Lots of food for the price, but missing something from the local plate lunches back on Oahu. Willing to give it another try

No contact information. My order was incorrect. Tried email, phone call, no one to talk too.

My Filipino in me was so happy especially when I saw that halo-halo. This store got lotsa snacks for the road. They got deli that includes cold wrap & sandwiches, lemonade, boba drinks and smoothies and some Filipino groceries that reminds me of home. I got muncher (a Filipino green peas snack) and a can of Filipino corned beef. I also got banana turon paired with fresh buko. It heart was so happy. The Filipino couple who owned the store was so friendly and are the happiest to talk to. Ate & Kuya I'll be back! Mahalo for reading & happy juandering fellow yeeps!

They offer fruit smoothies that are much bigger than those across the street - $8 for 20 oz of fresh fruit smoothies instead of $9 for like 10 ounces across the street. They also offer other desserts like boba teas and halo halo, which we found to be very delicious and very reasonably priced. This would be great place to stop by before or after your hike at Waimea for baked goods, trail mix/chips, sandwiches and/or teas and dessert. I would highly consider ordering sandwiches and snacks to-go and then having them on my hike. I also ordered a malasadas and bought some trail mix for the road - all packaged by 4tea. I think the price points are great and the owners are very kind. However, I noticed the downside of this store is the small signage, which I couldn't even see eating at Island Taco. But what we did was park near Island Taco (since they do not have their own lot but instead they share the lot with a private homeowner). So I would park on the street or nearby and walk over. Alongside the trail mix, they also have fruit candies, chips, bakery items, and sandwiches of all kinds - all very reasonably priced. It's hard because this place does not have seating, but you can easily grab this food to go and enjoy it at a beach nearby like Salt Pond Park. I hope this business does well and that they get more foot traffic, which is why I'm writing this thorough review, noticing that they aren't on Yelp yet - Hope this local business does well!

I wish I could give 10 stars!…read more Best tacos ever. Homemade tortillas and HUGE! Fresh ingredients and so flavorful. We wanted to come back 10 times. I had the fish and my husband had the kahlua pork. He said it was the best pork he's had so far on this trip. Their guacamole was also so fresh and delicious.

The meat is cut into manageable pieces, the tortillas are delicious and the toppings are great. Others have co planned about cost, but each taco is essentially a main dish so I felt the prices were totally appropriate. There was no wait when we arrived to get our tacos to go for beach sunset, the AC worked and the fridge was full of Mexican sodas (big saver is two doors down for modelo. The employees were polite and answered our questions (p on the menu means made with adobo sauce, that substituting the beef with spicy beef was possible) 1. Tiki fire pork: we added the tiki sauce by this one and it was magic. Has a little more heat but the citrus compliment the others were missing. 2. Kahuna fish: was ok, would eat again but wasn't my favorite 3. Surf and turf (with the tiki fire beef instead of plain. I think this was the best meat wise We will be back. And we will use the tiki sauce on everything!!! Mexican sodas for sale but no Coronas, we packed our own for our sunset dinner on the beach (they were cold!)

Best apple manju I've ever tasted in like forever. Do not waste your time on Matsuura's manju (or…read moreany other) readily available at grocery or convenient stores. I was so happy when my girlfriend introduced me to Aloha Sweet Delites' manju and baked goods. It's delish! So worth it was my impromptu stop. What a delicious hidden gem. In addition to their tasty manju, the cinnamon twists I purchased lasted me a few minutes because I inhaled the whole bag in one sitting. Yummy and a full tummy! Their cinnamon mini toasts are also another addicting treat. Times a convenient affair when Aloha Sweet Delites is not only a bakery but also in tandem as a great mini grocery store. Case and point: I found their corn nuts insanely addicting after the first kennel was chewed loudly lol. I'd definitely frequent this bakery-convenience store whenever in the area. There were so many other baked goods I didn't get to try but will remedy that in the foreseeable future. Only regret is my inability to enjoy their honeydew tapioca if I was to avoid an allergic reaction to the melon. Will wait for another melon or fruit tapioca. Aloha Sweet Delites - we got a date soon!
