Ryan was bang on time, pleasant to chat with, and asked all the right questions to write a detailed estimate for me. He made clear what was included in the write-up, and how extra costs would be calculated so there were no surprises. (My window trim needed repair and replacement, so was priced to time and materials since I wasn't sure of the ultimate condition.) My house required multiple days of work for the trim repair, powerwash and prep of the old painted surface, priming, and final coat, and each day the crew let me know where they were in the process and what to expect the next day. They even beautifully matched a pre-existing exterior color I had no paint code for without trouble. The final invoice with carpentry work was exceptionally reasonable for the excellent work and attention to detail displayed by the entire team, who were 100% respectful of my house, grounds, and person. They painted the siding, trim, doors and windows and porch ceiling, all carefully and thoroughly. For context, they painted the interior or of our entire home - walls, trim, and ceiling. The team knew how to work with high end paint and transformed a set of drab, beige, poorly textured, and banged up walls. They sanded the walls to manage the texture, worked expertly with tricky corners, managed complex work with dry wall to address dings and structural oddities. They are not just incredible painters - they are also amazing project managers and partners. The team managed our paint job while we traveled, but our furniture and floors were kept pristine (despite our 0% prep for them). When they ran out of paint (because I insisted on getting it and didn't get enough!), they reached out.
