This mall was a pretty cool spot during our stay in Dallas. The only reason I am giving it a 4 star is because we spent 30 minutes finding parking. However, the store variety made up for it once we had the chance to park. I visited a few stores including Tory Burch, Bluff City Soap, New York & Company, Forever 21 and more! All stores had sales (I love a sale). The employees at each store was kind. No problems there. The restroom locations are pretty hard to locate, but nothing to bad. I had a good shopping experience, I just didn't like how overcrowded it was.

A true Shopper's Paradise! I totally welcome and certainly appreciate the added shops with the newly renovated food court and restaurants. The parking lots were redesigned to be less congested. GREAT move SIMON! Parking is better. Yay! A way better design improvement. I was constantly planning my shopping ventures here during the week or late on Sundays to encounter fewer shoppers. There are numerous well celebrated red-carpet couture design shops featured at this premiere outlet. Without question, it is definitely worth your time to plan a visit to Allen, Texas. I recommend Sundays to enjoy a stress-free afternoon of shopping. Fewer shoppers equals Less traffic! With that comes more open parking options near storefronts. Easy in and out. Perhaps folks are home watching their favorite NFL sports team on this beautiful Fall day. The newly designed food court, as I mentioned previously, is now centrally located and surrounded with couture shops too. Much improved. Before the renovations, the food court was oddly placed, in my opinion. In a far corner of the shops which wasn't worth the extra effort or parking hassle to visit. Food and restaurant options are far better now! :D I highly recommend Allen Premium Outlets for great deals. Keep in mind that more folks do their shopping on Saturdays, maybe consider a trip during a week day or late Sunday before closing time. Happy shopping!

Ask the Community - Allen Premium Outlets

    Is it still safe?

I’d say so. I was there about a month ago and you could definitely tell there was an increased police presence.

    Is there a Vera Bradley?

No, but there's a big construction happening at the mall right now so I wouldn't be surprised if Vera Bradley comes in in the future.

Not sure how this happened but it's sad. The dot com era has made people lazy. Unfortunately this is the outcome. I hope the people managing this shopping center property can come up with something other than getting a hardware store and insurance company to move in. I can't believe that they haven't thought of this when they all the buildings operating. Why isn't there a monorail, tram, connecting the Allen Outlet mall to the Fairview shopping center . Two rails keep the customer coming in and out without having to worry about parking and the traffic. Hope this Fairview shopping center gets revived.

I dash over to good will, pick up a few items I DONT need and as I'm watching the items someone is watching ME. I quickly survey the entire store in oh I'd see 3 mins flat and spot ANOTHER couch I could take my eyes on. I had already scanned all the other couches and the prices were $200-300. The couch tho in question.. THIRTYYYYY DOLLLLLARS. That's right $30! It was meant to be a new breed of town center, where residents could come to shop, play, eat, and socialize. In 2017, it underwent a 50 million dollar renovation, and was renamed Fairview Town Center. It's an outdoor mall, with both parking garages and close parking to each retailer, encouraging both quick stops and longer stays. I stopped by on a Wednesday to check it out, and eat in their modern food hall. It was unseasonably cold and blustery, so immediately regretted my idea of parking further away and walking around. Not many people were there, with a lot of outdoor parking sitting empty (I didn't check out their parking garage). The anchor stores are those from the previous century, with Macy announcing just today that they would be closing this Fairfield location.
