These people made a 34 person coed bachelor party even better than it was. They were the sweetest, most friendly drivers ever. We got the hummer and a 10 person limo and had no complaints. This is the company that gives your the champagne treatment on a beer budget. They even drove two people home to their door after already dropping the main party off with no extra charge. Highly recommend using them for your next event! You won't regret it. Update: I recommended the bride and groom use them for their wedding day... Epic failure with no apology. Their limo broke down while our huge wedding party was doing "first look" and we had to call wedding guests to drive us to the wedding which we were then late for. Do not use this company. Do not use this company. Do not use this company. When the limo arrived to pick us up for my sister in law's wedding, all the ladies hopped in. They had already picked up the guys. The driver opens the door and says, "I need to get the money!" We explained that no one told us about paying cash at pick up. We had a card on file and we have everything at the reception venue. He said he wouldn't go unless he got paid. He said he was going to get fired. It didn't make sense until the limo ride was over. He agreed to take us to the church where we scrounged up the cash to pay him. $875 I believe. The church happened and now it's time to go to the reception venue. 1 hour away. It is in the Central Valley. We all headed into the limo. It is literally 100 degrees inside and there are 24 of us. We are pleading with the driver to turn on the AC. We keep pleading. He tells us we have to control it from the back. The AC is turning on and off. We continue to keep pleading with him. One of the guys gets out at a red light and walks up to the front so the driver can come check it out. He walks to the back looks at it and says, "it must have a short?". He can't fix it. So he drives with our windows down. 2 small windows for 24 people. In, at this point, 103 degree weather. There was no AC. No music. I had my 4 year old and 7 year old with me. When we get to the venue, my daughter is EXTREMELY sick. She has heat stroke. We get her naked and her body cooled down. We are giving her water and have ice on her body. She missed pictures. I missed pictures. My husband (the Bride's Brother) missed pictures because we were tending to her. My daughter has been waiting for this day for a year. But at this point, all I am worried about is making her better. My husband calls the following Monday, yesterday, to tell them about our experience. And they CALL US LIARS!!!! They said the driver said it was working. No one complained. They would have sent someone else. And hangs up on my husband!!!! So I call and they are now screening the calls. So I leave a message saying I want to rent a limo. So they call me back. And I tell them the exact same thing. And he calls me a liar. And hangs up on me!! I will continue to write reviews until someone acknowledges the fact my daughter got sick because of their horrible limo and inept driver and APOLOGIZES!!!! I let the way the limo looked go. It may get a lot of use. The seats were torn, the windows were cracked on the edges, part of the door broke off when one of the guys was getting out. Just, the fact the limo was older. A week before our wedding we decided we wanted a limo. We called around and AllStar had the best rates and the owner was very professional. They were on time and the driver was great....only NEGATIVE was that the car they sent did not have air conditioning. It was my wedding day and 104 degrees. They did not tell me before nor did they mention it until we asked to turn the air on. I was upset but wasn't going to let this ruin my day at that point it was not the drivers fault. Awesome trip, made even better by the service. I was looking for a limo to take a wine tasting tour out to Napa. Called around to a few companies to get pricing and a feel for what I could expect from buying their service. Although Allstar wasn't the cheapest, they weren't that far off, were extremely informative and we all feel we got more for the price than what we expected. The driver met us at the airport and showed up on time, which was the 1st sign of a good trip. The limo was clean, and smelled fresh - loved it. (Been in a few others where the funk was awful) We had to make a few stops along the way to pick people up and he was very laid back and courteous. We arrived at Napa to the first winery and when we were done, we simply made a call and he was waiting outside. We went to lunch and one of our group forgot their sunglasses at the restaurant. He went back to find them while we enjoyed our next tasting! Excellent customer service. He mentioned an exclusive winery he knew of that he might be able to get us into. Lucky us. I used AllStar this weekend to celebrate my graduation. It was a large group of 18. I'm definitely not satisfied with the service I received and do not plan to use AllStar again. Here a couple reasons why: 1. I requested 6 hour duration for a large group of 18. When asked for the options of vehicles for a large group I was told $800 for bus or $850 Escalade. I picked bus and provided credit card and all information, then later was told it was $900. I told person I messaged that's not the price I was told and even sent a snapshot of the text and was told "We apologize for the misunderstanding but 6 hours is $900. This includes tax fuel and bridge toll". I only let this pass because it is as a service recommended by a friend but is simply wrong to tell someone the price I give payment then the price is now different. 