Having said this after going to him for years and having had a couple molars crowned by him, one of them all the sudden broke completely in half. This is where it gets sad, he stated the warranty had just ran out a month ago but he would replace it. Little did I know this would come with snickers, eye rolling and belittlement from the staff. They were literally treating me as if I stole money out of their pockets . Also still got charged (btw) Fast forward YEARS later and I need another crown and unfortunately with my grinding I need a dentist that can print the tooth on site. Called and booked with him again do to this. I made the appointment a week ago and yet today Dr. Christensen calls me and starts the conversation with trying to talk me into a root canal somewhere else when he hadn't even seen the tooth. This was all just a deceitful little trick of beating around the bush. After I stated well I can send you pictures he got to his real motive. Apparently years ago the eye rolling staff put in my file I spit in the cup to hard or some made up nonsense. All this over a warranty We have a very, very, large family and no one will be using them again. God bless you all and maybe this will help the staff behave more professionally in the future. We have experienced poor customer service, incorrect billing expenses, and most recently malpractice. Dr. Christensen, performed a regular check up on my father during the first week of October. He addressed some pain that my father had on one of his back molars. Dr. Christensen poorly diagnosed my father's symptoms where it resulted in giving him a severe infection and caused my father to urgently see a Endodontics Specialist. The Endodontics Specialist confirmed that he had a severe infection and treated him right away before matters got worse. My father also mentioned that during his visit with Dr. Christensen he also failed to cover my Dad's Chest with the proper equipment before giving him an X-ray. This malpractice is extremely unprofessional and worrisome being how harmful X-rays can be without the proper protection. I pray to God that my father's awful experience and treatment gets under control. I would not recommend anyone to step a foot in that office unless you're ready to experience the same type of treatment and malpractice. If this issue is not resolved right away with securing my father's health, I will personally seek professional advise from my family lawyer. This type of disappointing malpractice should be addressed immediately and should never occur to anyone, especially when it comes to treating someone's personal hygiene and health.
