What a great place! I arrived exactly at 10am during spring break hoping to avoid the youngsters. It worked. I only made it through 6 stores and I had 6 bags of clothes and shoes! I had to run or I risked breaking the bank account. Prices were great (40% off bras at Hanes); 70% off at Kay's Jewelers; Cole Haan shoes were a great price as well! The Coach store is the biggest outlet store for Coach I've seen. They had 20-50% off all the bags and great deals for everything in the store. I walked out with 2 leather purses and a wallet for about $300, which normally would have cost about $700+. J.Crew had some excellent sales, as well as Calvin Klein. There are a really good number of stores and brands there that will ensure a purchase by almost anyone who goes there. The prices are reasonable and the sales are good. Burberry outlet is pretty sad looking, with bad merchandising and really the dregs of what Burberry couldn't sell anywhere else. read more

I was at the outlet today and there's only one entrance and one exit to the parking lot. There's a BIG safety issue on blocking off the parking entrance and exit. In case of an emergency few will survive because no one can come out of the parking lot. Premium outlet management has to seriously consider the safety hazards of their construction. This a regular non holiday Sunday and it took is 45 minutes to get out of the outlet and to think the outlet is not crowded. read more

Great place to shop. Recommend to go during the week (Thursday night is the best time) to get first pick on the sales items. They will usually place sales sign by Thursday afternoon and will honor the sale price. read more

Great stores, poor design. During the holiday season, the foot traffic in the crosswalks prevents traffic from entering and exiting . Even if you park in the back lot , there are sidewalks around the roundabout but they end and you have to walk in the street with the crazy drivers. read more

I just had to write the review about the parking. Are you kidding me. After having construction here for I think a year, the parking got worse instead of better. They added shops, but cut the amount of parking spaces. After circling around for 20 min today, and seeing zero parking spots including the $7 (What?) parking, we went home. What idiot was in charge of the construction process and changes here? If people do not have a place to park, you will loose customers, plain and simple. Not everyone can shop on the weekdays. What a miserable experience! Not only does it take 15 minutes to even enter this place, navigating the parking lot is total gridlock. And now they have the nerve to shift a large section to "PAID PARKING! In an OUTLET MALL! They have overbuilt beyond capacity but, hey, let the customers fight it out. They have added so many new upscale stores, but have never improved their entrances and parking. And they should really, really stop calling themselves an outlet mall because any bargains are few and far between. Believe me, I won't be going back until they make some changes. read more

Nike, Neiman Marcus & Perry Ellis are all great choices when looking for bargins. Of course it helps that I live in Allen which affords me the opportunity to conveniently shop & maybe catch an item that otherwise would be gone if I waited till the weekend or an extended length of time. It's an outlet mall, nothing special. This one is more like the one in San Marcos only 1/3 the size. Stores tend to be more of the up-scale types as far as discount shops go. The Neiman Marcus Last Call just opened, and BCBG and Michael Kors are located here. Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory makes a good candy apple ( I bought my wife the Snickers candy apple). I didn't buy anything but my wife did some damage. They get four stars based on her shopping purchases. read more

Very good variety of stores! Great steals! The only downside is that parking is limited so it's like Christmas time looking for parking. Just park in the back and walk around. There's something for everyone here. The bathrooms are pretty gross and there's no food around the area so be prepared. read more

This won't take long. You can find some good deals at these stores but its hit and miss. Sometimes its no cheaper than the regular store. If you plan on going though, I would choose a weekday. Horrible traffic plan. Can take up to 15-20 minutes to simply drive across parking lot when busy. Now with the construction that does not allow through traffic, a drive from one side of the lot to the other took 45 minutes. read more

Cluster, cluster, cluster......deals, deals, deals. Awesome stores!! The next best outlet mall is in Round Rock, TX. The key to shopping at the outlets is knowing when to go. So on the weekends, go right when the stores open. Going at night during the week is another great time to go. I agree with Betsy M with double checking the deals. Don't just shop just to shop, buy it if you love it! Some of my favorite stores are BCBG, Nike, Columbia, Polo, Off page (which is harry and david), Michael Kors, Juicy Couture and Neimans Last Call. Neimans last call is one to make sure that you are getting a good deal, but I found a fabulous dress here discounted tremendously! read more

I was a little dissapointed in the prices though in the MK store. They were pretty much selling everything for full price. Go to the MK store in OKC at their outlet mall if you want a good deal! I got a super cute large purse for 179. Over half off! Other then the MK store ... great deals! read more

What more is there to say than that this is an outlet mall? It may not be one of those humongous outlet malls in different cities but this will definitely do! It's got general basic brands and luxury brands! Their food court could use some expansion though but overall, this is a neat outlet mall with lots of savings! read more

