SURGERY LEFT ME PERMANENTLY DEFORMED!! HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE!! First of all, multiple doctors from this office are now in prison for practicing without a license and committing various forms of fraud. There have been accusations of sexual misconduct with patients, illegal drug use, and leaving patients permanently disfigured. Several articles about Allure's scams have been reported in the NY Post. If I would have known about any of that ahead of time, I never would have set foot in that office! My otoplasty (ear pinning) with Dr. Heller was a disaster. I did not want to be put under for the surgery, but he insisted on general anesthesia. Most doctors just use local anesthesia, since it is a minor procedure. I was charged thousands of dollars more for the general anesthesia I didn't want, not to mention the tremendous health risks involved. The results were terrible - asymmetrical with severe deformities. Since Heller did an awful job, I decided to see a different surgeon for a corrective procedure. After my botched surgery with Heller, I returned to Allure multiple times to retrieve my medical records and a copy of the operation report. The staff was extremely nasty and disrespectful. I was repeatedly denied access to these documents, even though I am legally entitled to them. My new surgeon did a much better job with the corrective procedure. She used local anesthesia and asked for my feedback throughout the entire surgery. But there were certain deformities that could not be fixed. Heller had severed healthy cartilage that should not have been cut. His negligence caused permanent damage and I am still in pain where the cartilage was ripped. I will be disfigured for the rest of my life and I am now looking into taking legal action. There has been a tremendous amount of fraud going on in that office. The surgeons are sloppy, and the staff is incompetent and rude. It blows my mind as to how they are still in business. You hear horror stories about botched plastic surgery, and that is exactly what happened to me. It was another plastic surgeon who told me about Allure's legal troubles, as they have an awful reputation within the industry. I had a lipo 360 done, my boyfriend dropped his jaw right out of the op room, and now 2 months post op, my waist is 3-4 inches smaller and I feel like a new person. (for reference I am 5'3" 130-135 lbs) After doing extensive research and calling multiple offices, I decided to have a consultation with Dr. Heller for a lipo360. One of the first things that struck me before even going into the office was their transparency and easy to book consultations. Unlike most surgeons I looked into, there is no consultation fee - however because of this I noticed that the office is very busy in the afternoons so I suggest you free up your time. Also instead of avoiding questions about price, I was given a general ball park and affecting factors. Once in Dr. Heller's office, I was given a large 2in binder of before and after pictures of all different body types. It was clear he had extensive experience and performed lipo everyday. He took a look at me and gave me a quote on the spot. I ended up leaving the office with my surgery booked and paid for in full. (He's booked out for 6 weeks-gave me more confident in his abilities) RESULTS The moment I stepped into the waiting room, my boyfriend could see a difference right away despite the swelling. I am 2 months post op and the difference is drastic. I had a belly pooch with clear line/muffin top below my lower abdomen and there is no longer a visible crease. My sides are much thinner and my back is smooth. I didn't have rolls on my back but it was clear I carried extra fat in the back and sides. Now I have a smoother hourglass like figure. I bought my first bodycon dress and now I'm turning heads. I've never felt more happy with my body in my life. My before pictures are unrecognizable. Dr. Heller and went above and beyond and sculpted my body to minimize the appearance of my scoliosis (45 degree curvature so mine was pretty bad). Dr. Heller thinks this was one of the best decisions I made for myself and I wholeheartedly agree. read more

I had breast augmentation with Dr. Heller from Allure Plastic Surgery. I was very happy with my friend's augmentation and she told me how great Dr. Heller was. I found him to be charming, personable, honest and so professional at our consult. He told me he could make my breast look 18 again and they do! The operation was at his office in Staten Island, a clean and friendly environment. I loved the anesthesiologist and it went very well. I found the post op help from Dr. Heller's office so helpful and most importantly my breasts look GREAT and I believe Dr. Heller is an artist of augmentation. I am SOOO happy with my natural looking amazing breasts! He did botox on my forehead at the same time and that looks great as well. He is also so accessible post -op. He would answer his phone on the wee end if you had any questions about the post -op. He is the greatest and so affordable and they have a great payment plan. I recently went to New York to visit a friend, i was upset that i hadn't had a chance to touch up my lips and my Botox especially being on vacation, my girlfriend told me about Allure Plastic surgery so i called and made an appointment. I was greeted nicely and everyone was extremely friendly. I am always skeptical with any new place i try being so many places are not that great but i was blown away with how amazing my visit was! Dr Heller Was very professional and knowledgeable i am extremely picky when it comes to any injections i receive, he did a wonderful job. I had no bruising from the touch up in my lips and no pain with the Botox, i feel the Botox is lasting way longer than other time i have had it done. I even had him do a consult with me about a Re do on the breast Argumentation i had from a previous doctor. Every time I see Dr. Heller, he rewinds the clock by about 10 years for my face. I've had various injectable treatments administered by him, and they've all been effective and long lasting. Dr. Heller is a great plastic surgeon, so he knows exactly where to place the dermal fillers, because he has a great deal of knowledge of facial anatomy. He administered the treatments expertly and almost painlessly, and chatted with me to help me relax. He is friendly and easy going, and his staff have always been pleasant and professional. I don't write reviews often, but I felt compelled to write one in this case. So I came to Dr. Heller's as a referral from a close friend. I've been thinking of some things I've been wanting to have done and since my friend told me about him I decided to get a consultation and to see how I feel. Eventually came in for my consultation and Dr. Heller was so informative and genuine with the suggestions. There are lots of plastic surgeons out there who will just want to add on to that bill as long as you want it done and not look out for how much your body can take at once or any health hazards that maybe at risk. I chose Dr. Heller for liposuction of the love handles, upper and lower abdomen and inner thighs. I did a lot of research before choosing Dr. Heller, and was very impressed with him after my first consultation. He is honest, compassionate, professional, and realistic. He truly wants his patients to have realistic expectations and puts you at ease with his knowledge and bed side manner. I am just shy of the one week mark post-op, and I can see the results already. Thanks to Dr. Heller I feel more confident in my appears. I came here not to long ago to get a breast augmentation done here and he was more then helpful. Recently came here with my sister and we both got fillers done. Dr. Heller and the assistants were all really nice. We came in at our set apopintments and we had to wait no longer than 10 minutes. I feel the doctors touch was lite. He did a good job at placement and I've noticed very little brusing. The doc and the staff were abel to answer all of my questions since this was the first time I ever received any type of fillers. Can't say enough good things about Dr. Heller! The staff and the doctor are both amazing and make you feel really comfortable. The place is beautiful, clean and the people here are welcoming. When I was brought into the back room, it took only a few minutes until I was seen by the doctor. He didn't make me feel rushed, he seemed to thoroughly listen to what I wanted. I think Dr. Heller does a great job! I came here for a consultation for the lines around my eyes. I'm sure he has bigger deals to work with but the fillers and injections was what I wanted, I never felt like I was being rushed. The injections he did, were the best I've ever gotten. Saw the doctor here a few times to have tattoo removal. When I was younger, I got something done that looked quite stupid, so I came here to have the removal done. I've seen the doctor a few times, several sessions and it wasn't as painful as I thought it was going to be. I think the doctor did a really good job, he was nice and answered all of my questions. One of the concerns I had was scaring, which I didn't see any scaring after the sessions. Glad I went through with this. read more
