This place is a mess to navigate and park. They have a valet option for $7 that takes up 1/3 of the entire parking area so you have to park extremely far away for regular parking. And barely anyone uses the valet so they could really cut it down to a much smaller parking lot. On the plus side: there are a variety of shops in this outlet mall so there's something for everyone. If thinking about coming here you will see shops such as the Nike outlet, Express outlet, H&M, Bath and Body Works, and much more! read more

Nothing really caught my eye, but the food trucks were nice to have available even though they were out of food. The Wetzel's Pretzels there is amazing! For some reason I can't find them on Yelp but I definitely suggest you going there. Everything is always fresh! We are big Auntie Annie fans but this location knocks it out the park. I can't go to the outlet without getting the salted nuggets. I really love Cinna nuggets but their salted ones are so good. I get them lightly salted. The customer service there is superb. It doesn't matter who I encounter, they are always super nice and helpful. They are all very welcoming. For a place that always busy, I never have to wait long. So Check Them out if you're out there. You won't be disappointed. Unfortunately, every time I go out there I Snapchat the pic so I don't have any . Forgive me lol! As for the outlet itself, I've never had an unpleasant Experience. We were given the wrong shoes at the Vans store and didn't discover it for a whole week..they didn't give us any problem or question us. They just helped us correct it quickly. I'm in awe of the outlet malls in Texas already and this one seems to be just as big if not bigger than the San Marcos Premium Outlets down between Austin and San Antonio! This is one of my sister's shoppers paradises and I couldn't agree with her more. They have more brands in this center than several of the outlet malls in my area combined! I told her that we would need to spend the whole day here although my wallet wouldn't appreciate it too much. Everything seemed orderly and the parking lot was not a cluster eff like one outlet mall in Livermore, CA *cough* is. Very impressed how they engineered all that! This place has nice stores but it's always busy and parking is a nightmare. Possibly if you went shopping during the weekday early morning or something, it might be worth going to, but I wouldn't make a trip here anytime on the weekend. They recently built a new section and initially I thought they were building a parking garage, but no, more buildings but doesn't look like more parking was built. The frustrating part is they section an entire area off, call it valet and charge you $7 or so to park there. Don't be surprised if you're there on the weekend and takes you 15 minutes or so to find a place to park. There are tons and tons of stores to shop from, all nice, but if you can't find a place to park or it takes you 20 minutes to park, what's the use of going?! Once again, as with other outlet stores, are you really getting a good deal here or just saving $10 or so on an item? At the end of the day, this just seems like another mall, a nice mall, but not one I think you're going to walk away saving 50% on items you may see in a regular department store. I do know a lot of outlet stores make items specifically for their outlet store that might be a lesser quality and they then will lower the price on it. So don't get expectations up! read more

Nice outside outlet mall and is ALWAYS busy, especially with tourists. Who can blame them with the good deals. Be sure to sign up on the Allen Outlet Mall website for coupons to various stores. Really can save a good amount of money.Oh, and also check in to Yelp then get a free coupon book at the guest relations desk inside the food court. Reebok always has good sales, as well as Tommy. Lucky Brand: Definitely a place I go often to find great deals on this brand. The back third of the store is clearance with a wide selection of tops and jeans! I have found many of the same items at non-outlet stores but for large discounts here. For example, I shopped at North Park Mall and stopped at the Lucky Brand store. There was a cute denim dress from their new line but it was $100 which I was not willing to pay. I went to the outlet mall store two days later and found the same dress but for $35. My first thought was maybe it had a defect so I looked it over thoroughly in the dressing room and found nothing wrong. They also have clearance jewelry that I have seen in department stores at regular price. read more

Meh....we actually just returned from this outlet mall and the shopping experience at many of the stores is atrocious to say the least. Shop workers are 'take it or leave it' mentality, 'we can't do this' and 'we can't do that' - we even just had a shop worker tell us, if you aren't sure, then don't buy it from us. Probably not what management wants to hear! The quality of products in the shops are sub par and usually inventory that is NOT sold in the regular retail stores but the outlets want you to believe it is. The recent remodel of the center is really good adding some nice shops but it also sent some of the good old regulars packing. Really hit or miss - just lower your expectations (a bunch) read more

