Paradiso 37 feels likes Carribean Fever The food and service is amazing! The ambiance this place gives is that of vacation. You feel like you are home away from home. Amazing Happy Hour specials along with food that is tasty. The whole restaurant is spacious and the decor is just plain fun. They have 2 different bars and they are both full service.

    Fish tacos, chicken tacos!

We came for taco Tuesday on Cinco de mayo!! The chicken tacos were delicious, however $5 more. I subbed out the mango salsa for the pico and the were GREAT! The nachos were delicious, and just enough for everyone to have a bite. The server Dalia was so sweet!!! Thank you!! Be prepared with a cardigan! It was chili, and the music was lively!!

I visited Paradiso 37 with my partner on April 17th, 2026 around 11:40 AM. When we first arrived, the restaurant was pretty empty, but it started to pick up about 30 minutes later. Our server, Nadia, was definitely a highlight of the experience. She was warm, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. She took the time to explain dishes and made thoughtful recommendations, which we appreciated--her service really stood out in a positive way. Based on her suggestion, we ordered the Jalisco Style Beef Nachos ($24), along with the Argentinian Skirt Steak ($44). We had high hopes for the nachos given Nadia's recommendation, but unfortunately, they fell short. The biggest issue was the lack of flavor--the dish came across as bland and under-seasoned. For $24 (the most I've ever paid for nachos), I expected something much more indulgent and well-executed. There also wasn't nearly enough cheese. Only the top layer of chips had any real coverage, while the middle and bottom layers were mostly bare, making the dish feel uneven and poorly assembled. A better approach would be layering or evenly distributing the queso throughout, so every bite has flavor. I've honestly had more satisfying nachos at Taco Mac. Overall, I'd rate these a 2/5. As for the Argentinian Skirt Steak, we went in with high expectations given the $44 price point. Presentation-wise, it was a bit disappointing--the fries were served in a separate basket rather than plated together, which made the dish feel less cohesive and somewhat limited. More importantly, the steak was supposed to come with chimichurri sauce, but it was missing when the dish arrived. We had to ask for it, which is frustrating--especially since this is now the second restaurant we've visited this month where a steak dish was served without the advertised chimichurri. This is something the kitchen and staff should be double- or triple-checking before sending dishes out, as it leaves a poor first impression. Once we finally got the sauce, the steak itself was still underwhelming. It lacked bold seasoning and depth, with a somewhat flat, one-note flavor profile. The texture leaned slightly tough and chewy rather than tender and juicy, and it didn't have that rich, char-grilled smokiness you'd expect from a dish at this price point. The fries didn't help much either--they were bland, under-seasoned, and tasted a bit dry and starchy. Even a simple touch of salt or better seasoning could have improved them significantly. As they were, they felt like an afterthought. Overall, while the service from Nadia was excellent and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere, the food didn't justify the price. Between the bland nachos, missing components, and underwhelming steak, this visit didn't meet expectations. I hope the kitchen tightens up execution and pays closer attention to detail, especially for first-time guests.

Great service from Brandon! He was very attentive to our table with 4 kids. He did an amazing job making sure we had full drinks and whatever we needed. Food was good. My only complaint was wanting some spicy salsa to elevate my already good fish tacos.

The service was wonderful the bartender was so nice. The place is huge with more than one bar and cute decor. I would definitely come here again.

Very delicious food. The beef on the nachos was a bit dry but it wqs still tasty. I wish the portions of food was worth the price but overall I still enjoyed it

Need a quick bite during the weekdays? this is a pretty nice place, lots of spacious seating, both indoors and out on the porch. Came here for a late lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the fish tacos here, nice flaky fish with a crunch. Service was good, food came out so fast.. minutes upon ordering!

I visited during lunch, after looking at menu and saw something interesting I wanted to try. The service was great and everyone was friendly. I had a good table by the window, however, the experience would have been more ideal if not partnered with a screaming kid. So while the view should have been relaxing it was not due to the experience of the noise. No fault on the restaurant. My drink and food were great. Food was hot and fresh. I will definitely go back and look forward to trying some other menu items.

Visited this restaurant on a whim with my aunt and cousin while at Disney Springs. Its nicely decorated and had great latin music playing at a reasonable volume. Our server was very nice and since we were first timers, gave us a "tour" of the menu, which I thought was a thoughtful touch. We ordered the birria nachos as an appetizer (tasty however didnt remind me of birria, it was more like beef on nachos), Caribbean salmon with cilantro rice and French fries (my younger cousin wasn't into the guava sauce or the veggie side so asked for the guava on the side and swapped out the veggies for fries), Peruvian ala Brasa rotisserie half chicken (cooked well but bland) cilantro rice, and the Cuban Style Loaded Yucca Fries (just okay). I had a red Sangria and that was very good! If your interested in hearing good music and having a few drinks, this is the perfect place. The food was pretty average.

