Meh. Receptionist was friendly but the glass "technicians" aren't great and I wouldn't trust them with any of my vehicles again. Overall a sloppy job. Why? 1. Lower windshield moldings were pried out with a screwdriver, resulting in several broken clips and bent moldings 2. Excessive urethane glue oozing into the car and onto the headliner panel, pillar trim and lower dashboard area 3. Excessive urethane glue on the outer edges of the windshield Yes, the waiting room is pretty but who the hell knows what goes on in the back. Not coming here again. read more

Glad I found All Glass on Yelp! I called them for a quote for a broken window at my store. Got a very reasonable price over the phone so I agreed to have them order the glass. In 3 days the piece arrives and Lucy calls right away to schedule the installation (same afternoon). The installers arrived and went right to work. This is absolutely the worst experience I've had with an auto windshield company. I took my car here 2years ago to get my windshield replaced, the reason why was because they said they work with the local car dealerships. After the work was done, I was hearing wind noise coming from the outside. Took it back 2 times, problem was not fixed, even said maybe it was all in my head. After 2 years came by I took my car to a shop and come to find out there was cracks in the pillars of the car from forced pulling, that explains why there was wind noise. Took it back there and they would not replace the part, they said they'll fix it for me. When I got it back back they used windshield glue on the plastic part, and the glue was all over the place. Even on the weatherstripping. Worst experience I've had. Beware of this place, customer service sucks as well. Would rate this 0 star if I could. read more

My car windows were broken I was covered by insurance contacted allglass to order my Windows on Saturday and all was confirmed then I contacted them again an hour after to verify they knew the correct windows I needed and it was confirmed and they said they would be out on Wednesday to fit the 3 new windows Wednesday comes and the driver appears with the windscreen and not the other 2 had to re contact allglass and they tell me they will order the other two windows again like I explained to them on Saturday exactly which 3 windows I wanted twice and they still make a blunder very unsatisfied with this as if my blood wasn't boiling enough they add to it very very disappointed two visits for the same car read more

I am very impressed with the staff at All Glass in Dublin. After Safelite supposedly "fixed" a small chip in my windshield, the chip grew to be a 6 inch crack. At that point, I knew it was time to replace the whole darn windshield. I saw the positive Yelp reviews, so when I filed my insurance claim (online), I specifically chose All Glass as my preferred repair shop. Next thing I know, I'm getting a call from the company asking me to bring the car in. Easy peasey. The whole repair process went smooth, too. I dropped my car off in the morning, came back in the evening, and it was all taken care of. The glass seems to be almost identical to the factory glass (same tinting at the top and bottom, etc.) and they tell me that the only difference is the absence of the Honda logo. One month later, I've had no leaks or anything else to complain about. Way to go, All Glass! Ask for them when you file your insurance claim -- or if you don't have insurance coverage for glass, I'm sure they'll be very reasonable. read more

My back window was completely smashed when my car was broken into and in less than 24 hours, All Glass had it replaced good as new with the entire car vacuumed. This was the second time I have used All Glass. They were not the company my insurance recommended but I am so glad I went with them anyway. My daughter took my I phone when I told her not to. She came out of the store with it in her pocket, dropped it on the concrete and shattered the glass.. got in the car and when I looked at it, I flipped out...I tossed it at her in anger with a few choice words,it bounced off the dash and hit the windshield shattering my windshield...!!! Yes, she is still alive and if it was not for All Glass, I would have been more miserable then I was when I got the $125.00 bill for a Lincoln Navigator Windshield which I expected to be 4x that price.... I was referred to All Glass because my 2012 Toyota Camry was broken into the night before and it needed a replacement window. They were able to take my car in the same day I called, and it only took about 1.5 hours to complete the job. They even cleaned up all the glass from the break-in and vacuumed the rest of my car as a bonus! My window is now good as new :) read more