The Simon Property Group looks like they are at war with the tenants from the lockout notices posted on various storefronts. Great outlet. Wish I lived closer. This spot could be my one stop shop as they have most of my favorite stores. They have everything from Nike to Adidas to Under Armour to Puma to Coach. The list goes on and on. I visited on a Friday afternoon but was able to find parking with no problem. Just pick a spot and walk around the entire thing. I noticed that I was able to find sizes here from almost every store I visited. The bathrooms were plentiful and I never had to wait in a line. When I come back to Texas, I'd visit again. 5 stars. read more

I hate shopping centers nowadays, so I hardly come here. It's usually due to crowds. I only went here after New Years so I didn't have to deal with crowds, and I was in need of new running shoes. It was nice because I had nice parking right in front of Nike and there wasn't too much foot traffic around. The outlets is kind of like a long donut shape, with shops shaped like an oval, and more shops in the middle section. Uncovered parking is located within the the oval shops. During the busy season, it's kind of annoying to get around because driving around especially with pedestrians all around can get crazy. The outlets are located along the 75 freeway, and to get in is kind of weird as there really isn't a main entrance to get inside. The stores include your usual outlet stores, like Nike, Levi's, Coach, North Face, Bath and Body Works, and more. No big department stores can be found here (although you can find them across the freeway at the Village at Allen and Fairview Town Center). Also, the food options are quite sad, being limited to only an Italian fast food place, Starbucks, Great American Cookies, BurgerIM, and Socal Mini Donuts. Again, if you want food options, there are plenty at the shopping centers across the freeway. Overall, I wasn't too impressed with the outlets here but being that it's close to home and has some good stores, I'm sure I'll be here every now and then, during quiet times for sure! read more

Hands down my favorite outlet mall in terms of quality, products, and store options. They have designer brands and more than just your run of the mill outlet stores. I always find great steals at the BCBG. (my personal fave spot) Can this place be crowded and parking a little horrid? Yes. This is also not the cleanest spot. In the summer most stores leave their doors open which leads to roaches and June bugs. Even the stores that don't still manage to get them inside and all along the sidewalk. It's still worth it though. If you're taking a trip to Dallas I highly recommend shopping at the Allen outlets. This is where you'll find the best clothes out of all the outlet malls you've ever been to. read more

This outlet mall comes second only after Grapevine Mills in terms of shopping for me. With that said, I absolutely love this outlet. Many of the major designer brands that I buy are here (Ralph Lauren, Movado, Kenneth Cole, Michael Kors, Perry Ellis) and are priced at my expectations. This is also one outlet mall that you can find food at, if you are careful. There are also food venues just on the outskirts of the shopping areas as well. Parking at times can get a little dicey at times, so be careful. Some drivers are not as mindful of the stop signs as many others are. Nonetheless, the Allen Outlet is worth the trip if you are traveling from Tarrant County or beyond. read more

I like this place but I don't get here too much. It's on the opposite side of DFW from where I live. Usually we make a trip out there when my father is in town and when my daughter is in need of clothes or shoes.... which is all the time for a four year old. Kid grows like a weed. I'm partial to Kenneth Cole, Adidas, Ecko and Puma. But the children's stores are always a stop as well. It's a great place to just walk around and get your exercise in, but you will spend money here.... always too much, but heck most all the outlet stores have some sort of deals going on.... Nike is not one of them. Kind of a bummer on that one. It's also in a pretty nice area and right across the highway are the malls at Fairview and Allen so you can grab something good to eat after all that shopping. read more