Just made the cusp of getting a frozen margarita from Paridiso 37!!! Biyan is my bartender and he got me one after the four o'clock cut off- how nice. So normally I don't come to Paradiso 37 but I saw a sign for frozen drinks and I feel like I had to stop in for the AC. If you're not familiar with Paradiso 37 it is located across from Gideons as well as the barbershop in Disney Springs it has two outdoor bars as well as two indoor bars. The margarita I got was nine dollars. Which is honestly such a steal!!! The strawberry flavor isn't overpowering and you can still taste the tequila that they use in their frozen drinks. I have a rim of Tahin so it's a little bit sweet and a little bit spicy and then he put a lime wedge on top. They have a happy hour from 11 AM to 4 PM and then 9 PM to 12 AM. If you haven't been here I definitely recommend it I know the drinks are really good I haven't had the food though in a really long time. The only downside I would say is their menus are very dirty and sticky and they need to be cleaned. 10/10

Had a great experience eating lunch today at Paradiso 47! The food was great and we were seated with a view of the water. All the items I got were a hit. The calamari was crunchy and the sauce was unique. I got the burger with the pineapple and omg so good! I also upgraded to the aioli fries which tasted good but I wish the fries were crunchier. The flan for dessert was the perfect ending to the meal. Good service too. Will definitely go again.

So far so good, the service been great, thank God their AC works great, it's a hot summer in Orlando. The house place is clean, staff is friendly so far. Connor the manager was super cool and helpful. My waitress Dalia was amazing and super helpful, I definitely recommend you request her upon arrival. The food was great and tasty also cooked to perfection.

While visiting Florida, we both were looking to try something new and decided to give Paradiso 37 a try. We normally do our due diligence before trying a restaurant but decided to give it a try without doing any research before hand, which would come back to bite us. We were seated outside so we didn't get too much of a feel of the inside of the restaurant. They were playing music outside, with someone going around singing occasionally, which would have been fine but the music was rather loud and it wasn't the easiest to hear each other with the volume being what it was. The service in general was not good. Our waitress was friendly but generally no where to be found when we were looking to order, get more water or drinks, looking for salt and pepper, looking for the check etc. We probably spent over an extra hour just waiting on service. I could get over these things if the food was fantastic but it wasn't. The food was generally mediocre, lacking in flavor and somewhat plane for food from the America's. The cost of dinner and the portion sizes for what it cost was also a giant mismatch. I don't mind paying for quality food but this was not it. My girlfriend's salmon was about 4x1 inches but the dish cost just under 40 dollars. Do yourself a favor and find another location to dine at if you're in downtown Disney, there's several better locations within walking distance.

My girlfriend loved the smokiness of their drink and I liked my espresso martini. They weren't too strong, and a bit on the pricier side. It wasn't one of the best espresso martinis I've had, but decently tasty.

As the hostess walked away from our table, she commented that our group was going to be "nothing but a problem." The basis for that assumption? One member of our party had simply helped clear and organize the table to make the seating process easier and faster for the staff. Yes, we were a lively group. We were on vacation, having a great time at Disney, laughing and enjoying each other's company. What we were not was intoxicated. The situation escalated when one of our friends was accused of being drunk and our entire party of 10 was asked to leave. The problem is that she wasn't intoxicated at all. What makes this especially troubling is that our friend has worked incredibly hard to maintain her sobriety and recently celebrated 12 months alcohol-free through AA. To be publicly accused of being drunk after reaching such a significant milestone was humiliating, heartbreaking, and completely unnecessary. When we brought our concerns to the General Manager, Scott, we expected leadership. We expected someone who would take a moment to assess the situation, listen to both sides, and use his own judgment. Instead, he simply stated that he trusted his employees and made no effort to independently evaluate what had happened. A manager's job isn't to blindly accept accusations. A manager's job is to gather facts, assess the situation, and make informed decisions. In this case, Scott failed to do that. As a result, the restaurant lost a party of 10 customers. More importantly, they deeply hurt someone who has spent the last year fighting for her sobriety. That's the part of this experience we won't forget. Everyone makes mistakes. Great restaurants acknowledge them, learn from them, and treat people with dignity. Unfortunately, this experience was defined by assumptions, poor judgment, and a complete lack of empathy from both the staff and management.

At the entrance to his cave, I had to disarm several traps, including floor spikes, poison darts, and a tablet demanding a 25% tip--with no obvious option to leave no tip. When I opened it, I found a shirt that read, "I'd Rather Be at Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar," along with flyers for the Halloween and Christmas events. That discovery led me to this wonderfully themed bar. This is a double review covering both the Halloween and Christmas events. These events used to be relatively easy to attend, but thanks to social media influencers, they have become extremely popular. The lines can get enormous, especially from Friday through Sunday. My advice is to visit Tuesday through Thursday and arrive early. The food was great, and the presentation--especially for the Halloween offerings--was fantastic and definitely Instagram-worthy. The specialty drinks were delicious and surprisingly strong for a Disney restaurant, although they do come with the expected Disney price tag. I've also visited when the bar wasn't decorated for a holiday, and it was still a great time. The regular food offerings are just as good, and the portions are fairly generous. The standard drinks are also perfectly enjoyable. If the weather isn't too hot, I recommend sitting outside by the lake. You'll have a beautiful view of the boats passing by, and the scenery around sunset is incredible. A fantastic spot for food, drinks, atmosphere, and the occasional archaeological revelation.
