The service in there was five out of five. The food was great as you can see in the pictures. The only thing I did not like I'm not sure if it was because of the event, but the gratuity was 28%. I felt that was extremely high. Yes I do know it's located downtown, but I felt that was extremely high. That was my only negative of dislocation, but I do want to return and see if it is different for their brunch. I do wanna try their brunch one weekend. read more

Came here with a friend on a late night a few weeks ago just to check it out. Beautiful decor, I must say they really took their time to craft this place because it's a very clean professional and upclass look. There's an area where you can do karaoke to a song of your choice which is really cool as well. Staff was extremely professionally in classy and after I did a karaoke they gave me a free shot. Bathroom was extremely clean and good looking as well and I can't lie. The empanadas were pretty decent, not the best I've ever had but still pretty decent. I visited Allure for the first time last December for my homeboy's wedding dinner and reception. I immediately loved the vibe and aesthetic of the lounge. The atmosphere was great, and they played a nice selection of music with a live DJ that really set the tone for the evening. There's seating on the first floor, along with additional balcony seating, so the space is a decent size and can accommodate larger groups. The bar is located downstairs, and the bartenders were on point. They made some fire drinks that everyone enjoyed. I will say the evening started off a little rocky. When the wedding party arrived, it seemed like they weren't fully prepared for us. Our food wasn't ready, and it felt as though there had been a miscommunication about our arrival. However, the staff apologized multiple times and truly worked to make things right. They ended up comping all of our drinks, which we really appreciated, and by the end of the night the bride and groom were happy, which is what mattered most. The food was actually very good, and overall the experience turned out to be positive. I can confidently say I wouldn't mind returning to Allure. I went to Allure Lounge with one of my homegirls to celebrate Galentine's Day and we had such a good time! I highly recommend making reservations, especially for brunch, because it definitely gets busy. Parking options were convenient there's a parking garage, a lot across the street, and a small lot right next to the building. If you get there early enough, you can grab a close spot (just be prepared to pay for parking). When we walked in, the hostess greeted us warmly and gave us a full rundown of the brunch menu. They offer two set options: * $30 - Chicken, waffle, French toast, scrambled eggs, a slice of bacon, and biscuits * $40 - Steak instead of chicken, plus everything listed above Both options come with 90 minutes of bottomless mimosas with flavors like mango, orange, cranberry, pineapple, and strawberry. If you wanted anything outside of that, you had to order directly from the bar. The hostess initially sat us at a table with a pillar slightly blocking our view lol. My friend looked at me like, "Are you okay with us being hidden?" But honestly, we were there for a good time, not a long time so we made it work! Our waiter, Kel, immediately came over with waters and got the mimosas flowing. He was on point the entire time and kept the drinks coming which I appreciated because my friend and I are disabled, and getting up constantly to go to the mimosa bar would have been a lot. Thankfully, Kel made sure we were good. The DJ was and really kept the energy up. He even did a little karaoke moment that had the crowd engaged. The vibe was definitely grown and sexy, which I loved. It felt mature, fun, and upscale all at once. My friend actually knew the owner, so I got to meet him. He was incredibly kind and attentive. Every time I go out and have drinks, I have to order fries it's a thing! Even though fries weren't on the set menu, he made it happen for me and even said he'd consider adding them moving forward. That kind of customer service goes a long way. He also made sure we had water at the table and checked on us throughout our visit. The establishment itself is very nice, clean, and gives upscale vibes. Even the bathroom was clean and well-kept which always matters! My only suggestion: instead of having guests go to the bar for the bottomless option, it would be great to place the juice options and a bottle of champagne directly on the table so the waiter can simply replace bottles as needed. It would make the experience smoother, especially for guests with mobility challenges. Overall, for my first time, I'd give it a 9/10. The bartenders tend to be very nice and have great attitudes but it takes forever to get a drink. I really wanted to LOVE Allure Lounge, but each time I visit, it just falls a bit below the bar of expectation for me. The space/venue has some beautiful moments in the decor choices made. It's great for events and birthdays. There's an upstairs and downstairs, which is always pretty cool in the restaurant world from a customer experience. I cannot speak for the staff, but I feel that is probably more annoying (but one can only assume). All that aside, where this restaurant continues to fall short is in service and food. The