When the deck was finished, it looked beautiful and we got tons of compliments. Our family has not been rough with the deck and we take good care of it because we were so proud of it. However, in only five years, it's falling apart. The wood is rotting underneath. it's not safe to go out on anymore. When they contacted Tommy, he said the 2 year warranty was up and nothing else. He did not offer to fix it or even come by and take a look. Even just suggest people we could call to fix it! He won't answer the phone, his voice mail is full and he won't respond to them. Tommy clearly cannot stand by his workmanship and products. If you're looking to get a deck done, think twice about using this company, because if anything goes wrong, they won't be any help.

I had five estimates, and while Evergreen was just a little above the least expensive estimate we felt the most comfortable with having them do the job and were not disappointed! I selected Evergreen because they were able to start the job right away while another company I liked had a 2 month wait. Mark really went above and beyond with advice about painting the fence (need to wait at least 6 months) and installation of custom gates. Couldn't be happier with the fence!