Let me preface my comment with the fact that I've read the guidelines for posting a comment and I will share some general comments before I state my complaint. I hardly ever post reviews on Yelp even though I believe it's a great way for consumers to learn more about local businesses but my experience at a particular store at the Allen outlet has prompted me to leave a comment. Overall the allen outlet is a decent place to bring out of town guests to get out and about and walk around. The parking is horrible on the weekends and oftentimes you will be groped a time or two before you leave. During the week or early in the mornings or right before they close are better times to get in and out. The prices are not much cheaper than the regular department stores and so for that reason I don't frequent the outlet mall. Now my personal complaint has to do with a particular store but it can apply to any of the stores there. I purchased a purse at a department store, visited the outlet store a few days later and saw the same purse there, I was excited and a few days later I purchased the bag from the outlet store. Once arriving at the Michael Kors store, I was inundated with "how can we help you" etc etc. I didn't read any signs and I paid for my items and walked out. Well a day later I looked at my purse and realized it was defective (which is often times the issue with stuff purchased from outlet malls but you don't realize it until it's too late) and when I tried to return it for a refund, the smiles went away. I was told I could not return due to their policy but I did not walk into the store with the intent to buy a defective purse. To make a long story short, I received a promise to receive a refund in 4-6 weeks but that's not typical store policy. I was unhappy that I have to go through so much to receive my money back but happy that at least I was getting it resolved. The reason I feel this is important to discuss in my review of the Allen outlet is because I feel that the customer service was great as long as I was purchasing something but when it came time to returning my item, I didn't receive such great customer service. Not all stores in Allen outlet are like that, I've returned other things at other stores and received my money on the spot. For people who don't live in Texas and only visit when passing through, I believe it's important to be aware of things of this nature so that you aren't frustrated if you purchase something and walk around for a bit and decide you don't want it and want to return it but can't. As a result of this experience, I will not purchase anything at the Allen outlet again. I will wait until things go on sale at my local department store and just purchase there where I know I can return items and receive a full refund if I have an issue. read more

Allen Outlets has a great collection of stores and I always find great deals here. Plus it's right in my neighborhood! But this review is about the outlet itself, not the stores that make up the outlet. First of all, it gets EXTREMELY CROWDED here on the weekends. Don't even think about dropping by Fri - Sun unless you're hopped up on Xanax. Otherwise you'll stress yourself out with the sheer amount of people and bodies and strollers packed into this space. I can't really fault them for its popularity, however... Getting to a parking spot is an absolute bloody nightmare! At each entrance you can either go straight, left or right at the stop sign. Problem is hordes of people are constantly walking across the street to explore the rest of the outlet so cars will literally get stuck there for 10 minutes or risk hitting pedestrians if they try to gun it. It's extremely frustrating because cars trying to get into the outlet are stacked up causing traffic, especially at the main entrance on Stacy. The food court sucks. Really it does. read more

As much as I would love to shop in here....The worst two stores with zero customer service that was totally disappointing & regret going in were the " Kenneth Cole outlet" and "The cosmetics Company outlet!" Both with uncaring, rude, lazy & weird sales employees! I regret going in to these two stores total waste of my time & resources! Not sure if the Mall Management even cares to look in to such unprofessional behavior of such sales employees working in these stores...Thanks to these people who end up ruining a shopping experience for us customers which otherwise could have been a perfectly happy and a pleasant one! I've been coming to this outlet since moving to Dallas. They have a great offering of shops. The biggest drawback has always been the parking lot and traffic situation. Get there early if you are going on a weekend because it gets crazy. Right now they are renovating and building new areas and the parking lots are all torn up. They are having a grand reopening in the fall, so just be prepared for insanity before then. read more

Round Rock's got a bigger and better outlet than Allen, but I'm not about to drive 2 hours from Dallas when Allen's half an hour away. Seems like they keep opening higher-end shiz each time I go. Latest addition was the Juicy Couture. Not a big fan of the whole candy-colored velour jumpsuit thang (they take up half the store), but they've got a few nice understated pieces as well. Max Studio, BCBG Maxazria, BR, Brooks Bros are some of my fav stores here. More "preppy" stores like GAP and J.Crew? I find that I'm not getting as good of a deal. read more

The Steve Madden in this outlet is terrible. Associates here act as if you are bothering them and aren't helpful at all. It's as if the customers money, isn't what keeps them in business. I've never been to a Steve Madden like this. Attitudes are lackadaisical with faces that say, we don't give a care. Left the shoes I wanted to purchases at the counter. I'll rather pay full price than be treated as if I don't matter. read more

Do not go here until they resolve their construction!! No parking, single lane pass throughs, one ways, dead ends, horrible walkways with glass, mud and rebar strewn about! Let me first start off saying that I have been an exclusive CABI shopper for over 10 years. Love their clothing. I have been shopping at their outlet store since it first opened. Now, I have been to CABI store at the outlet in ALLEN many times since Covid has hit. Today I went to the store to purchase a new blouse. I found my sizes within the first minute and was about to check out when one of the associates asked me if I had a mask. I told her that due to medical reasons I was unable to wear a mask. I was the only customer in the store at the time. She told me that every store in the outlet mall required masks. We were at a few stores and the mask was not enforced. She then suggested that I go to another store a few doors down and purchase a mask. If every store in the mall is requiring masks, then why would you suggest I walk into a competition store with no mask. She refused to allow me to make my purchases. The governor of Texas said that people with certain medical conditions can be exempt from wearing a mask. I left there feeling bullied and upset. read more

I think "Premium" is a bit of a stretch when describing the stores within this establishment, but I went unassumingly yesterday to pick up a few clothing items. It has your standard stores but nothing flashy or premium as the name suggests. I found some really great deals at Banana Republic and J.Crew. J. Crew was having an additional 50% off everything and yes, this included sales items. I picked up a pair of shorts, a pair of khakis crops and a cotton dress all for only $42. Worth a look if you are in the area! read more
