When one of our two original builder-grade HVAC systems (circa 2004) stopped working, I read the reviews of SABRS and called them on a Friday. Kevin arrived Saturday, discovered a blow fan motor and returned Sunday with Jeff to install it, only to find the compressor was bad as well. Rather than patch systems that were past their life expectancy, we made the call to replace both units with new ultra-efficient systems. Jeff took the time to go through various options and we ended up with a multi-zoned variable hybrid system for the majority of the house and an efficient single-stage system for the upstairs bedrooms. They replaced the bad upstairs unit in a single Saturday, then returned Monday and spent three days installing the new hybrid system for the rest of the house. The install was clean, their team took their time and made sure everything was 100% before leaving on Wednesday. Ten star rating actually! I've personally been a customer of SABRS, had a whole house system replaced and it's been running beautifully, not a single problem! Post 5 American Legion in Rehoboth has been having horrible problems with the heating system and stretched to the hilt on funds. Knowing SABRS is a veteran run company the Commander contacted them and gleefully announced what a tremendous boost SABRS will be giving the Post to straighten out their HVAC system. You cant beat the service and expertise at Sabrs! When I purchased my home in Milton, I asked them to come and service my HVAC system. They came and did a great job of checking the whole system and straightened the wiring on my thermostat. 2 weeks later my system stopped working, so I called them for help. They were there in hour, they spent 3 1/2 hours chasing down a low voltage short. Finally found it on the wire outside the house going to the heat pump. We have a home in Ocean View - BayForest - and used SABRS in Dec. 2021 when we had issues with our furnace. They brought out portable heaters for us at no extra cost for the part needed took a couple days to receive. I called them late one night and they came out the very next day to repair.
