Best decision you can make to bring your vehicle here. Even short staffed you get the best and fastest service from them. So I can only imagine how amazing they are full staffed! They are all so nice and knowledgeable about any vehicle questions or concerns you may have. I needed a smog check. I arrived on a Saturday afternoon. Before I could get out the car, a gentleman approached me and said their are two cars ahead of me. I waited less than 10 mins and he took less than 10 mins. to do my smog check. Great customer service and fast service. I would definitely return. read more

Was at another smog place but was not friendly so i searched on yelp and found ALlStar Smog....gave them a call and Jose was very friendly and professional....told him what car i had and he gave me price...and he told him mo appointments and it wasnt that busy...when i go there 3 cars were ahead of me...but they were fast so i didnt have to wait long...Jose was very friendly and he even told me to check in to yelp and you get a 5 dollar off coupon....fast and professional...not only that the shop is across from the DMV so its covenient...i will be telling my family and friends to take their car here for smog checks...not only price but because Jose is friendly ....thank you Jose read more

Been coming here a few years and love their yelp check in coupon! Its right across from the DMV and close to a few AAA locations so you can do smog and renew registration in the same day! They are nice and fast - they said 15mins but it was less. See you in 2 years AllStar Smog! read more

Quick and easy. Great attitude and easy going. It's a place that checks smog. It's an easy to miss place along a row of other businesses, but they usually have a sign on the sidewalk to direct people in. Once you pull in, you can hang right and park. If no one is there, you usually can ask to pull in front of the bay. You hand over the paper from the DMV or they can look you up by your car's VIN. Settle down and watch the show. Within a few minutes, you're on your way. read more

Had to get a smog test done for my registration renewal. I called around 5:20pm on a Thursday, not knowing they closed at 6pm. They said as long as I got my car there by 5:45, they would still be able to take me. I was cutting it close and got there at 5:40. I was out of there by 6! They even serviced cars that got there 5 minutes before closing! Fast service and nice employees. Good price as well. I would take my car here again & recommend them to people. read more

They quoted me way under anyone else that I had called prior to going with them. I will recommend A-1 Muffler Express to all of my friends and family. They all make you feel that you're part of the family. They offered me coffee and cold water while I waited for my car to be done. One thing to remember, they are experts in mufflers, exhaust systems, and not any other type of work. But it never hurts to ask if they can do it for you!

The gentleman on the phone said the transmission fluid is for life unless I'm towing or carrying heavy loads. When I questioned why I see that it's recommended online he says that dealers will recommend this service all day but if you check the Toyota maintenance manual it says you don't need it. Man! I haven't even been to this shop yet and I'm already getting a good feeling about this place. It's a bit more expensive for an oil change than other places that have quoted me, but I like that they use factory parts including Toyota oil filters. I'll update this review once I get the car in for my first visit. Stay tuned.... 6/29/26 - Brought my Sienna in for an oil change + complimentary 30-point inspection (since it was my first time there). Jared took the van for a spin, brought it back and lifted it up. They found a little oil seepage coming out of the transfer case. I let them know that I did see a transfer case drain/fill on the CarFax report before I bought it. Jared thinks they just didn't torque it properly so they were going to retorque and clean up around the area and keep an eye on it. Worst case scenario, they would need to order a new drain plug gasket and I'd have to come back to get it replaced. Thankfully, the drain plug just needed to get tightened. I was in and out in almost exactly an hour just as Robert promised. Thanks The Toy Shop team!! Pro Tip: they are booked out at least a week in advanced so make your appointment ASAP!

He told me that the rotors on the back were shit and definitely had to be replaced but the front were fine and if the price was too much I could actually wait awhile (not forever, but a payday or two) before replacing the brakes . I thought this was the most honest expertise I had ever had with an unknown mechanic. If you want the job done right, with friendly, professional people I would recommend this business to you and anybody who needed a wheel alignment and or brakes . These guys are great here. It was easy and fast I would totally recommend coming back. But they do charge $50 now and you can save $5 by checking in with yelp and using the coupon. read more
