The tequileria is such a cute spot in the San Pedro square extension space. The cocktails were made well and flavorful. Our bartender was taking orders while making orders. She was awesome! I ordered a few to try: the Alma Fresca, Matador, and Pina de Plata. They also had a frozen horchata tequila mix which was also pretty good. It's a nice spot with seats matching the tequila wall. Really cool ambiance at this open bar - best thing about this place is you can order tacos at the adjacent taqueria and eat it right in front of the bar with your cocktail (just ask to confirm with the bartender). On the tequila based cocktails: the drinks we had were expertly crafted and fairly boozy. When this spot opened, I finally knew what the blue cow sitting outside San Pedro Square was meant for. The tequileria is thoughtfully decorated and located in a corner that makes it seem like it's in its own world within the food hall. There's an ample selection of tequila and cocktails for you to try. The ordering process is easy--just go up and order with the bartender. It can get quite crowded, but luckily there's plenty of space as well as bites within the dining area. I haven't tried a cocktail that I don't like here. Came here before the Beyonce concert in Santa Clara. And all the drinks we had were delicious! They're located inside San Pedro Square Market, so it's super convenient to find food in one of the area areas and come here for a drink or 2 or 3. The Bartender was really friendly, and even made mocktails for my friend who was not drinking. And of course, the best part was the music. I usually come to San Jose and most of the bars are great but I had the worst service ever at this place. It was me and four of my friends (2 girls 2 guys) the bar was not packed so we find a spot and waited to be served. There was a male and female bar tender and the literally walked past us and did acknowledge us for about 7 min then the guy finally asked what would we like? We have him our order and he then proceeded to Id us. We noticed he did not id anyone else prior to us or after. Not sure if race played a factor but yes we're black . Came here with high expectations after seeing this place all over Instagram and Twitter and the concept sounded really cool. Came here after a Sharks game to see it's literally just a corner of what Blush used to be and not as grand as it's made to seem. The drinks were nothing to write home about. There are only 5 cocktails to choose from on the menu. I had the Jalisco Fly Over and it was very bland to me. It said it had maraschino liqueur but all I was able to taste was the lemon and tequila in it. My friend got the Matador San Pedro which only tasted like straight tequila and nothing else making it very hard to finish. I think it might be since they opened not long ago they're still working out the kinks but I don't think I'll be back for at least a few months. There's tons of options for drinks in and around San Pedro Square and this place just isn't there just yet to be a MUST try. read more

In town for a Sharks game and came across this fun looking place. When I asked for a drink menu, the girl standing behind the bar told me to find one on the bar or on a table. I asked her to hand the me the menu that was behind her, she replied "NO, she was on a break". Really, the menu was two steps from her, but she refused as she was on a break. I was in disbelief.
