Having said this after going to him for years and having had a couple molars crowned by him, one of them all the sudden broke completely in half. This is where it gets sad, he stated the warranty had just ran out a month ago but he would replace it. Little did I know this would come with snickers, eye rolling and belittlement from the staff. They were literally treating me as if I stole money out of their pockets . Also still got charged (btw) Fast forward YEARS later and I need another crown and unfortunately with my grinding I need a dentist that can print the tooth on site. Called and booked with him again do to this. I made the appointment a week ago and yet today Dr. Christensen calls me and starts the conversation with trying to talk me into a root canal somewhere else when he hadn't even seen the tooth. This was all just a deceitful little trick of beating around the bush. After I stated well I can send you pictures he got to his real motive. Apparently years ago the eye rolling staff put in my file I spit in the cup to hard or some made up nonsense. All this over a warranty We have a very, very, large family and no one will be using them again. God bless you all and maybe this will help the staff behave more professionally in the future. The dentists assistant came to get me and she immediately made me feel less anxious by explaining everything to me and reassuring me it will be super easy... not to mention she was super sweet. I arrived for what I believed was a routine crown fitting appointment. Once seated, I was informed…read morethat I would need to be numbed and receive an injection before the fitting. This was never communicated to me beforehand. When I expressed surprise, the hygienist explained that decay needed to be removed before the new crown could be fitted. I responded that I strongly dislike numbing medication because it makes me nauseous and said, "I hate the numbing medication." Shortly afterward, the hygienist left the room. The dentist then returned and informed me that they would no longer have me as a patient because I had allegedly used profanity toward his staff. At no point was my comment directed at the hygienist or any staff member. I was expressing frustration about the medication itself. If my language was a concern, a simple request to avoid profanity would have resolved the issue immediately. Instead, I was dismissed as a patient based on what appears to have been a misunderstanding. I found the situation unprofessional and disappointing, especially as a new patient. Better communication regarding treatment expectations and a more reasonable approach to patient concerns would have gone a long way. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice.

So much to type so little room... I started going here a while back. But the past 6month I've had…read moreto go somewhere else to fix all the issue this place caused me. I got an unnecessary root canal that failed and had to be redone by another dentist. And cosmetic veneers that I was not properly fit for and broke almost the same day I left there telling them my teeth felt loose still. I had to have my root canal reposted and was lucky I had enough left to even do that. Now I'm on a 10k plus journey to fix the original problem and the damage done by this office. Other than the problematic work I received from this place the staff is very friendly and they at least communicate. Do they give you right or best information no... but they get back to you. I've given this dentist office thousands of dollars my veneers alone were a wasted couple thousand that lasted me less than a month. With the amount I've spent here and having to go thru and have everything completely redone by someone else I wouldn't recommend going here at all.