drinks are decent and standard as far as pricing goes. So, don't expect to come to save a buck when it comes to drinks (this includes mocktails - which I have a bone to pick with MOST places about their mocktail menus and pricing in general). As for the food, it is MID at best. I should preface with the fact that I've only had their brunch. I cannot speak to anything outside of that. My very first experience of brunch at Allure Lounge was not too long after they had been open. I went with a few friends, and we ordered our selections and sat there nearly an HOUR before the food was served. For a wait that long, I expected TENDERISM! I got none of that. It was a standard breakfast that was lukewarm at best. During our wait, we finished our first round of drinks and ordered another round, only for part of the table to get their second drink on time and the rest of us (me included) to wait for a second drink to arrive AFTER our long-awaited meal selections. Despite the staff being lively, since a DJ was jamming the entire time, it didn't make up for the fact that they were not attentive to the table(s). At the time we arrived, it was before the brunch rush hour, so our meals taking as long as they did was just confusing. I am not sure if they are short-staffed in the kitchen (which, if that is the case, mentioning that to us as customers is good so that we can manage our expectations of when our food will be out) or what, but we really should not have waited so long for standard breakfast food. I can see if maybe I ordered lamb chops, but I legit ordered FRENCH TOAST! Anyways, while the venue is great for events and drinks, I've made it a point to not eat there if at all possible. The wait times are abysmal. I hope they can sort this out so that they can remain open because the venue really does have some lovely decor moments and is pretty nice for curated events. What a great date night, girls night, fellas night, any kind of hang out night. The DJ was great, live band was fire, and the food was so so good. The manager helped us because they had a wedding pre-party. We made a reservation and sat in the back room. It was cozy, intimate, and I'm happy we gave it a chance. The unlimited mimosas are the star of the show and I loved being able to switch up the mixers throughout brunch. Food wise the steak and eggs with chimichurri was my top pick. The lamb chops were seasoned well. I personally think mashed potatoes would pair better than fries but it was still enjoyable. If you like a sweet option the French Toast Suzette with bacon was fruity and delicious. Service was friendly and the drinks were on point. I came for brunch with friends because we saw it advertised on Instagram. Once we sat down, we waited 20 minutes and still did not receive any service. We flagged down someone who then brought a man over who I'm going to assume was the manager. He told us a server would be with us shortly. After another 10 minutes, he brought us waters and again reiterated that a server would be coming. 10 minutes after that a lady comes and offers us mimosas. When we told her we were ready for food, she told us she was not our server. When our server finally came, we had waiting almost an hour. The food came 10 minutes after that and was very underwhelming. It was cold and unseasoned and honestly just not good. When we went to order our second plates because it was unlimited; the food came for my friends but not for me. When I asked where my plate was they advised that they ran out of food. I was able to get a refund, but the entire experience from start to finish was not enjoyable. I can say the establishment is very beautiful and our server was nice when he did finally show up. They also had a DJ who was playing really good music, but I don't see myself coming back here again for this type of service. read more

The Lamb chops were tasteless and not consistent at all. 3 of us ordered them and they all were play different, some were even missing ingredients that the other didn't have. One of the guests never got their meal and they ordered salmon, hours later.....no exaggeration, no salmon (18 mins top to cook salmon properly) the jerk pasta was not consistent either, some shrimp were over cooked and the portions were all different for the dish and even the drinks were served in 2 different glasses, one larger than the other but the same price. Go figure that. When I asked to speak to the manager, he came, but got on the defensive side and had an excuse for every mishap we experienced. The ambience is trash, decor is nice too, but furniture doesn't taste good when you're hungry. Y'all need Chef Ramsey bad! Or at least a whole new manager! Straight trash! I ordered a glass of wine listed at $15. When it came time to settle the check, I noticed they had charged me $35 per glass instead. When I questioned this, the server admitted that the restaurant had run out of the $15 wine and "substituted" the more expensive one without telling me. At first, they only discounted $10, claiming I had already drunk the wine. I pushed back, because I had never agreed to the substitution or the price increase. Only then did they finally remove the full $20 difference. The lesson here: always check your bill carefully at this place. It felt deceptive and left a very sour impression, no matter how the food or atmosphere might be.