2. By far the worst experience was THE DAY OF. Our bus driver Mark was so rude to my guests he was also driving really fast on the way back. We did board back on the bus 15 minutes later than planned but I was willing to pay for the extra time . When I got on bus to return home the driver said he had to tell me that there's more cost if we are late and showed me the piece of paper that said it was $150 for 1 hour. I said ok. There was traffic getting back. Regardless my gfs and I were trying to have a good time and were singing & drinking a bit more on bus when I noticed the driver was driving really fast. I walked up to him and asked him if he could slow down that I didn't mind paying for the extra hour, he seemed bothered that I was talking to him and loudly said " I'm going at the speed limit mam" I reminded him I didn't mind paying a bit more if he slowed down and he said he couldn't do that he said he had another party he had to drive to. When we finally got to the pleasant hill Bart. He said I had to pay $150 and I said ok that's not a problem please charge to the credit card in file. He said no it had to be cash. Cash? I told him I don't remember reading that it had to be cash. He said is in your contract. I tried looking up the contract while my sister (also one of my guests) asked "how much do we owe for the extra time?" The driver said is there in the paper and wouldn't tell my sister, she kept asking over and over and he said is right there!! then she told him to not yell nor give us attitude, the driver was so rud to her and told her What did you say??? My sister told him to not yell and he still wouldn't tell her the amount so I did. I told her it was $150. My guests then collected all the cash they had and then I walked up to him and paid him. I'm typically generous and tip everyone I can because I know is hard work and I treat everyone with respect but this driver received no tip from me. Later I checked my contract on overtime and it says "overtime will be collected before drop off or will be charged to the credit card on file". Why wasn't it simply charged to my credit card? Why does contract say "or" if the driver did not give us an option. I am upset my guests had to go through the experience of someone being rud to them specially to my sister. As the host I told my guests I was covering the bus so nobody would have to drink and drive and to not worry about the expense. Well the extra hour was not something I wanted my guests to worry about, I wanted to cover this in full not them. I had an enjoyable day with everyone and the bus driver's attitude was just simply not how I wanted my celebration to end. I hope this company considers hiring more customer centric drivers, or train them. It matters! a bus ride is an experience and it should be enjoyable not the opposite. read more

Hiked up prices AFTER we had already started the ride. RESPONSE TO COMMENT BELOW: I was in CA for a vacation trip from New York. The reservation was not under my name. We had an agreed upon price prior to the day of pick up and when the driver got there he said the owner had demanded we pay a higher price and he was not able to drive us unless we paid the higher price. We only had the cash of the agreed upon price so we had to stop at an ATM mid ride to get the rest of the money. This was after calling the owner and saying we are only paying what was agreed upon to which the owner Steve said "F*** Y** get out." We had no other choice to pay as we did not want to ruin our good friends celebration and had no other means of transportation. Steve was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Who curses at customers?! Tried to call and book two Escalades for a company dinner in Oakland and was rudely talked down to by the employee and told that they "did not need our business and would not deliver us to/from that location" even though they had the vehicles/drivers available at that time. This guy literally stood us up tonight. Celebrating a 30th birthday with a party bus to a concert. We have the confirmation email legitimizing our reservation. It lists two phone numbers to contact, but no answer to multiple calls to both. Now we're driving ourselves to the concert. We still haven't heard from him over an hour past our reservation. I will definitely use AllStar Limos in the future! I did not use their services this time, because we had a change in plans. However, I give them top ratings and will definitely use them the next time I need limousine service. I was planning to rent a limousine for my son's Senior Prom and Steve was very helpful in telling me about all of their services and that they stand by the law and don't allow the teens to have any drugs or alcohol in their vehicles, which was very reassuring! He also said that they protect the teens by staying in the car where ever the prom destination is in case there are any problems and someone needs to leave the party. Their pricing is very good and comparable to other companies, and Steve gave me a quote for 7 hours that included all fees, parking, bridge toll and gratuity which I really liked. We went to look at their vehicles by appointment and we were very pleased with the condition of all of their vehicles. Their vehicles are clean, in great condition and don't reek of cigarette smoke like other companies vehicles that I went to look at. My son was really awestruck by the Hummer H2 which is in fantastic condition, super long and has awesome lighting inside! I will definitely use them in the