For me, I'm a little ambivalent about Carl's Jr. It's about in the middle for me. I do like their commercials though. Roll - crunchy crust...really soft and pillowey inside.   Yummy. Butter glazed I think  Now for the star... the Chicken Crust is crispy and crunchy.  The batter is seasoned.  The chicken is juicy and hot, even after a 15 minute drive. Bottom Line: Excellent fried chicken
