He provided me with specific instructions and he was able to get everything working again all via FaceTime. HE DIDNT CHARGE ME ANYTHING! He was sympathetic to my time critical situation, and he genuinely wanted to be helpful. He would not accept any money despite my insistence. You just don't see this type of authentic integrity anymore. Excellent work ethic, extremely knowledgeable, quick response, and he didn't feel right charging me simply because he wasn't there in person. The FaceTime instruction was extremely educational and his thorough step-by-step guidance was spot on. He was very patient with me. Other companies said it would be $475 just to come out and take a look. This is the only company I will use for all my future pool service needs. Hard to find people like Rod these days. I did exactly that and provided everything they requested. Still no quote. I eventually called again because I never received the promised email. I was then told that they thought they had already given me the quote. They hadn't. And, once again, no one came out on Tuesday as promised. At this point, it was just excuse after excuse after excuse. I spent my time making calls, sending pictures and information, and trying to accommodate their schedule, only to never receive the basic service I originally requested. I honestly don't understand how this company has so many positive reviews based on my experience. Regardless, I would never use or recommend this company. If getting a simple estimate is this difficult, I certainly wouldn't trust them with an actual pool repair.

What makes this especially frustrating is that the 1.5 HP pump model they quoted is available online for around $1,150. The pricing difference feels excessive. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about using this company for repairs. I understand warranties have limits, but I expected better customer service and a more reasonable resolution given that the motor failed so soon after the warranty expired. Aside from the monthly service, the bill includes chlorine tabs and muriatic acid an additional $30.00 really!!! no service and additional tabs and acid!!! When I cancelled service they did not even bother to clean my pool the last week of July and Yes Tyler acknowledged service was cancelled.... Also since January they have gone on vacation and no pool service, yet I have to pay for weekly service - in 6 months 3 weeks no service....