This was my first time to experience the Allen Premium Outlets. My first thought when we arrived was...parking sucks! It took us quite a while to find a parking spot, so be sure to bring a dose of patience. Valet option was not anything we saw, but I did notice in other reviews. Perhaps they could have better signage. They have a lot of high end stores that I do like, but didn't really see much in the category of NOW THAT'S A DEAL. Like other outlet stores I have seen, there are stores that have last year's styles, as well as a difference in product quality. Options in some stores were also quite limited. I can say that the WHBM outlet did indeed have some good sale options. I do wear their jeans and found a style that regular price was about $88 and they had the same ones for $29.99. They had some other cute and current options. Steve Madden shoe store had very limited options, along with some what looked like style flops (meaning not cute or fashionable...my opinion). Some other stores just felt like they were trying to get rid of old inventory. If you are in the mood to walk around, browse, and have some food truck options (I believe they also have a few food options throughout the shopping area), then it may be worth the trip. If you are looking for real deals, you are likely going to have to take the time to really look. It won't be on the top of my list to go back, but would maybe go to check for a specific brand / item. I came out to shop for the holidays... There are enormous sections of the empty parking spaces that are blocked that they require you to pay for. All of the other spots are taken up. I even heard a lot of employees of these stores complaining that they make them park at another location... Offsite. A church or something. Whomever runs this mall does not think of the customer... And charging for parking... When that whole section is empty... It's an outlet mall. People come here to save money... Not spend it on parking that should be free. I will never return. I don't recommend anyone shop here. Go to a place that respects the customer. read more

The outlet sales are not that cheap. I went to two different stores - Micheal Kors and Tory Burch and both just had about 20% off normal prices. It's better than nothing but not worth the drive. If you leave near by maybe stop there before heading over to Stonebriar. If you live far off you are probably better off hunting online. It was super crowded. Disclaimer it was a Saturday but still a many a people were waiting for parking spots to park. It is also super hot because there is no real shading around and very few cross walks so shop around at your own risk. Same with driving around the parking lot. Lots of cross sections with no stop signs so pay attention. read more

This is a pretty good outlet. It can get crowded on weekends, but you are never just driving around in circles looking for a parking spot like at some other outlet malls. They have all of the stores, including the high end ones, and your usual Nike, Polo, etc. As with many others, this is located just off freeway, and there are many entrances, helping with traffic flow. This is one of the biggest outlet in north texas. However, they should have more better brands like Gucci, Salvatore ferragamore, Burberry...it will be perfect for shoppers who are addicted to shop. There are too many cheap brands will not attractive to addictive rich shoppers at all. If in the future, the management of this outlet mall add those brands on their plaza. It will be so great, and we never have to go too far to Sanmarcos premium outlet...to shop brand name any more. In addition, they need to add more restaurants on foodcourt, they will have more tourists to visit Mckinney, Frisco, Allen,,...i think the budget will be increased for cities and county, also the businesses. I go out of my way NOT to come here. Sure the store are fine, but is it worth having to put up with the crowds of people and absolutely no parking spots? All i have to say is good luck to anyone who is wanting to get a parking spot that they have waiting for for five minutes because two separate times someone has almost hit my car stealing the spot from me. This is probably my 2nd favorite outlet besides the premium outlets in San Marcos! This place has all of the major stores that you would want. They do not have any of the super high end stores, but they did have Nike, Adidas, Last Call, Under Armour, and I was able to find some deals. The only problem is the parking. Right now they are under construction, so your best bet is just park and walk around. It's good for you anyways! read more

Terrible, terrible! The Allen Premium Outlets is not really premium, but rather like a used car parking lot. You can get in, but you can never leave. Yes, the stores are great. But the management of the complex has little concern for the amount of time people are in traffic to leave. You would think there could be a better exit strategy for their customers. Just driving into Allen Premium Outlets is a safety hazard. I'm surprised the police department and fire department do not shut this place down due to unable to exit! Allen Outlet mall is always a stop on our way to Dallas. There have been major updates since I was here last. The buildings have been updated and the stores are expanding. The area around the mall is developing which is great for visitors stopping at the outlet mall. They are adding a Tory Burch, which escalates the prestige of this mall. I love the J.Crew outlet, the NIKE store, and of course the GAP. They have also recently added a TOMs outlet. If you are on your way to Dallas, make sure to take the time to stop in Allen! read more

Every since I moved to Texas, i had my eyes on this place to visit. I was finally able to make it here this past weekend and I am glad I did! Every store here is a big brand and it is heavily discounted. All the clerks are pretty friendly and helpful. I let loose on my coach bag obsession on this weekend lol! It is fairly big outdoor mall, so you will be walking a lot, so you may want to avoid on really hot or rainy day... The only negative thing is the current construction in the middle of the mall and it really impedes how you can get around the store. Hopefully, they finish it so the parking is easier and getting around is better. read more
