    I meant to write this review weeks ago, but life got busy--however, I could not let more time pass…read morewithout sharing how pleased I am with my experience at Shields Auto Collision.. From the moment I met Richard, the owner, I knew I was in good hands. He is incredibly personable, professional, and truly knowledgeable. I honestly thought my car was beyond repair--it would drive fine one moment, then suddenly lose power and shut off, especially at stop lights. It was an unpredictable and frustrating issue that no one had been able to figure out. But Richard took the time to thoroughly test drive my car and was able to pinpoint the exact problem. That alone gave me so much confidence in his expertise. Not only did he fix the issue, but his pricing was very fair and affordable. What truly set him apart, though, was the care and integrity he showed. A few days after the repair, he personally called to check and make sure everything was still running well. That level of customer service is rare. He and his wife are truly gems--honest, dependable, and genuinely committed to helping people. My husband and I are beyond pleased, and we can confidently say: we have found our mechanic! If you are looking for someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and affordable, do not hesitate to visit Shields Repair Shop. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend!

    A deer caused a bunch of damage on my car so I dropped my car off here. They did a great job with…read morethe exterior but they were sloppy with the aftermarket parts inside. This caused them to have to order new fog lights for me that were never damaged in the first place. The lady at the front desk was nice but I can't say the same about other people I interacted with. If your car doesn't have aftermarket parts and just exterior damage, then this place is fine.

    This place is HORRIBLE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. A simple deer collision came with 4 weeks, 2…read moredays of being without our vehicle. When they say they will provide updates, they dont. And when they do call you to update its lies. example 1 Oh we ordered the wrong grille so we have to send that one back and wait to order the other one when we get the refund. Wait yall hurting for money that bad? 2 Ok. we got the right grille now you will have your car tomorrow - tomorrow comes and goes. 3 oh well we got the wrong grille. we have to send that one back 4 oh well i didnt know there was a camera on the front. WHAT? Do you not have the estimate log of the parts of what is needed to be replaced? 5 oh well i didnt know the grille didnt come with the bracket so we have to find it. My questions are who do they have running this place? Are they only ordering 1 piece at a time? So at this point we are working on over 3 weeks. i go down and here comes the excuses because I am in front of them. Excuses: 1 I just got this car 2 oh the person that was doing this before was let go 3 the camera was unhooked so I didnt see it 3 hyundai is known to have parts on backorder 4 well the grill didnt say it didnt come with the bracket How do you not know it does not come with the bracket? I googled it and this is what i found "If you purchase a brand new OEM Hyundai grille assembly (Part #86350-K5000-SPA or similar), it is sold without the emblem, camera, or the camera wiring harness. You must transfer your existing camera and bracket over to the new grille or buy them separately" In my opinion Cory I believe his name is..is NOT qualified to be doing the position he is in. Where is the management team to follow up on their people to see why is this car still here? Why is there no follow up process? I call over to the other location request to speak with the owner. Mandy tells me they do not have the grille and a few other parts. But we were told they had the grille and the camera was on back order per the insurance claims rep and sky collision. Who is telling the truth. My husband gets a call from the manager at the location and that is his first time EVER speaking with that man. Where has he been this whole time? No call from the owner yet. So if you dont need your vehicle for a long period of time go there. but my advise is DO NOT BRING IT THERE. Well what I find funny is that you have to call another location to light a fire under them. We finally got my car back today 6/18. It has been there since 5/18!