future! read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!! I rented a limo for my best friends birthday wine tour in Livermore. The ride there, the car was emitting fumes that made us nautious. Then, after our first winery, our limo broke down. It took them almost 4 hours to get us a replacement limo, which is ridiculous. To keep things lively during our wait we attempted to walk to a few wineries. We made it to one, but most of us were wearing heels and the walk became unbearable. Needless to say, most of us suffered blisters. I spoke with the owner Steve and he said I would be getting a full refund and that we have the limo for as long as we liked to make up for the fact that our day was ruined. Once the replacement limo showed up, it was noticably dirty and had no glasses. And the speakers were blown out. After going to one more winery before everything shut down at 4:30pm, we opted to go to a bar so we could try to make up for the fact that our original plan never really happend. We knew our driver (who was the only good thing about this service) had to get home so we ended the night at 8pm. The refund ended up being only $131 out of the $445 we paid because we went over time by an hour, so I was told. So what happend to the earlier promises? They were empty promises is what they are. I'm going to attempt to get my money back and hopefully I will, without having to go to small claims court. read more

NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEIR SERVICES!!! THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW BTW. I recently hired Allstar Limo for my daughters quinceanera and boy was that a huge mistake! The driver of the 26 passenger Hummer did arrive on time and was nice. After the religious ceremony my daughter wanted to take flowers to my youngest daughter to the cemetery so I drove behind the limo to allow all the kids (plus my older 20 yr old niece) to have fun. When the limo's door opened I felt the hot air come out. It was 90 degrees that day. ALL the kids were sweating and they said the a/c nor the stereo were working. They also couldn't open the back window to get some air in there. I brought this to the drivers attention and all he told me was that the A/C and stereo were working when he left the yard. He did unlock the window to allow the kids to get some fresh air. But that didn't fix the problem that the A/C or stereo weren't working properly. The next stop was the pictures location that was a few blocks from the venue. The kids continue to complain that the A/C didn't work and neither did the stereo. After pictures most of the kids walked to the venue, some came in my car and just a few went in the limo with my daughter that had to go in the limo because the size of her dress. They all agreed that it was the worse limo ride (I don't blame them). Another thing is that this was a 26 passenger limo and they only had 6 bottled waters when I was told there would be beverages for the kids. I have left numerous messages and 12 days later have yet to get a call back. Reading their other reviews I see that this has been a problem on this particular vehicle and this company has yet to fix. The only good thing was that the driver was nice and even brought me the vase I accidently left in the limo the next day. read more

This was my second time being on a party bus. Let me start off by saying how impressed I was with this company. My friend and I had a joint birthday party and invited about 23 people.We decided very last minute to rent a party bus for a night out in SF. We called few places and everything was pretty much booked for the weekend. Some places quoted us a ridiculous rate but luckily I came across All Star Limousine through yelp and decided to call them for some info. Steve, the owner was the one who helped me over the phone. HE WAS AWESOME. He explained everything about his company and the party bus business! It was great because I wasn't familiar with how party buses operated. He was honest and realistic about what might happen on a weekend out in SF. He gave me few recommendations on night clubs in sf which was really helpful. (And we did go to one of them) Of course I could not resist his offer after all the great things he had to say about his company so we decided to reserve it! Our driver, Michael came 20 minutes early and waited patiently in front of my apartment complex. I saw Michael standing in front of the party bus and as I walked up, he kindly introduced himself. I walked up to the bus and I saw flashing neon lights and beautiful happy faces. The music was great and we were ready to party "msk msk msk msk" We had about an hour to party it up before we got to our destination. Because they have regulations on providing alcohol for their customers, we brought our own but they were able to provide us with some water and sodas. I decided to bring my own cups and dixie shot glasses. Those definitely came in handy because we would've drank right out the big liquor bottles and that would've been UGLY! By the time we felt a little tipsy, we were at our destination! We danced the night away until it was time to go. Michael again was waiting for us in front of the club as one by one we stumbled inside the bus. WHAT A GREAT NIGHT! Michael was very genuine and personable to each and every one of us. Michael definitely was a great experienced driver! He got us there and back SAFELY and none of us felt sick! Thank you ALL STAR LIMOUSINE. All of our friends enjoyed the night and we're all considering this company every time we have big events in the city. YOU ROCK!
