stop apologizing! Techs finally came out and didn't fully do the install .. only parts, so it'll probably go out again. The only thing this company was good at were their welcome gifts ... better than most , they gave 2 good gifts within the first month ... but everything else ..

One week after their install... ZERO service for four days and no fix in sight. Absolutely horrible Ai only customer service for the first 2 days and then someone who could only schedule a tech. Then a tech who could not fix the problem , "oh I think it's the controller/relay from the other block, I will put in a work order." Shame on you ATT; the entire street has been in disarray with broken pavement for two years and this is the outcome? Stay away from my mom, you bad predatory company!
