When you enter The establishment you are immediately aware of the great aromas coming from the kitchen. After walking through some tables and chairs, I was greeted at the counter by a friendly hello and 'how can I help you?' I asked a number of questions concerning the menu. I knew there was pizza but I wanted to know more about their sandwiches and salads. I found out that they do have daily / weekly specials that are a great value. I decided to order a special small Italian sausage pizza and an order of six nude chicken wings with ranch dip on the side. I sat down and waited for the order to be completed. There were a few people at some tables finishing up their lunch. While I was there the phone was constantly ringing with takeout orders. The walls had simple decorations that created a nice ambiance. When my order was called, I was given instructions on how to carry the bag as to not disturb the toppings and cheese on the pizza. As I walked, the smell of the fresh pizza and wings was enticing. The wings were just as I ordered. I enjoyed that they have not been overcooked. The wings were tender and moist. The ranch dressing dipping sauce was a great choice. I look forward to trying some of their other homemade sauces. The Italian Sausage Pizza was cooked just the way I like it. The crust had a nice crisp bottom and great flavor. The toppings of olive and onion were a perfect combination with the Italian sausage. I was happy that I ordered the small size rather than the mini so that I could enjoy some cold pizza the next day. Great flavor even on day two. On another trip I ordered the Italian Grinder Sandwich and a large Antipasto Salad. The salad was full of flavor and fresh vegetables and meats. The sandwich was huge. More ingredients than I expected with a great Italian flavor, the bread was incredible as well. I tried the sandwich both cold and hot and both ways the flavor was the star of this sandwich. I look forward to coming back and enjoying some of the other items on their menu. Fresh pastas are next on my list of things to try. I anticipate that whatever I order will be exceptional! read more

The front desk/park chef is rude. She is pushy so you don't have time to look at the menu. She touches cash and then food doesn't wash her hands or use gloves. They only have one cook so took 38 minutes for a pizza. 2 stars - Disappointing experience with online order I placed an online order for pickup. When I arrived, the food wasn't ready yet, because it been marked as complete. The cashier casually asked if we still wanted it, and we said yes because we do like the pizza here. They went ahead and made it for us. We were a bit disappointed that there was no apology or any small gesture to make up for the mix-up. It would have been nice if they had communicated the delay better. I've been wanting to try this place and tonight was the night! I love the variety of pizza sizes, including XL and jumbo. I called to place an order for pick up and the woman on the phone didn't seem very warm or friendly. The place is located in a small plaza with other small businesses. I used this pizza spot for our son's birthday party. We went a week before to try the pizza before we placed a big order to be delivered. We were very pleased. We had cheese and pepperoni pizza. The location itself is no frills. Plenty of seating and two TV's on the wall. There are also video games available..2 and a pinball machine. We came here to eat before going to the Neon Retro Arcade for my son's birthday celebration. It's a basic, no-nonsense, and very efficient pizza joint. I liked the crust, which has a nice crunch to it, as well as softness inside. I think maybe it could use maybe a pinch more salt in the dough, but it was overall fine. The price point is great, I highly recommend this place if you have kids and don't want a fancy, expensive pizza, which are all over Pasadena. There are also arcade games, which I think is fully open in the evenings. We also liked the classic cartoon channel on the TV. Ordered pizzas here for the first time. Pizzas were gobbled up by my 10 year-old and her friends. I sampled the pepperoni and it was tasty. Perfectly cooked with a chewy crust. I mentioned that it was for a birthday and hoped they'd leave here a note. They left her a huge Happy Birthday note on the inside of the box with a little treat. After a tough start to the school year this made her super happy. Prices are super reasonable, pizza is good, and the people are obviously very kind. Pizza in China, no matter Pizza Hut, Papa John's, or Domino's, the normal pizza is having seven, or eight toppings. No extra topping will be charged except double cheese. Back in the year at the beginning of 200x, I went to Washington D.C. The first night I was in the United States. There weren't too many options to eat but a Pizza Hut across the street. You know, or you don't know, Pizza Hut in China is a high-end restaurant in those days, it was bright and shining, it even provided wine in Pizza Hut in Shanghai. I walked across the street, in the cold D.C. winter, and entered Pizza Hut. The restaurant was dark and cold, and even with no table at all, it only had several seats beside the door. I was shocked at that time, the pizza had three free toppings, you could have tomato sauce, cheese, and meat and you had to pay for every extra topping for an extra fee. That was my first experience with a customized pizza, in Shanghai we can have three kinds of seafood with other five toppings predesigned by the restaurant. How different it was! I get used to knowing American pizza, after various pizza shops. I even think Chinese American pizza is too fancy, sometimes not all the time. I am thinking about the Chinese food in America, the delivery every American had, like every corn stash thickened dishes, they are not real Chinese food. Is that possible that Americans also think the heavy and complicated American pizza in China is not real American pizza? The portions are way too small for the amount of money that we were charged. We ordered one large and one medium pizza but we received what seems like one small and one medium pizza. Forget taco Tuesday, I'm going to start Monday pizza! Not only is the pizza at this place delicious, it is discounted at the beginning of the week and this is post-COVID. This is a great location for a pizza place, they are near PCC, Cal Tech, Fuller seminary, and the new Kaiser medical school. They're right next to a freeway entrance so you can pick up a pizza on your way home. I may never cook again. Currently there is no dine in option, so we ordered from home, our pizza was ready at the time promised and it was still piping hot and delicious when we got home. A neighbor suggested this place and of course I had to check with my Yelp clan. It appears the most popular pizza is the Company Special, followed by the veggie special. We ordered the veggie special and I was impressed by their bountiful toppings. The crusts as thick but firm enough to support the slice without collapsing. I ate it all. Takes about 20 minutes for your food to be ready and skips the middleman fee on online ordering. Also, check their website because they have some specials on pickup orders Mon-Thurs. Staff were wearing masks and they use a wooden board to hand your order to you. We had an XL Big G pizza (white pizza with chicken and artichokes) and the garlic knots. The garlic knots weren't bad but are kinda dry on their own - needs that marinara for sure. Wish they came with more sauce! The pizza was solid, somewhere between a medium and thick crust. Toppings were pretty generous. An XL will feed 4 people (or 2 people for 2 meals). If you reheat it, do it in the oven - gives the crust a great crispy finish. Well unfortunately I have to say that this pizza isn't doing anything the average pizza spots can't do. The quality reminds me of a frozen pizza with minor upsides. It was priced comparatively to dominoes and while I'm not a huge mainstream chain pizza guy, I couldn't help but feel I'd rather have that unique cheap flavor that everyone knows is bad but enjoy over this. I got a simple pepperoni and while it was fresh and service was solid, it just doesn't taste all that great. Cheese was melted, but just enough to be considered melted.
