Carrie in the office had excellent communication during the entire repair. We were back on the road lickety split. I did drive the truck around town and about an hour away in the days following to test it out but i didn't notice that there still was an issue with the truck until we arrived home, several hours away. Jimmy came out (from miles away) in his fully equipped work truck, with not one but TWO starters (nobody knew which one would fit my old vehicle until he took it off and matched it). He fixed it outside, in the dark, as tumbleweeds swirled in a vortex (possibly caused by space aliens) around the Bonifmobile. Also he had to modify the heat shield bracket thing, for the new starter to fit. Packs of hungry coyotes howled in the distance as some type of Skinwalkers observed from a distance. Jimmy threw a rock at them and expertly finished the job. Also he charged less than the local garage would have, but they were closed all weekend anyway. (Did I mention that this was during a holiday weekend? It was during a holiday weekend...) Second, I took my 2013 jeep wrangler with 82,000 miles to this shop for the dreaded lifter tick. I dropped off on a Wednesday afternoon ahead of my appointment that coming Monday. By Friday late morning, they called to tell me what needed to be done and the cost. By late Tuesday morning it was finished. It was there almost a week but it was completed in 2 days.. not counting the weekend. It wasn't cheap but they fixed what I needed. Btw... the cost was on par for what I had expected Great! I had originally taken to another local shop a couple weeks prior which they claimed they don't have the tools To fix the tick. But they had no peoblem taking 1500 to fix another issue.
