Scheduling is always easy through the phone or email. They keep track of vaccines to make sure we submit them when required. I love that my two pups can stay together in a jr suite and there is a camera to view them from an app. They don't spend much time in their room during the day so makes me happy to know that they are getting lots of love and walks and play time in their big indoor play area. Place always looks clean and staff is always friendly and attentive. Wouldn't take my pups anywhere else.

In…read more2023/2024 I found the dog resort extremely helpful as a day time dog sitter for 4-6 hrs at a time. My dog didn't seem to mind it and always came back calmer so I decided to leave him here for 9 days while I went away for a trip. I don't recall the exact costs. Probably between 900-1100 dollars for daily walks and his home provided food. I asked the employees to put on his sweater at night. It wasn't a question it was a very important task they agreed to. He was a very small 8 pound yorkie and was always cold. When I came back my dog was not his normal self. That already made me highly suspicious about getting his walks. He was coughing a lot, not sleeping but also lethargic. I took him to the vet and he had pneumonia. Meaning, he was cold from day 1 and got worse for the remainder of his stay and I never got a call from here. From there he got sicker and sicker and I had to put him down. I was devastated and desperate to get him back to normal for months! I recommend people never leave their dogs in places like this. Sure you save money and they may or may not have company (depending on their personality) but you're better off vetting a dog sitter to check in or stay with your dog at home. In the end you may save yourself an onslaught of vet bills from trying to figure what is making your dog so ill when back from a trip. At least with an in home dog sitter they're more like to stay alive and healthy. If you have a small dog with specific needs get someone who can cater to your dog with love and care. I highly suggest NEVER leaving your dog for overnight or extended stays. I hate that it took me so long to post this but my grief was too strong to do it before. I wanted to sue, I wanted my money back, but I was so sad and I couldn't bring myself to do much other than focus on him and move on with my life. I'll never get another dog after this experience.

And soon came to learn a couple of things about her. 1-she was a jumper 2- she has pretty severe separation anxiety. For the first couple of months, I took her almost everywhere with me. When I couldn't take her, there were times when I had to struggle to make arrangements for her. As mentioned with the jumping and the separation anxiety, the arrangements would have to be very specific. Making sure that it was with people I could trust. Which usually meant Family because they would be the most available. Well, when there was family events, it was even harder for me to figure out what I would do with her. I knew that a very close family friend regularly uses bouquet kennels. So I spoke with her about them. She said amazing things and highly recommended. So I reached out online and let me just say they were amazing from the beginning. Incredibly receptive and Patient especially with my many questions. I was able to get Luna in for an overnight within two days of first reaching out. Of course, when I came time to drop her off, I was incredibly anxious and worried about leaving Luna. That anxiety and worry started to fade the minute I pulled up and Jessica and Kayleah came out to greet us. Within minutes, I was secure a confident in the choice to bring Luna to Bouquet kennels. I was able to go and spend an entire day out with my family and not worry once. Of course, I thought about Luna and hoped she was doing OK but I didn't have to worry at all. I knew not only was she safe and secure, but she was being loved and cared for. When I arrived the next morning to pick up Luna, I was given a wonderful report about her. And again, I must stress that I knew Luna had had a great experience. In speaking with Jessica and Kayleah I learned that bouquet kennels accepts dogs of all temperaments. I think that's wonderful. I know that all dogs have different personalities and some of them are not as easy others. And knowing that there's a place that accepts those that aren't so easy is such a relief. I got a video from Erica showing Sirius having an absolute blast in the backyard. He was running around chasing a toy, and he looked really happy. Erica really went above and beyond, taking him for long walks and making sure he got plenty of exercise. I loved how she engaged him during their walks, taking the time to let him explore and sniff around. It was clear that she has a great way with dogs. Sirius can be a little shy around new people, so it was really reassuring to see him so comfortable and having fun with her. This whole experience reinforced how important it is to have someone caring for your pet who truly understands their needs and takes the time to interact with them.