Disorganized, Deceptive and Unprofessional! We ordered two table top glasses and cutting of an existing glass. - First they delivered the wrong size and took that one back. - Next they delivered the right size but did not round them as we told them - went to store physically to remove confusion with pictures. Owner blames the front desk as new/untrained - not sure how that is our problem. - Quoted to cut the existing table top glass for $20 but once they took the glass to their store, the owner wanted $60! No reason provided for the 200% hike. When we refused, the lady, Kelly, asked to take it back on our own - and that was a 7feetx3.5feet glass. Well, she knew we cannot take it back with out hiring a professional. We swallowed that and paid up. Oh, we did pay them deliver charge. It just does not make any sense. The glass is not rounded as we asked them to. Now after multiple calls/emails the owner agreed to fix it but we need to transport it. We paid the delivery charge and it is not our mistake. We simply cannot transport it without hiring another professional. I guess that is exactly the intent behind this. It seemed like the the guy who cuts the glass, the front desk who takes the order and the manger Kelly, are disconnected. Our experience is only with a table top glass. If this is what you are looking for, find a different place. Or don't pay until you have what you asked for. We regret going here, these are very unprofessional people. We could have a refused to pay but we thought it wasn't a big deal and they were in the neighborhood and not some web store. We learnt our lesson. We are still hoping they make it right. read more

Small little shop. Needed a small custom mirror. They don't do them on the spot got it three days later. Measurements were EXACT so you can order with confidence if you're sure of your sizes to get a nice tight fit. A bit more expensive than I had thought, but I never had to order something like that before. $36 for a 17x19x1/4 inch mirror. Definitely didn't need the 1/4 inch thick, I didn't know what I needed so they suggested that to be safe. read more

I first found them several years ago and they did a great job on my Subaru, then my Toyota truck, then my Honda - they even fixed the leak on the replaced windshield and showed me the previous window replacement was not done right. No leaks. I only go there for friendly, fair, and fast service. Just came back from a passenger window replacement that again is top quality. They simply contracted to be at the top of the google search. I made an appt and was given a three hour window. I decided to call a few more places and found low price auto glass. Few weeks ago my Toy 4-Runner windshield was broken and needed replacement. My best friend recommented me to All Glass in Dublin. I was hesitated to drive from Sacramento to Dublin, but due to a business meeting in Pleasanton I dropped by and got my windshield replaced. Oh boy, I felt lucky that I did! I was amazed and impressed with their services. I told one of the technician that I get air noises while driving since the last replacement I had five years ago. The technician pointed out to me that not only I got air noises but has rusting on the bottom frame. I asked why and he explained each of the steps to prevent rust and air leaks. After he removed the broken windshield, he trimmed off all excesses. Next he used suction vaccum to removed any residues. Third, he primmed the entire frame to prevent any rust. Further more, he applied almost a whole bottle of adhesive rubber glue to make sure the windshield is well adhesive. Finally, the manager or own inspected the work and make sure everthing rated to their Quality Standard. Although, I paid about $50 dollars more compared to other companies I was very satisfied with their services, and the best part is I don't hear any more air noises! Called on Friday to schedule my appointment the following day (today, Saturday). Worker on the phone was very helpful and customer service oriented. Quoted me how much to replace my cracked windshield, and told me come in at 9am when they open, if I wanted. Arrived Saturday at 9am, another worker told me , it would take about 2 hours. Same worker did an outside inspection of my car. The job took about 2 hours as I was told . They even vacuumed the inside of my car. I recommend this place, without a doubt and pleased with the work they did. The entire cost was about $261.00 and some change (includes tax). Didn't shop around to see if there was a cheaper place, but again more than satisfied with the outcome. One thing I would suggest to improve their business is provide free WiFi, as it was challenging to do anything on my phone during the wait without WiFi . Called around and got quotes to replace a Toyota Tacoma windshield, they weren't the cheapest but they said the price was for a genuine Toyota windshield so I went with it. Took it in, filled out all the paperwork, asked again if the price was for a genuine Toyota windshield which they confirmed. When the vehicle was done, I inspected it a found the windshield was not a Toyota, when questioning them, they said it was the same. I feel like they scammed me saying they used genuine parts when they don't. they offered no compensation, I could of saved $75.00 going some place else for the same windshield. read more
