Nancy did a great job with my gel manicure. She was very meticulous and made sure I was satisfied with the color. Salon also makes tea, water, and coffee available. I love their pedicures. The pedicure area is relaxing, dark and zen-like. The front manicure area is louder and busier, but I guess that's to be expected. They offer drinks and snacks which is great. The manicures I've had are average - nothing special. One thing I don't like is that they allow clients to be on their cell phones (on calls) which is distracting. I wish they would have signs up asking clients to refrain from cell phone use (apparently not common sense to all). A plus is that they allow tip on credit card...one of the main reasons I stop going to other salons...I hate having to go get cash just to tip. It's also clean and they have a lot of colors to pick from. read more

I went here on a whim after seeing some good reviews - I walked in and was surprised to find there was no wait on a Sunday afternoon. I opted for their signature pedicure and gel manicure. The price was great! Their polish choices were extensive and they had regular polish that matched their gel options, which I loved, since I like my toes and fingers to match. Kim was my technician and she made the experience so pleasant and relaxing. She asked me a lot of questions about how I like my nails - I told her I am prone to getting ingrown nails and she made sure to ask if I wanted her to try to cut them. Most nail salons won't even ask, they will just dig and try to cut out whatever is there, which I don't like so I was so happy she asked! She was very gentle with the pedicure as well. They also do open up a new set of tools, pumice, buffer and nail file for every customer. I had read from a previous comment on here that they don't change nail files but they definitely did when I was there. The manicure was great too and I will definitely be back to see Kim! read more

So Im literally making my review as Im getting my pedi. Let me say, the customer service here is absolutely amazing. They staff here are super friendly and they do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Cindy did my gel mani (currently doing my pedi) and she is so sweet! I came as a walk in and she immediately took me back and took care of me. They use liners in their pedi tubs which is a bonus for someone like me who is always monitoring the cleanliness of salons. I am extremely picky when it comes to my nails and eyebrows and Linda has coming back every three weeks. When I started going to Allure Nail Spa a little over six months ago, I was getting gel every two weeks and hated what it would do to my nails. Linda suggested I try powder polish and I have been a believer ever since. I now go every three weeks (because that is how long it takes for the polish to grow out!) and I am always thrilled with the service. They are amazing! read more

My first time here, and what a wonderful experience it was. The wonderful ladies stayed a little later to accommodate me and my bride to be and family. Got the Hot Stone Pedicure with Milk and Honey and it was amazing. I think I fell asleep at times it was so relaxing. I highly recommend this place as the service is amazing and the people here are super friendly and DO NOT JUDGE. This nail salon is wonderful. It smells great, it's very pretty, new and clean. When I sat down she asked if I wanted a drink. Each person receives their own bag with file/buffer which they open in front of you and then discarded after its used. The pedicure room is awesome. The lights are dimmed so it's super relaxing. The only light is above your feet in order for the technician to see your feet. The pedi chair is very wide and the tub has a liner which they discard after each use. Overall I was very happy with my visit. I was charged $40 for the regular mani/pedi. I will return. read more

Love this place , they have great hours especially in the Summer. Plenty of parking and very conveniently located. Squeaky clean and excellent customer service. They have an awesome selection of colors and an exquisite range of offerings. Service depends on who attends to you..from being treated and pampered like royalty to having to ask for lotion..LOL! the lady then hurried with a quick lathering after the nail polish was applied. I went to this place as I am searching a new Manicure Place. Linda greet me and my son. As I entered I inquired about the SNS nail systems and showed me a brochure with prices ($40 for regular colors; $45 for french) I selected a natural color only. The mani process when fine and she seemed professional, attentive. She must be a manager there as while working on my nails she was also organizing the salon. My disappointment came when paying she charged $45 as for the french service so I called her back and inquire why she charged me for the incorrect service, and she added $5 is for cleaning the cuticles. Since when are not the cuticles part of any manicure service? In any case the $5 charge was not disclosed in the brochure nor in our earlier conversation. I will definitely not go back as I do not appreciate hidden fees and lack of transparency. It takes 5 hidden $ to draw a new (and loyal) customer away. read more

The ambiance is beautiful I like the low lighting of the pedicure area it's very relaxing. They offer water coffee tea and snacks which is a wonderful service. love coming here to get my nails done. I had Linda as my nail tech and she is the sweetest hardworking lady ever! She pays very good attention to detail and her gel manicures and pedicures last the longest I've ever had! I think it was over 3 weeks and still no chipping. I did have to cut them down and soak off the gel polish just because it had grown out too much but no chipping was unheard of before I came here! Their nail salon is so cute and clean and nicely decorated. They also offer complimentary drinks and snacks too which I thought was nice. I also really love how their salon is separated in sections. The front is for manicures and then there's a section in the back for pedicures and then farther back are rooms for I'm assuming waxing and massages. Definitely recommend coming here! It's located on shady grove next to Nordstrom Rack. This is from now on my go to spot for manicures and pedicures because here I can say I get my money's worth! read more
