They have little "cubbies" to place your shoes in, you must wear socks while being inside the facility. They have restrooms and changing tables for little ones. They also have training potties for those that are potty training. There is an area that they do birthday parties and I've read about the different events they do as well. Such a fun indoor playground with so many "hands on" things for kids to do!!! It's so nice to see that this area, Hanover, has a facility like this!!!! You can bring your own items for snacking/drinking, but they also sell items there and even have a coffee bar for adults. There is plenty of parking! There was one indoor bathroom right by the exit and gift shop that was small and again outdated. The rest of the park was portapottys which were clean but in a hot day like today... it's still a portapotty. It was a large space and we spent about 3 hours inside. A variety of birds, snakes, tortoise, As well as sloth, zebra, lion, bison, goat, geese, swan, and fish. The highlight for the kids was the koi feeding experience. Those fish were jumping like crazy and got my kids wet which they enjoyed. There were several places to sit and eat. We brought lunch in. They had free water and snacks to purchase. There was also a safari which we did not do. Overall my kids liked it but I think it needs some TLC.

Understood - but weird to say break s* but don't go near the unprotected windows. The plywood must have been replaced because the walls do not look anything like the pictures online. So, the pictures look like we're in a construction site. The Ballroom is NOT air conditioned and there is no fan. So we were all sweating bullets with zero air flow. The speakers on the audio system was playing awesome tunes but you could hardly hear it back in the Ballroom area. PS This property is NOT handicap accessible. Not only steps outside, but steps are inside also to get back to the rooms. Overall, a good experience for the girls; but we will be looking for one much better cared for than this place. PSS You are definitely going to want to bring more of your own stuff to break - there is not enough provided.

The prices are very reasonable and the snack shack has a great variety and also great prices. On Wednesday evenings during the summer they have twilight swim, which is swimming between I believe the hours of 730 to 1030 ish.pm. they have a dj who plays hit music and lights that light up the pool. The kids really enjoy themselves as well as the adults. Its great to have something fun to do with the family at a great price. I know some people complain that you have to pay the fee to get in rather you swim or not, but honestly that is how it is at most public pools not just this facility. I hope this review helps, and if your looking for a nice place to swim this is it!
